All office personnel and the nurses were kind to my father and accommodating to him being hearing-impaired. The quality of the nurse interaction was very high. They gave us an overview of the procedure, how it would work, and what they would do with the results. My father is using Medicare, so the whole thing was covered! Would take him back here again.
