Store aisles are extremely large and easy to shop, so much more pleasant than Market Basket at the mall. Pet aisle was a it sparse, but wasn't too much of an issue. Ample parking and convenient location. May return but somewhat far to go back to a grocery store. Plus, it still doesn't compare to Stop&Shop with scanners, and self checkout (and if I wasn't so lazy yesterday, I would have drove over to Stop&Shop instead, a block away). Checkout went smoothly, and pretty quick which was a nice change from the long lines of other grocery stores (Market Basket and some other Shaw's locations). Only complaint: the men's bathroom is terrible. In definite use of remodel in the bathroom! Ugh. (-1 star). Overall, good supermarket in the West Brockton area, Stop&Shop may be better if you aren't shopping elsewhere in the Shaw's plaza and prefer SelfCheckout. 4 stars.

I explained to her the issue and she immediately caught a nasty tone with me, trying to talk down onto her employees TO ME and blame them for the issue rather than focusing on the main issue at hand here. Their bakery also has many different options. Produces, meats, deli, and seafood are fresh. I came here around 11AM and they are in the middle of restocking their shelves. The variety of the store isn't great, but they carry all of the basics, and some other random stuff. I entered the store and nothing was wrong grocery item wise but what was the most disappointing thing for me was the checkout. I did use the self checkout (at around 10 pm) the two store associate on the empty register that were not even doing anything didn't help at all. They were also messing around and playing around with the manager. Second one and the main reason I am writing this is.
