Valor Lift was called to fix our Lift in Fall of 2025. Daniel, that was the manager at that time…read morewas very helpful trying to do what is right trying to get our lift fixed. The helpers that were sent out had trouble and had to order parts. So after Daniel decided that he needed to come out himself and work on our lift. But for some reason, something happened and Daniel was no longer the manager and anew person, the co-manager, Christopher Thomas took over. After Christopher Thomas came out to see what needed to be done to the lift and trying to work on the lift made it worse than it was before saying, there was nothing wrong with the lift that it worked fine. After numerous phone calls trying to get Christopher Thomas to come out and have his crew or himself to work on our lift, he finally refused and said he wasn't going to come out anymore in January 2026. Valor Lift was paid in full in the fall of 2025 and here we are in Fall of 2026, our lift still does not work at all! Christopher Thomas runs a very unprofessional business and his rating would be a "0" for his unprofessionalism and the way he treats his customers with lack of respect and honesty.

But I also read reviews and reading some of the reviews I was considered. But I trusted my gut and called about bringing her in and they were so nice and very helpful. It took a bit to get it back and that is fine as I figured she needed work got it back yesterday and she is sewing like she did when I first got her. When I called to ask them about service whoever the man was that answered said' that's a piece of junk . I won't even fool with those'. Funny how those pieces of so called junk originally sold for over 3200. And 2900.00 when new. I can do simple repairs and fix basic timing issues but when it comes to other things it just might be easier to get someone to do it.
