I got a text around 3pm saying he was on his way and he arrived shortly after. I told him what happened and he went to work checking various components of the system. He quickly found this issue (a bad start relay), replaced it and the refrigerator and freezer began cooling. It's always good to see a good technician jump in and solve an issue. Until finally I ask for my refund, he gave me some story about the manufacturer not refunding him the funds that originally zelled him.
