We ordered Laarb, Pumpkin Curry, Tom Ka, Satay, Chicken Wings, Pad Thai, and the papaya salad platter. My only note to the staff is to perhaps include a photo of the papaya salad platter. We thought it would just be a larger portion of the salad, but it had a smattering of different things. All great! Just not what we expected. Maybe that's standard for Thai fare and we just didn't know it? Service: the issues spoken of with being rushed were completely absent for this trip. We actually accidentally overstayed our welcome past closing! I didn't expect them to close at 8:15 on Saturday, but that is a-okay with me. They were so kind as to give me a free Mango Sticky Rice for my birthday! This will have to become a tradition.

The food... well, I would describe it as Thai food for white people. It tasted ok, but I've had more authentic Thai in airports. Everything here seems to be a strip mall, so... this place is in a strip mall. I really don't need to be a jerk about it. This place is in business to make money, and what I think is going on is they are preparing food for the folks that live around here. If they made Thai food like I'm used to in New York City, people here might hate it. I don't know. Not everyone likes fish sauce I guess. Anyhow, I can tell by the other reviews that people here love this place, and I think that's fantastic. They shouldn't change a thing just because some NYC asshole randomly showed up.

I went to Carver's a few weeks ago, and it was by far my best experience there. Staff offered us a…read morekids' menu this time, and generally everything felt a lot more kid-friendly than our previous visits. I didn't have any problems with my food this time, either. I tried the cheddar broccoli soup for the first time, which was heavenly, and the calamari was good, too. As usual, the best items were the coconut-crusted halibut and the mud pie. I could eat those for weeks and not be sick of them.

Will you spend a little more than you would at Texas? yes, but every once in a while it's worth it. The calamari appetizer was maybe a 7/10. We both like our calamari very crunchy, it was more like a chicken strip. We found out the lettuce and onions weren't just for decoration underneath the calamari though, they went super well together and put it up to an 8/10. As you can see I DEVOURED my prime rib, 10/10. My boyfriend enjoyed his New York even though he didn't realize it was a bone in New York he also wished he would have gotten the au gratin potatoes because he tried mine and OH MY they were delicious. We got the crème brûlée and apple crisp and both were sooo good. Our server was so sweet and helpful, I can't remember her name but she had dark hair and worked Friday October 10th hehehe We will be back for our next special occasion!

They really enjoyed it, which was great because Market Street has always been a consistently good spot for me. I come every so often and the food is always great, and this visit was no different. Overall, another solid experience and a great place to take family from out of town.

I know that's a controversial opinion, and my husband definitely doesn't share our enthusiasm, but we're firmly on Team Oyster. We chose Market Street in South Jordan. For those who haven't heard, the downtown location will be closing on June 30, 3026. It seems people feel the same way about Market Street as they do about oysters--they either love it or hate it. I fall solidly in the "love it" camp. The atmosphere, the fresh oysters, and the clam chowder are just a few of my favorite things. As usual, the oysters were incredible. The only downside was the fresh grated horseradish had absolutely no flavor. We also had the calamari and crabcakes today and both were excellent choices. It was the perfect way to spend some one-on-one time with my son and finally celebrate Mother's Day. I'm so glad we were able to make it happen. Now the important question: Who's with me on the oysters? ‍ Love them or ? #OysterLovers #MothersDayCelebration #MarketStreetGrillSouthJordan #MomAndSonTime #UtahFoodie #FreshOysters

It's always been my boyfriend picking up the food and our order has always been great. We never had any issues. He's always said they're really nice. We decided after almost 2 years we should dine in. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I want to come back after this terrible experience. I want to say that the food was great as it always is . Service tho absolutely the worst experience we both have ever had at any place. We walked in and servers were laying down in the booth on their phones that didn't bother me it was slow I get it but you could tell they were bothered by us walking in. They were not friendly and we were not welcomed. I ignored it and kept smiling since I tried to be understanding. We were seated and one of the girls comes up and takes our drink order as she's asking us she's scratching her head and you can hear the annoyance in her voice. Both me and my boyfriend were talking about leaving and both agreed we felt unwelcome but we love their food so we're like let's just keep trying and seeing if anything changes. We were friendly saying please and thank you everytime but they never said you're welcome they just walked away. The server comes also very annoyed. They checked on us for refills and to see how our food was a good amount I personally don't like being asked every minute how everything was so they did a good job on that. Then a family came in and the server had a smile I never once saw during our visit. I'm not sure what their issue was but we have never had any experience like this at any place we've dined in at . I think that says a lot about us and goes to show it definitely has nothing to do with us and everything with them. I served and hosted for a few years I know how it is when it's slow and you're relaxing and a customer comes in but also was taught to be professional and knew not to take out my laziness and annoyance on the customers.
