He then walked us to our baggage claim area and sat with us and waited. Afterwards he carried our suitcases to the van, loaded them up, asked if we wanted aux, and changed the temperature so it was perfect for us. He talked to us the entire time and gave us a lot of tips on navigating Orlando! He also would slow down and hold up traffic to show us cool things like downtown, alligators, and the universal sign. He was one of my favorite parts of our entire trip. Our second driver was less enthusiastic and caregiving, but still did the job and got us to the airport safely. Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. We were wandering around baggage claim trying to figure out what we were going to do since we were traveling with our 4 year old son who needed a booster seat. We ran into Bruce to ask where we could find a taxi service and he said his clients flight was delayed and that he could help us. In today's times, I was apprehensive because I was not sure this was a legit offer at first, but he assured me he was a licensed service and was happy I asked questions. Bruce was even prepared with a booster seat for my son. We arrived at the Art of Animation in luxury and with ease. When we arrived to baggage claim in Orlando our driver, Kai was waiting for us. She helped us gather all of our luggage and escorted us very quickly to the SUV. The SUV was parked in a garage very close by. We made it to our hotel at Disney very quickly and safely. When returning back to the airport, we had a very early flight. Our driver picked us up at 5:30 AM. He even texted us when he arrived at the hotel so we knew what to look for when coming out of our hotel. He got us to the Orlando airport very quickly and safely! The communication was very clear and concise .The SUVs that we were driven in were very clean. We felt safe the entire time. The drivers were so kind to me and my family. It allowed my husband and I and our three daughters (ages 21,20 and 17) to have a wonderful beginning and end to our time away. Their service was exceptional.
