When I opened the suitcase I saw the disaster. All clothes were new with price tags etc . These clothes are beautiful no stains got out all the marks they look so good. I am so pleased so thankful for their hard work and cleaning it. I'm not even sure how many times they had to clean, treat, etc. but they did a phenomenal job. I had pants dresses, shirts, sweaters what have you and one of my favorite dresses I had bought they got the black marks out because the suitcase is black. And they were reasonable they didn't charge me $10 in a leg which I expected to be so much. It was a reasonable cost. Oh my gosh, I can't speak of how good they are. These are my favorite cleaners in Washington and I will continue to go here.

No intention to make it right from the beginning, just being defensive, and argumentative and she said nothing like this ever happened during their 20 plus years of the business, but later the owner said bring it to the court because he goes through this kind of dispute all the time and it's not a complicated process. No dry cleaning expertise in treating materials other than polyester, because the owner sad he did nothing wrong, he doesn't give a special treatment for any specific clothing based on the material. he put all customers' clothing in a drum together by color; that's his process. He said if anything gets ruined. then it's the manufacturer's fault. How convenient for him to say that, it seems like many claims and law suits made him an expert to come up with an excuse like that. If you have a nice clothing, don't take it Twin Lakes. If you got nothing but polyester, it may work but he shrunk my jacket lining inside of another jacket of mine, it got all wrinkled all over at the bottom of the jacket. Substandard, zero consciousness, awful customer service, disappointing, and most of all awful experience through and through.
