Would not recommend…read more We hired them for weekly pool service and kept them for around 8 months before they 'quit' due to me calling them out for unprofessionalism. Specifically, I have security cameras on my driveway and pool so could see when they would come to service the pool. Many service visits would be less than 10 minutes. A couple months in to the service relationship, we experienced our first no-call-no-show. We received no email about the missed visit and so I inquired and asked for a refund for the missed week. They gave me a refund for that week. Then a few months later, it happened again. No email telling me why the visit was missed. I emailed them saying that it was unprofressional and I shouldn't have to be micro-managing, checking every week whether the service was done, and I expected a refund again for the missed week. The owner replied in a very defensive way, implying I had not read the service agreement sufficiently ... "As clearly stated in the agreement, our company observes four scheduled holidays, during which regular service does not occur. December 30 falls within that holiday period, so no service was scheduled for that week." However, after re-reading the agreement, it stated that the week of Christmas was one of the holiday weeks, and Dec 30 did not fall on that week. So the owner was flat out wrong about this. They also said that I "received at least two additional service visits beyond what is contractually included, at no charge ... those visits were provided as a courtesy" which not a reasonable excuse for missing a visit without notice. Ultimately, they stated "No services were missed that fall outside the terms of the contract, and no refund is due for the week in question" which is a false assertion. When I questioned the two courtesy visits (which I had not recorded myself), they stated one of them was "An additional service visit in July, resulting in five total visits that month." The service agreement clearly stated that I (the client) pay monthly, and the service we receive is weekly visits. So this "courtesy" visit was not actually a courtesy visit at all. It was an expectation. Finally they stated "to bring this service relationship to a clear and orderly conclusion, we will schedule your final service visit for [...]" which was a "you can't fire me because I quit!" way of handling it all. Rather than apologize to the customer for a missed visit, they: - got defensive and tried to imply I hadn't read the terms of my agreement - made false assertions Unprofessional and dishonest. Edit: The owner already replied to this review in the same tone used in the emails ... "your pool was consistently maintained in accordance with that agreement" ... it's almost as if they've been to small claims court before and now choose their words carefully to never imply wrongdoing. As it stands, I never received a service visit the week *after* Christmas even though I should have per the service agreement. Just know that if you hire this company, your experience will not be hands off.

The design and details (tile, coping, etc) were documented and so the journey began. Cody provided step-by-step details in both a binder and constant transparent communications. The build went smoothly and pool is awesome. Jody was the project manager and was consistently on-site to manage the many contractors from dig to operational. Both Mike and Jody were an awesome tandem who took all of the normal anxiety out of build process. With zero weather delays, the pool was operational in less than 2 mos. In a nutshell, they abandoned servicing my pool with no notice. I emailed three times and did not receive any response and saw my pool turn for the bad (see pics) over those three weeks. I then get a text message saying that they had stop servicing my neighborhood as one of their technicians had left. The only excuse of this text coming so late was that they had typo'd on my cell number. While I totally understand that these things happen, what I would have expected that they leave us with the pool in good shape so that we do not have to incur the additional cost of turning over the pool. In addition to that, they are expensive compared to the market and not a great service. They always left our pool with debris at the bottom. The business owner really does not show professionalism and just really difficult to work with. Adam (the primary technician) puts in the effort but not just not been able to get the pool to how most other pool servicing companies deliver results. Fallon (the business owner) just does not seem capable or responsible for dealing with customers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these folks any more and its a shame to see a small business like this go from a great reputation to abysmal customer service levels.
