Today I was supposed to be provided with roadside service, my keys got accidentally locked in my…read morecar, at first they said 20 mins they would arrive. They even provided a tracking site where the estimated time was provided, once the 20 mins was up, I received a phone call that they were 20 mins late. I waited 20 mins and nothing.. 30 mins.. 40 mins.. I continued to wait a total of an HOUR AND A HALF, when I called for updates they first said I was supposed to look for a Prius.. then he said "oh no sorry a truck" I then asked what the ETA was and he said I know he's there close. I then asked again " 5 mins ? 4 mins? He then responded with he's close by. He did not show up and they had to change my roadside service company. This has the been THE ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever received. I have been waiting outside my car alone for the past hour and a half. What good is a roadside service company if they can't do their job and provide excellent, efficient, and great customer service to their clients. Please do yourself a favor and find yourself another road service company that actually does their job. Side note: When I called after the hour and half wait their call went to Voicemail automatically. I was provided with no feedback in terms of their arrival which of Course like I I mentioned earlier THEY DID NOT SHOW UP.

Backstory: had brakes previously replaced at Euro Car Masters (AVOID THEM) only to have my brakes squeaking again. After waiting all day for an oil change, was told the rotors were scored and the pads were wrong and my brake fluid was shot. They replaced the brakes unDer warranty and I paid for the brake fluid replacement. Another entire day lost. A week later, my manual clutch feels spongy. Maybe its just me I thought...until tonight (saturday), and my 2020 124 spider wont go into gear. Ai told me there was likely an air bubble in the brake/clutch fluid. Ofc the shop isnt open until monday. Frantically i called mobile mechanics to bleed my slave cylinder. Jeremy texted me back immediately after missing my call to confirm he could do it. An hour or so later, he bled the system but only half the gears worked. He then suspected a linkage misalignment, and broke down the console to realign it manually. Half hour later, all gears worked. 2 for 2 in less time than my oil change took at the other hellhole. Jeremy saved me thousands because another shop would have replaced my clutch, then the entire transmission, and potentially STILL miss the bleed and linkage. Bright side: I found a killer new MOBILE mechanic that is available weekends. What a gift. Jeremy, youre my hero. ‍
