I called them and they answered right away and asked me first if I was okay and in a safe location. Asked me all the typical car info and got to my location rather quickly, which is good because I definitely was going to be late for work. Now my concern was that it was on a weird uphill and my car is honestly a very low car and new so first thing I thought was whoever is gonna get my car up on that ramp better know what they're doing cuz they're gonna mess up the sides but honestly I got a good one, mark! He was very knowledgeable, approachable and knew his stuff. Definitely told me to stop running my car without gas as it will cause other problems but overall he didn't make me feel worried and I'm just glad he was able to get my out of that street and quickly. Not only does it typically take forever, but the companies I've dealt with in the past are terrible at communicating the estimated arrival time. Safe to say, I'm so glad this particular company exists and that I found them off of yelp. Toby was my tow truck guy and arrived so promptly and at the time the company promised he would. He was impatient and did not want to do the work he is supposed to do. He asked my daughter who is recovering from a kidney transplant to push the car so he could tow it. I'm sorry but the driver is supposed to be able to do the work not ask a young woman with a transplant to love a 3000 lbs car because he does not want to do it or wait for assistance from someone who could help. He was sent to us by AAA, who was notified and was reporting him and to ensure he does not work for them again. This is just so ridiculous and pathetic. Definitely will ensure never to use this company whether on my own or via AAA.

My vehicle is stock not modified whatsoever. James had a flat bed but truly lazy and uncaring. The distort her asked if he was able to tow it and his answer was do you want me to? A simple yes or no would have done. I could answer for him "yes". I have had it towed In the past no problem. I am not sure how AAA does business with a company that disregards AAA's customers.
