Christal spent the time with me and was calm, cool, collective and super sweet, kind and helpful every step of the way. Was to receive it no later then Dec 30 2022. Call a few days later only to find out someone in customer service cancelled my order on Dec 29 2022. Spoke to Mac in business center who guaranteed me overnight shipping. Never received it. 2 days later I called again. Lady said overnight shipping. I got my phone 3 days later. I finally got my iPhone and Mo was amazing in setting it up for me. Couple days "msg failure". Came back to the Verizon store and was told by Frank that the towers may be down and some customers are having the same issues. Ok. No worries. Frank was pleasant and friendly. Will came back in a couple days. 3 days later same issues. Mo was there again. Yeah. He called Verizon business center to make sure everything got resolved. The lady wasn't polite at all. Identifing and replacing components is a difficult task, I know because I have been in IT most of my career. So kudos to Asad.
