I was surprised to see that the fruit section was pretty small. Aisles are well displayed but it did seem a bit bare. Prices and items are definitely on the higher side but overall good quality. I'd come here to buy some extra treats or gifts for people but wouldn't come here that often. Some items you can get in other Asian markets.

She was definitely impressed once she walked in. It's like Costco for a Chinese Market. Just be careful navigating the parking lot. There are big trucks coming in and out. There's not that much parking spaces, but we were here on a Friday noon and that was not an issue. Keep in mind that this warehouse does not have A/C. They use big industrial fans to help circulate the air. So I would not recommend coming here when it's hot outside. Prices here are definitely cheaper than what you would find in a typical Asian Supermarket. You don't need any type of membership to shop here. It's open to the public. Though, there was a 10% off if you signed up for their loyalty membership. I didn't because it took me to a site that was all in Chinese. We ended up walking the entire warehouse and my mom ended up spending over $200 and found her favorite brand of rice AA that has eluded her for months now.

First time coming to this Filipino family market. My patients have always been asking me and…read moretelling me if I have been here before and I said no. But now, today was that day! The day when I got to try and taste the beauty of Filipino food. When you enter the family market, you are introduced to the snacks, condiments, drinks, and some decorations about the Filipino culture and tradition and delicious snacks to give to family and friends or for yourself. There were lots of great Filipino snacks to munch on, but I sadly did not get anything. Because my main goal and priority was to try their delicious food. I ordered a to go container and got a lot of delicious proteins and carbs. I would highly recommend this to everyone who has never tried Filipino food, this place is the right place, and the place that you should try first! The staff were very welcoming and happy and excited to serve their customers walking in. 10 out of 10 stars for this Filipino family markets. And I will be back soon! By the way, the TURON is to die for!! my mouth waters every time I think of it.

This place is mostly famous for their Turon. Just the right amount of crunch to sweetness ratio. I especially love that they have catering trays for everything you would want to bring to a filipino party. You can order their Turon in orders of 5 or more which gives you plenty of options if you want people to share. The pieces are pretty long so my tip would be to cut them in half to feed more mouths. Last time I went I got their lumpia and pancit bihon. My goodness!! Delicious and so fresh. The noodles I ate for days even after the party but everyone enjoyed it. I like the thin and thick noodles so happy they offered more than just the traditional pancit. Plenty of lumpia sauce was given and was thankful they hooked it up. The team at Chaaaste is phenomenal!! Honestly everyone is so friendly and kind. They always ask me about my day and curious where I'm going with all their delicious food. So family oriented and you could tell they put a lot of love into their food. I especially love seeing the Lola's and Aunties behind the counter at the register. So sweet! They have a small parking lot but I never had issues parking. There are always spots open. It's in a small plaza, but they offer everything you could need filipino. There's even a convenience store and some steam table staples available throughout the day. Their longanisa is fire and can't go wrong with anything they have hot and fresh. Truly a treat to get something from here so come for your parties, come for the snacks, or just come for ready to go food. They have it all!!

Makes sense!! I love the crepeish tortilla instead. It comes with of course choices of stir fry cabbage, etc. Gosh, total shenanigan food...like what I would have done on college with Chinese leftovers or something. Love that! - I've yet to try it but I intend to another time. It's fast food, not high quality but cheap and filling looking. We actually love Mexican burrito/taco shop, La Azteca, due to their fresh tortillas...reminds me of the crepe like tortilla used in Taiwanese breakfast crepe/egg dish? I wonder if this 99 Ranch's burrito is similar. Red Bean/or Creme Cakes $1.50 each cake, or $6 for 5 cakes. - The red bean/or creme cakes looked okay but due to nostalgia and the SO loving your stuff, we bought some to go. It looked bready with not enough crispy texture and not enough fillings. I don't know any other store that make these anymore except a shop in Little Tokyo LA....those are good. I don't know enough about this 99 ranch to judge among other ones. I only came in to grab some AFC organic firm tofu, Chinese root beer soda and looked for herbal items.

This one does have a bakery along with a few small shops in the front, just past the checkout stands. The selection here is not quite as large as the typical 99 Ranch markets, though gives you enough of what you're looking for. Service is as expected, without being overly friendly or dismissive, as some Asian grocery markets can be. All in all, you should find what you need here and with plenty of food options in the surrounding plaza, it may be a one stop shop to get multiple tasks done at once in the area. Not my 1st choice for a 99, though if this is the closest one to you, it gets the job done.
