Before she started my lashes she showed me the length and asked if I was okay with it and showed it to me on my eye so I can see where the lash would hit. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing. She was very careful and thorough. Usually when I get my lashes done my eyes burn at the end but she made sure it was dry before opening my eyes. Had the fan on so the fumes wouldn't burn. She even made sure the tape was in good so my lashes wouldn't stick to the bottom. 10/10 I would recommend her. She's very patient and welcoming.

My eyes were always healthy and irritation-free under her care. At one of my appointments, my lash artist was changed last minute to Tina without notice. After the service, my eyes became significantly irritated and inflamed. The reaction was immediate and severe, and I have photo documentation from that day. For $120 including tip, it's fair enough to say that service was unacceptable. I contacted the owner several times seeking a fair resolution. I requested either a refund for the service that caused the reaction or the opportunity to have it corrected by my original lash artist. Both requests were refused. I was told that because the service had been completed months prior, no refund or adjustment would be considered. The only option offered was to return and pay again under a membership rate. After more than a year as a consistent client, I expected accountability and a client-centered response, especially when a service resulted in visible physical irritation. Instead, responsibility was deflected and the solution required additional payment. Policies are important, but how a business responds when something goes wrong matters more. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the professionalism I had previously experienced.
