    Nice, honest snd knowledgeable. Can't ask for better. I recommended them to a friend recently and she was so happy with the service.

They are not licensed or insured and they broke our dishwasher looking at it . Another repair person then said it was not repairable. They ask for 800 from everyone and don't return. No company shoukd ask for money before a repair is done. They refused to give the mo ey back we gave for parts. Do not use this company.

Maybe they are a great company and would do a great job fixing your appliance (or mine). But right now I was messed over and they are mostly to blame. Basically I have a warranty with Choice Home Warranty. On May 23rd 2016 I called CHW to file a claim for stove top 1 burner not working. It took CHW 3 days to find a vendor to take the claim. They found this company. The name I was given by CHW was FAST APPLIANCE SERVICE at 631-727-0294. The person calling me was calling from 631-588-0191. So.... I was given an appointment on May 31st (I complained it was a long time to wait for an appointment - but they said they are busy and the best they can do) between 2pm-8pm. I was told I don't have to wait at home because they would call before. All sounded acceptable. Big window but I understand that the nature of their work is that they could get involved in easy/hard repairs and jobs can go slower/faster, etc. I received a call at 1:55 pm today to tell me they are cancelling the appointment and not rescheduling. Apparently they have problems with the Warranty Company. Now... this is why I think they are at fault... they made the appointment with me. They have a contract or agreement with the warranty co. If they want to stop working with them that is ok but why choose to mess me over? They COULD HAVE kept the appointment. They would have received the $45 co-pay that I know we have to pay. Assuming they are having problems with the warranty co -- What would they have lost if they did that? Remember they made an appointment with me. Maybe they would have lost some $ but they should be concerned about their reputation.

    5 Stars right off the back for OUTSTANDING customer service in a worldwide emergency! Truly a 24 hr…read morebusiness! Last night around 8:30pm my son was washing his work clothes. Washing Machine stopped midstream and wouldn't drain or turn. So I went to Yelp and put in a repair quote for my appliance guy Pete who I've used several times with outstanding service. He immediately replied that he was closed because of Covid 19. But I also received an immediate response from Billy of Island Appliance who said Connie was in the office and to giver her a call to set up an Appt. So I did. Connie indeed was in the office at 9pm and said her technician was out on a call in Huntington. She contacted him and got back to me within 10 mins. He gave me the choice of coming by after he finished the Huntington job or tomorrow. In this crazy times of Covid 19 I was able to get immediate service. He or should I say they SHOWED UP AT 11:30pm?! YES that's exactly what I said!! 11:30pm! Appliance angels! He had the parts (Drain Pump & bearings) & fixed my washer promptly. Not sure but I think it was his son with him. He was teaching while fixing. Both were Very friendly. This truly meant the world to me because fortunately both me & my son are still working so we need to be able to wash our things in the short span of time that we are home. Being without it would've been a hardship. Thank you Billy & Connie for your stupendous workmanship & prompt, clean & courteous service! Much appreciated! 4-4-20

I was promised I'd get a call the next day after their last visit and never heard from Connie once again. Wasted my money and had to go to PC Richard to get a new dryer. Very disappointed to say the least.

    I'm sad to say that I've had a bad experience even though these guys were good seven years ago…read more Back then, they did great job getting my AC back in good condition that lasted till this recent summer. So I called them again when my AC failed in the summer of 2019. Richard came over and recharged the coolant. It cost me over $200 for the coolant and labor. The next day my AC wasn't working again. When I called to tell him, he was snobby on the phone and didn't offer a refund or any compensation towards a new HVAC. He just said he can't keep refilling the refrigerant since there must be a bad leak somewhere. Dah! I called another firm that did a pressure test before doing anything else, and they found I had a leak in the coils. Richard from All-Tech never did that pressure test, which would have saved me the cost of useless refrigerant. I'm giving two stars instead of one because they used to be good the prior time seven years ago, so maybe Richard just had a bad day. Nevertheless, I'm still out the cost of his wasted service.
