I returned last week and upon my arrival, Angelo, while multi-taking many opening responsibilities acknowledged me immediately stating he would be right with me, very respectful, viewing the customer as a valued priority! I left my car for service after having taken it to two different shops prior for an electrical issue, Angelo explained the troubleshooting procedures and assured me that they would get to the root of the issue, the 2nd call was to tell me that the car was repaired/ready at which time he explained the entire process of what was done to remedy the issue (keep in mind that this place is ALWAYS busy) and Angelo took the time to explain my issue and how he corrected it! Excellent Hospitality, and Flawless Service!!!! And lastly, the price was VERY fair and reasonable for the work done, also a quick turn-over, I had my car back in 24 hours.
