I brought my car in to have it checked out, and Jay went above and beyond. He carefully ran diagnostics to identify the issue, explained everything clearly, and offered thoughtful advice. His recommendation was to try a catalytic cleaner first and see if the light came back on. What really stood out was the time he spent with me, ensuring I understood my options, and the fact that he didn't charge me anything despite so much help. He also provided a few solid recommendations for future car care. If I ever have another issue with my car, I'll definitely be returning to Alberto's.

I returned last week and upon my arrival, Angelo, while multi-taking many opening responsibilities acknowledged me immediately stating he would be right with me, very respectful, viewing the customer as a valued priority! I left my car for service after having taken it to two different shops prior for an electrical issue, Angelo explained the troubleshooting procedures and assured me that they would get to the root of the issue, the 2nd call was to tell me that the car was repaired/ready at which time he explained the entire process of what was done to remedy the issue (keep in mind that this place is ALWAYS busy) and Angelo took the time to explain my issue and how he corrected it! Excellent Hospitality, and Flawless Service!!!! And lastly, the price was VERY fair and reasonable for the work done, also a quick turn-over, I had my car back in 24 hours. I will no longer be foolish and source local services but will definitely take the 1-hour drive back to the Bronx to Polito Auto to see Angelo and his AMAZING team to receive the ABSOLUTE BEST service a customer could ask for!! I didn't get to meet everyone, buh #Richard took care of me. He was very #Pleasant and he had #Great #CustomerService. He worked with my insurance. I was able to get my Catalytic Converter replaced. He made sure that it was the proper one that wouldn't give me any issues in the future with inspections. They fixed my backup camera and they made a #CustomProtector for my catalytic converter. They just got a new customer for the rest of my repairs. They also do #Inspections in case you needed some where to do yours. ;) Richard was very informative. They gave me options. The shop also was accommodating. The jobs were done quickly. The #Price was #Honest and they didn't try to get me for extra money like some other places would have tried. It was actually better than I expected. They now have a piece of my heart as they saved my car from being totaled. They fought against insurance company to make sure I got the best parts. He really rallied for me. He was knowledgeable to know not to accept just the minimum from insurance. I value the work that they did. I've brought my car into another shop and they told me there was a list of bs things wrong with it. Stuff I could fix myself that I knew was wrong. They told me it as my brake pads.
