Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for.
