I firmly believe that the way a business does anything is how they do everything. If a medical spa cannot manage to follow up with a prospective new client trying to book a procedure, it raises a massive red flag. It makes me seriously question what would happen if I actually went through with a treatment here, had an urgent post-procedure question or complication, and suddenly couldn't get a hold of anyone for answers.
