The massage itself was poor quality and did not meet our expectations. The techniques seemed unprofessional, and the overall experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. You aren't suffocating yourself within 2 seconds. I had to cool pool plunge a COUPLE of times, just to be able to keep... myself from overheating. Literally, I think the temps were approaching 130-135F -- it was almost too hot to sit on the wood in the sauna, and the steam room was so bad... it wasn't even 1 minute and I was out of there. Stayed maybe 1 hour total. I felt... for the money paid, that isn't worth it.
