I tried takeout from Amazing Asian Bistro, and thought it was pretty solid. I got a Thai tea with a seaweed salad and the Thai basil fried rice with tofu. The Thai tea and the seaweed salad were exactly as I expected and I enjoyed both. Thai fried rice was something I'd never seen before, but I quite enjoyed it. The rice wasn't oily at all, and I really liked the basil in there. I think the spice level was okay, although I could definitely take more. The veggies were perhaps a little underdone, but not to the point that it got to me - they just had a bit more texture than expected. I did try a bite of the chicken yakisoba and the wonton soup as well, but I don't think these were as good. Still, if I'm reviewing only what I ordered and ate, this was decent. They had a few other things on their menu that were intriguing (including green Thai tea, which I love), so I'd be willing to order here again. But I'd say I'm still on the lookout for a place good enough to replace my now-closed old favorite Thai restaurant. read more

We ordered a few basic rolls for take out and they were both pricy and disappointing. The fish clearly taste old, perhaps on the border of whether it should be eaten. It's not noticeable if there are a lot of extra flavoring added, but that's why we always order a simple tuna or salmon one to test it out. I saw this place while we were in shopping center eating a few doors down and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. The service was outstanding, the menu had plenty of options on it and what we ate was good. We started out with avocado fries, seaweed salad and edamame. I enjoyed all three dishes, the seaweed salad wasn't overly sweet and a little bit of a spicy kick to it, the avocado fries good, and even though my wife and daughter didn't care for the edamame because it could of been hotter and saltier I liked it since it wasn't very salty. My wife did like her thai iced coffee, it was not overly sweet. And as for dinner my daughter had seafood fried rice, she must have liked it since she left nothing on the plate. My wife had two rolls a tofu rolls and dynamite roll. They were huge! She was only able to eat about have of them. I know they were good since I ate the other half of both. As for me I ordered mixed vegetables with chicken. I asked them if they could make mine spicy and they did. "I was very happy" I really enjoyed it. I would have given this place five stars if it wasn't for the diet coke in the can. Ordered to-go. I didn't care for the Krab Rangoon but I loved the Thai Sampler. The 3 flavor chicken wings had way too much batter that was thick and rubbery. I was disappointed with this one. First sentence I must say right off the bat get the Christine's Roll. I also had the Yummy Roll as well which is a nice twist on what would normally be a Spicy crab roll. I already made it policy for me to give a try to the Hot Mama Roll next time I come. I like the flavor of the wonton soup but the veggies seemed more in the way instead of a compliment to the soup. Amazing place for a good price! Second time visiting this restaurant. The first one was a while back and the service and food have improved a lot! We started by having miso soup, very good and not that greasy, so perfect as an appetizer. We ordered the volcano and Nina flame rolls, extremely good choice, full of flavor and the freshness of the fish is unique. We also ordered the pine apple fried rice and selected the special which has a mix of steak, chicken and shrimp. The peanuts and pineapple definitely add on a unique taste to the fried rice as we usually know it, and a must try! The service was very good and wait was only like 2 minutes. Our server was Albee, very good attention. Parking is easy as it is located in a plaza, and less than 30 second walk to the location. Their Kizzy roll, Christine Roll, Mr. Miyagi, Tuna Crunch, Dragon roll, Phoenix roll, Tuna Jalepeno, & Hot Mama special rolls are all bomb.com. I've tried them all, obviously not in one sitting. I'm not a fan of lobster roll in general, but everyone I've been there with orders that. Their Thai tea is always a good idea order by phone for pick up any day. We had their Massaman curry chicken with rice, it's my favorite Thai curry bc it's peanut base pairs very well with the avocado. My daughter chose Amazing Asian Bistro for her birthday dinner. No one in our party had been here before but I had heard good things from friends. We started with crab rangoon, avocado fries and steamed pork gyoza. Everything was presented very well and tasted delicious. The fries were the biggest hit. I liked how the crab rangoon actually tasted like crab and not just cream cheese. We decided to order several things to share for our main also. I chose the pineapple fried rice "special", which means it has chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. There was a great amount of all the meats in the rice. The only thing we didn't like was that the tails were still on the shrimp. The kids ordered a volcano roll and a yummy roll. The volcano roll has crab, avocado and cream cheese topped with baked seafood dynamite and eel sauce. The yummy roll has shrimp, crab, avocado and flakes with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Both were delicious. They tasted very fresh and the seafood dynamite on the volcano roll was really good. Everyone raved about how good all the dishes were. My husband and I just moved to the Plantation area and were starving after the move in general. We were looking for something close to our new home, and the Amazing Asian Bistro popped up. The restaurant is on the smaller side with some tables, booths, and a sushi bar you can sit at. I noticed there was one table outside as well. The first thing I noticed when we walked inside besides how busy it was would be the noise. It was so loud it was overwhelming. There definitely isn't anything inside to help with the sound so that was a bit difficult for both of us. The service was good overall between the guy who assisted getting our drinks and then with our actual waiter. You could tell everyone had their hands full because they were running all over the place, and the to-go orders were stacked up at the front. That says something about the food. We ordered three rolls with soy paper. The Dragon : "Shrimp Tempura, asparagus, cucumber, scallions, spicy mayo, and avocado (normally on top but since we had soy paper it was inside)" The Tuna Jalapeno: "Krab, avocado, flakes, cilantro, spicy mayo, sopped with tuna and jalapeno (same thing with this one, it was on the inside because of the soy paper)" Beverly Hills "Tuna, cream cheese, wakame (seaweed salad), topped w/ shrimp and avocado (for us on the inside) All of the rolls were very good. The only complaint I would have was the amount of cream cheese in the Beverly Hills roll. It was as big and in some cases bigger than our pieces of tuna making it primarily what you tasted and taking away from the other flavors. I love cream cheese in my rolls, but this was a miss for me. The Tuna Jalapeno was my favorite out of the three rolls we got. The flavors from the tuna, jalapeno, and the cilantro were amazing combined together. I loved this! I really liked the Dragon Roll too. We look forward to returning and trying some more stuff. The Christine Roll is at the top of our list! read more

I agree with the name, Amazing food. The crab rangoon is made with what seems to be a little bit of curry, which sounds weird, but it is absolutely delicious. The dynamite is made with fish, not conch how I like it, but it is the best tasting dynamite I have ever tried. Definitely one of my top favorite places. The service is also good, every waiter we have had (which is probably all of them) was really nice. Update: Beverly hills roll and the nigiri are also delicious :). We have been to this restaurant many times. The sushi is excellent. My favorites are the Christine roll and the ninja flame. Also love the shrimp blanket which is similar to a spring roll But a little bit better in my opinion. I would give five Stars for those three things. I would give one star for the service. The ticket said Christine S was our server. It was painful. We were in a great mood and she was not having it. She was cold and you got the distinct impression that we irritated her with our very presence. There were people who came in to pick up to go orders and they got the same treatment. Amazing Asian Bistro just happened to be located right next door to where I made my massage appointment at so I decided to grab lunch ahead of time and make a nice, relaxing afternoon stretch out of it. The people here were very warm and welcoming. I seated myself in a booth and ordered some unsweet tea ($2) which he immediately brought back to the table. I'm not sure what it is but we've been complaining about all the teas we've had here in Florida. They tend to be quite weak, as in they left the bag to steep for less than a minute sort of weak. Anyway, mine was the same for lunch. I started off with some seaweed salad ($5) which was a large enough portion for 2 people. It was your basic seaweed salad, solid in quality and taste. Then I really wanted some sushi so I decided to order Christine's roll: 12 pieces and topped with tuna and avocado chunks then drizzled with some delicious dark sauce. I ate all but the last 2 pieces. It was very good and flavorful. The roll had some eel and tempura shrimp, then some veggies and more avocado. That was definitely worth the price ($17). So for 1 person, my entire bill was just slightly over $25 but everything I had was really good. I recommend this place for sushi and if I lived here, this would easily be a favorite spot. read more

Just moved to the neighbor and we are loving finding all these great restaurants in the plaza next to us! Our waitress Aisha was super sweet and our food came out pretty fast. I got a jb sushi roll which is a classic and staple whenever I order sushi cause I can tell how fresh the salmon is! I also got pineapple fried rice which was delicious but different than how I normally get it, yummy! With curry seasoning on the chicken! Totally will back again to try some more fancy rolls! I have had Amazing Asian on my radar for a while, my Thai go to in Plantation is Thai Meal but I wanted to give Amazing Asian Bistro a try. The restaurant is located in the Publix Shopping Plaza on Cleary, the restaurant has several booths and the decor is bright and modern with several large TVs through out the restaurant, I found it comfortable and clean. For lunch I ordered the Chicken Fried rice with brown rice (up charge for brown rice) and also a 1/2 a Veggie Roll. The lunch specials are served with the option of Green Salad, Miso Soup or a Spring Roll, I had the green salad which was your standard small green salad with ginger dressing. The Veggie roll was really tasty, it normally is not served with Avocado but I requested it to be added and they did at no extra charge. I found the serving of the Chicken Fried rice to be small, and although it was ok, it was lacking flavor. Overall the food was good therefor getting 3 stars for A-Ok, it was well prepared and good quality, however I like Thai Meal's preparation better. Also my friend ordered the Red Chicken Curry which he also always gets at Thai Meal and he also said that while his food was good Thai Meal's was better.
