Checked this place out a week ago. I desperately needed a trim on my ends, and luckily I saw that this facility accepted walk-ins. I checked in to see how long a wait was for a trim, and the lady asked if I had an appointment. Unfortunately no, but didn't mind waiting. She took it upon herself to trim my hair before her Appt walked in. The hairdresser went above and beyond!!! She was able to trim me within 10mins perfectly and also gave attention to my 3 year old son. She provided excellent service. Called ahead and asked if any appointments were available, described over the phone what I needed done and set a time. Every step of the way felt rushed between the lifting process (never had so much product slapped on my head) and the cut. Been coming to this place for three to four years now and never had a bad experience till today when my husband walked and needed a hair cut. (Diantha)was so rude and unprofessional about helping us and cutting his hair. She was putting on his apron and my husband was telling her what cut he wanted and she said I'm not ready yet. His hair cut looks like crap and you can see Bald spots on back of his head. I have always had Katie, Heather, Georgia, Vivian, Little Amy and they are the Best we have had over the years of coming there and Sarah the receptionist is one of the best with greeting you with a smile on her face and willing to assist with anything. Didn't love my haircut, it was left shorter than I wanted. It's choppy, and resulted to wearing a wig.

I asked "Vee" for 6 inches off and layers, he told me layers would look scraggly so I said okay and just wanted 6 inches off for something different. He cut a whole half inch off then ended it with that and told me to come back in 4 weeks for a trim where he might cut more off depending on how it grows. I've heard great things about many stylists and although he was super great, did not do a single thing I wanted with my hair. read more

I got a haircut appointment with Vanessa. I called the place and asked for her, cause I saw a couple of reviews about her recently and it was a 5 star review, so I gave her a try. I went there at noon, the place was kinda busy. I noticed that there were a lot of mens and little boys getting a haircut there more than women. Vanessa greeted me, she was really quiet and didn't really talk to me while she was cutting my hair. I mean i didn't mind if she didn't talk to me. She has this straight face the whole time she was cutting my hair. The cut was fine for $13. Its not pretty, but i guess its ok? I just wanted to cut the ends of my hair because of the split ends. The ends looks more of a straight cut, than layered. I gave them 3 stars because the last part was annoying. SHE DIDN'T BLOW DRY MY HAIR. AT ALL. I walked out of that place with WET HAIR like I just showered. I know that it maybe extra charge to style, but she could've atleast blowdry my hair and didn't leave me look like that. Rhyan did a great job with my 10 month old son and 4 year old daughter. She was careful and patient and very fast! My daughter loves her bangs and said sh wants to go back to Rhyan every time to get her hair cut. I called ahead to book an appointment on a Saturday. They were busy, but squeezed us in anyway. I been here a couple times now. Every single time the ladies have done an excellent job with my hair. I'm very picky and I have to say this has been one of the only places that has really listen to my request. I'm always afraid that when I tell my stylist to just cut 2 or 3 inches they end up shopping my hair off, is happen a few times in the past, but I haven't had that issue here. I have seen different stylists every time so I don't have a favorite one. The receptionist are also very nice, and although lately is been busy every time I walk in, the wait has not been bad at all. While visiting family out here we took our son to get a much needed haircut. After seeing the advertised very attractive $8.99 price we decided to give them a try, bad idea! As you can see by the picture I posted of my little boy's hair, it was truly a butchering. A young guy with streaks in his hair "cut" his hair. We always do a "little boy haircut" on our son which is a 2 on the sides with the clippers and scissor cut on top so we can comb it to the side. Not only did he run the clippers all the way up his head but he only left a small crooked patch of hair on top to comb. I think my heart stopped when I saw him use the 2 all the way up his head. I don't know who I was more mad at, my husband for thinking it was fine or the guy for using my kid's head as an experiment dummy. The worse part is we can't even try to fix it, we just have to wait till it grows out. So NOT worth the price!! read more

What a great business. My mother got her hair cut from Kylie and she did great. Showed her photos and she was happy to recreate the look, even shaved in a design at the nape of her neck. iF THERE was a ZERO, I would give a ZERO. Unprofessional staff: IE: they were aware my appointment was going to be stood up by the stylist. Appointmnet was made weeks in advance; I came from out of town. stylist had done my hair for years. did not see stylist for 4 years. stylist isprobably jabbed or on hormones and is very mixed up. I informed stylist at 1215PM I was on my way. appointmnet was at 3 pm. He/she did not show up at all: at 3:20 pm I left knowing I was stood up. I had not only come from out of state, rented a car for 90$, drove through a snowstorm FEB 14; staff were aware I would be stood up; I never insulted this person with his/her pronoun. They offered a lady to cut my hair who looked like she just woke up. She was slobby looking. I do not allow SLOBS to cut my hair. They never offered to get me started and wash my hair. Not too happy with this place at the moment. I called this morning to make an appointment for my 5 year old daughter to get a cut and style that she's been excited about for over a week. The guy I spoke to this morning told me of an opening at 4:15 and that he would put us in the book. I then get a call at 2:10 this afternoon from them stating that he overbooked and there's no appointments. This is not good business etiquette. I had a terrible experience. I made an appointment for haircut with D. I came on time to hear that D is unavailable. They have my number to call and cancel or reschedule, however, no one called to do so. Very poor customer service.The receptionist at the front desk stated that someone else is going to cut my hair. I do not know, if he realizes that if a customer called to make an appointment with a specific hairdresser, than it is important to acknowledge customer's personal choice or at least bring apologies for wasting my time!
