As a kid I broke my R tibia, & over 60+ years I slowly got more & more lopsided without realizing it. I'm very active, & my PCP & specialists said it was just normal wear & tear that made my R side hurt from neck to shoulder to hip to knee. When my back & knee pain got unbearable, a friend sent me to Keith. The MDs had looked at "imaging" but didn't see or touch me. Keith physically examined how every joint & muscle in my body was actually working. He discovered my sacrum wasn't aligned with my pelvis, & wrestled & manipulated them back into place. Every step that she did, she would walk me through what she's doing and what felt tense, what can be done at home or work to continue finding relief. She's incredibly knowledgeable in what she does which is truly reassuring! The space is located in Sola Salons - just an fyi when I was using Apple Maps for direction, it led me to the other side of the shopping complex (maybe it's just me and pregnancy brain lol) so I was a little late to my appt but she was so understanding. I was so happy she values her customer's needs. When I mentioned I had a gift card, she made sure it was something she honored before she made any promises(which I really appreciated). As I entered the small waiting area, I noticed a change in the decor, it was simple & welcoming. What was also nice was the prompt & professional service of having me in the room at 11:30am & not waiting. My masseur was Jimmy, he had a gentle yet effective technique. I didn't realize how tight & tense my shoulders were until he worked on my joints & muscles. Jimmy also listened when my right shoulder was more sensitive, he took a quick break from working on that side but then tried a different technique to get that knot out. I couldn't be happier but realized I need more massages so I booked another appt. w/Jimmy. Dr. Moon is so gifted. A true blessing!! I was in a car accident almost a year ago. I tore some…read morespinal ligaments, had a couple of herniated disk, and suffered from whiplash. I was in excruciating pain for months, now im only 25 so I just pushed through it and would spend my days off work in bed or taking as many pain killers as I thought safe. After my first session with Dr. Moon he told me I shouldn't have anymore pain for the rest of the night and after months of pain I just kind of laughed, until I stood up and took a couple of steps. My brain honestly couldn't process not feeling pain. For the first time in months I went out and sat up and had dinner with no throbbing pain in my back. Its been a little over 2 months and its the only thing that has helped me to feel better and finally feel more like a 25 year old back to life. I still have a little way to go but my life has completely changed. From constant pain, not being able to stand or sit up straight, severe migraines and not being able to sleep from the pain, to finally back taking walks and working with very little pain.
