They were able to accommodate me right away and the woman behind the desk was very friendly. They never took my name, never did any intake or had me fill out a form. The only reason they might now have my name is because I paid by credit card at the end. This is not how a professional place operates. No one ever told me my therapist's name so I don't know who worked on me. She worked within a routine and never really focused on anything for very long. I tried vocalizing mmmmm or saying "good" to let her know when something felt good but she didn't really stop and get into the tissue. The first part of the massage was compression through the sheet and when she finally applied oil it was too much to do connected deep tissue. I enjoyed the hot stones bc I never choose that option so it was a nice surprise. Some of her techniques felt good but it definitely wasn't the kind of bodywork I enjoy or needed.

My partner had a satisfying massage as well. Peichan applied kinesiology moves, a range of motions including stretching. The setting was clean and comfortable in the community room which contained a total of 5 massage chairs that converted into beds, and a single portable massage chair. We were given blankets too as we relaxed before our treatments, and gentle melodies played in the background during our massages. The staff here was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We got exactly what we had hoped for, and I would easily return, especially if I can get Sue again :)

My friend who wanted the firm massage actually got the opposite so I do believe they got us mixed up. She unfortunately received a mild massage. Our other friend had the gentleman I have had before (Mike) and she really enjoyed her hour. After one session with Ronny (though I was nervous for him to even massage near that area), my shoulder pain was gone and hasn't returned. It's as if I never had that shoulder pain for 6+ months!
