ALFRED BIRNHAUPL (AC leak repair) - Fixed pipe leak from AC and completed comprehensive assessment of our dysfunctional zoning system. DOMENICK ALONGE (project manager) - Reviewed findings from Alfred, provided detailed indication of issues and resolution options with several quotes. Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. This time around, with Friends & Family, we left feeling knowledgeable and reassured, with reasonable quotes including various discount eligibility. We didn't feel pressured by them to choose one route vs. the other; rather, gained the information we needed to make an informed decision that would prevent such issues in the future. Overall, their attention to detail, ability to explain the issues and resolution routes in simple, concrete terms, were far superior than the preceding company. They exceeded our expectations and we much appreciated their patience and openness to answering all our questions. I also want to mention that I was gardening when SEAN was fixing our AC. He saw me struggling to dig a hole for my plant and volitionally offered to help me. He took the extra time to dig the hole for me, exemplifying his genuine kindness and generosity! Similarly, my kids were running amuck and screaming and shouting while I attempted to maintain a conversation with ALFRED. He was very understanding and continued to engage in conversation, appearing unbothered by the chaos with a pleasant disposition. Lastly, DOMENICK was appointed on the day of our son's birthday. He related to us interpersonally and even helped assemble my son's new Radio Flyer bike! I told him that Sean also helped me garden and we laughed about how Friends & Family is a "one-stop shop." Given everything I mentioned, we're excited to have our overdue AC/heater system fully repaired by Friends & Family. We can't wait for our longstanding issues to be behind us, and we anticipate leaving an updated review once the work is complete!

My wife and I were so impressed with her warm and professional customer service. She was so helpful and had extensive knowledge on the ideal ZAR product that would work best for my project. Truth be told, but Caylan highlighted a ZAR product that was designed for staining garage doors that I had never heard of. This made my day. Although we were unhappy about the increase, we reluctantly accepted the $6,500 quote because we wanted to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. What happened next was even more concerning. The owner quoted us $6,500, but later one of the employees privately quoted us $8,500 for the same project. At that point, we had no idea what the actual price was supposed to be. The lack of consistency and transparency was alarming and made us question what was really going on. Despite accepting the owner's $6,500 quote and repeatedly asking them to begin the work, they continuously delayed the project with excuse after excuse. Days turned into weeks. We remained patient and cooperative, but our patience was rewarded with poor communication and constant delays. The final straw happened today. We called in the morning and received confirmation that they would arrive at 6:00 PM. We rearranged our schedule and waited. Then we waited some more. After an hour and a half, nobody showed up. No phone call. No text message. No explanation. Our calls were ignored, and our messages went unanswered. This company has now delayed our project for over two weeks and caused significant inconvenience. The issue is not just the pricing--it is the complete lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect for customers' time. If a company cannot honor its commitments, communicate honestly, or even show up after confirming an appointment, it should not be treating customers this way. Please be extremely careful before hiring this company. Based on our experience, the service was disorganized, unreliable, and incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

I was told his customer service exceeds anyone else in the game and they were right. Any order I have any material I need it is ready and pulled for me to pick up immediately. Nick and all the guys at the front desk truly care about the contractor. I wake up to text messages early morning in the a.m. asking if there's anything I need for the day.! that's customer service and that's putting the customer first!
