Was referred by my friend to get my son's hair permed. We had a lot of quotes and they were about... a lot for perming a guys hair. Took him here to try and the turnout was Amazing! Paid half the price with tips and came out the picture he showed them. They really took their time and promised they've done a lot of these. They sure did cause it was worth coming. Walk ins are welcome and you can call to ask for an appointment to require your stylist. Ask for Tuan! Already gone to him a couple times and always left satisfied. Also, recommended some friends too and they love his cuts too. $40 for a woman's haircut is pretty good in this economy. I also like how he teaches me how to style my hair before I leave too. read more

Happened to be in the area and stopped by after seeing they had good reviews. I got my haircut from BO and it was the best haircut I've had in a while. The fact that they wash your hair before AND after just adds to the luxury (you usually pay extra for this). I drove from San Diego, CA and will continue to come here from now on, as long as BO cuts my hair. read more

I think I've just had my second and last visit here. I came in with a blonde balayage that I wanted to touch up, brighten, and tone + a haircut with Demi. I had a very clear inspo pic & we seemed to have a clear understanding of what to do. I was going for very golden bright blonde. She began applying the products in a questionable way but I trusted the process. In the end I was completely notttt blonde anymore.. my hair was super dark brown & ashy. I wasn't sure how to feel initially because the color was pretty but I also knew it was not at all what I asked for. But as days have passed and I've washed my hair now, the color is horrible.. im very sad about it because I cannot just get my hair done again as it'll just be damaging.. only good thing was the haircut, came out exactly how I asked. My service was done with Demi and I have to say I think this is by far the best hair service I have ever been too, and I can say I've been to many hair salons. Demi was so welcoming, full of energy and really took care of me and my hair, she gave me recommendations to care for my ends and overall hair health, which made me feel like she truly wanted the best for my hair. Second time back, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Hair cut, wash, and hair dye was only $95 prior to tip. The team does such a great job and you can tell they're very meticulous! There is a bit of a wait though due to how busy everyone is, but you can tell they're trying their best to get to you. The second time I came here though the hair dye got on my face, ears, and neck, but they helped me wash it off and it easily washed off in the shower. Would highly recommend! Tip to call in advance to make an appointment so you don't have to wait long. read more

Demi is so amazing! She completely transformed my hair and this is the first time I've ever left a salon loving what I got! I usually need to restyle it at home myself to like the results but she did exactly what I wanted without me even telling her! She's very sweet and gives recommendations on what you should do to your hair based on treatment. My hair feels so soft and healthy. A cut and wash was 40 at the end but Demi deserves the best tips! I am completely satisfied with my new haircut done by chị Diễm. She was excellent and took the time to give me the best layers that fit my face. She understood what I wanted right away. Most other hair stylists tend to use the hair shaping razor to be faster when cutting layers. However, chị Diễm used the professional scissor to meticulously style my hair layers, which took more of her time and efforts. She told me the hair look better and less messy when using the scissor. I salute her professionalism and her efforts of going above and beyond to give me a nice haircut. The cost is very reasonable $35 pro tip. I will definitely come back to chi Diễm at Amazing Hair Design from now on. read more

It was my first time going to chi Diem/Demi. I read some good reviews of her on yelp so I decided to go with her. I was hesitant and nervous but she did not disappoint me. I usually came here once a year to get a haircut, been serviced by Anh Tiến for the last 3 years before he recent left this place. Went today for the annual haircut and it was Anh Tuấn who cut my hair this time. Now I can be a pain in the butt when it comes to haircut, and even though I didn't super love my cut this time around (I still like it though!), I admit that Anh Tuấn was darn meticulous when cutting my hair. That concentration and attention to details, maaan, that was when I knew that it was worth the $$ (and I paid only $35 to chop off my waist-length hair for a U cut with layer and curtain bangs, yes yes, basic I know). Went in for my 10 AM appointment, was seated on time, and out by 10:50ish. Place looks messy but it exudes no-frills vibe, befitting of staff who knows what they're doing I think. It's smack dab in the middle of Little Saigon so it can get crowded. Book an appointment and come early since parking here tends to get packed. read more

Got my hair professionally done for the first time here. Previously had done box dye at home but that was no problem. I got my hair done by Tommy and he was so nice and heard out all of my requests. I was there all day because I was bleaching and coloring my hair but they let me eat, charge my phone, etc. very accommodating and reasonable prices. Loved my hair and it faded out so well, I have another appointment this weekend after not doing anything to it since the last time I came here in September! read more

I was calling around salons to get quotes for women's hair cuts and also if they can take walk in right away bc I was so desperate for a hair cut. The gentleman who answered the phone told me it was $30 for women's hair cut and they can take me in right now. I was only across the street so I was able to get there in 5 mins. LINN IS THE BEST HAIRSTYLIST EVER!!! 5 STAR She is so good at paying attention to detail and I've had such a comfortable experience throughout the entire process. Prior to coming into meet with Linn, I was nervous about making a drastic change in my hair color even though it was something I had requested - it was on my mind and I knew I wanted to even though I was scared. Thank goodness I found Linn because she was super honest about what colors looked good for my face and also easy maintenance. She made my hair makeover such an exciting experience and I absolutely trusted her on what would look good on me. She knows her stuff! I've watched her work diligently for 8 plus hours on my hair and she has given me the nicest service and also a very perfected end result. Not only that - she was incredibly easy to talk to. I felt very welcome and not insecure about the fact that I had a lot of hair which brings me to my next point... even though I had a ton of hair, she made sure to even be extra thorough and careful in every step - from bleaching, washing, toning, treatment, and haircut SHE'S ATTENTIVE & MICRO CHECKED EVERYTHING. I experienced repeated issues, including same-day cancellations and same day rescheduling, limited availability when trying to rebook, being charged additional fees due to Demi's lack of availability, appointments starting late due to her running behind, and excessive phone use during my appointment time. The overall experience became increasingly unprofessional. Due to these ongoing issues, I requested a refund for my 3 unused fill services totaling $144. After several requests I was only refunded $25 and informed of a no-refund policy that was never disclosed to me at the time of payment. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from spending their time or money here as they disrespect your time, do not value you as a customer, and they keep your money despite not providing the service.
