I think I've just had my second and last visit here. I came in with a blonde balayage that I wanted to touch up, brighten, and tone + a haircut with Demi. I had a very clear inspo pic & we seemed to have a clear understanding of what to do. I was going for very golden bright blonde. She began applying the products in a questionable way but I trusted the process. In the end I was completely notttt blonde anymore.. my hair was super dark brown & ashy. I wasn't sure how to feel initially because the color was pretty but I also knew it was not at all what I asked for. Second time back, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Hair cut, wash, and hair dye was only $95 prior to tip. The team does such a great job and you can tell they're very meticulous! Most other hair stylists tend to use the hair shaping razor to be faster when cutting layers. However, chị Diễm used the professional scissor to meticulously style my hair layers, which took more of her time and efforts. She told me the hair look better and less messy when using the scissor. If you are planning to make an appointment here, I'm telling you now, book Ivy! She's so talented and dedicated to making your hair look fabulous, and she's so loving all while doing so. It's one thing to do one amazing balayage, but it's another thing to do two simultaneously, and have them both turn out looking so good. I got an ombre rose gold balayage, while my friend got a brown-blonde balayage. We were both so happy with our results, and it was worth the 10 hour wait. Ivy typically doesn't take two appointments at the same time, especially for intensive processes such as balayages, but she made an exception for us. We love our hair so so much, and I couldn't have trusted my hair in any better hands besides Ivy. Ivy also made sure we were fed while she was working on our hair, since we were there from morning to night. She offered to fetch us food from the restaurant in the same plaza, and provided us water to keep us hydrated. You can see how dedicated Ivy is in her work, since she's so meticulous and so talented to take us both in on the same day. My friend and I were both super nervous to get our hair dyed since we had virgin black hair, but she did an amazing job of doing a complete transformation. Arrived this morning at 10:10am and was told it would be a 15-20 min wait which we were fine with. Close to the 20 min mark a man walks in and speaks to the staff. Then the woman who told us they could take us in 20 mins says she's sorry but this man had an appt which she wasn't aware of and could I come back in 2 hrs? No lady, we can't. We drove 20 mins to get here and just waited another 20. We are not going to wait around another 2 hrs. Staff needs to have ppl walking in check in with someone with knowledge of the day's appts and let them know definitively if they can take them and what the time frame is, UP FRONT.
