She thoroughly asked me if what she was doing looked okay for me and asked me for my reference pic so she can deliver what I wanted. I saw a tiktok video on her haircut and decided to try her out. Just like someone else stated on how she cut way to much off same issue happened to me. I asked for two inches and she got off 6!!!! I kept telling her not to cut more and she did NOT listen. Also, she fried my hair off. I had to ask her 5x to apply heat protectant and she didn't do so even though she had some on her counter.
