After five months, I came back to this salon for a root touch-up. As you can see, my gray roots had grown out, and my previous color had faded. Tina suggested going with a darker shade, and I'm so glad she did--it suits me much better! I'm happy to be back to a darker hair color. As always, I'm very satisfied with their service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tina did an amazing job, and everyone was friendly and professional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll definitely be coming back again in a few months for another root touch-up and a fresh haircut. Highly recommend!

The more I look at my hair, the more I want to cry. This is to warn everyone so you don't end up like me. I thought I was confident after reading through many reviews. The negative review by Jessica mentioned an older woman with a bob cut but that had no name attached...so I chose Tina. I asked for very few layers, nicely blended in, LONG layers. I mentioned I DID NOT want short and pointed out where I wanted my shortest strand to fall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tina kept trying to talk me into a perm and a color session that she probably didn't even pay attention to my request.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] More time was spent curling it (which looks terrible) than the actual cut. I wanted to cry after she butchered my hair. Please, anyone but her. Here are my before, what I want and her work.

I absolutely loved the results! I've received so many compliments on both the color and the haircut. I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Tiffany. I've been looking for a salon in the area and there are a ton to sift through! After reading through many reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I called ahead and got a same-day appointment for a cut and color with Victoria. This was my first time ever coloring my hair (it's naturally jet black), and Victoria was so patient and kind with me through the whole process. I wasn't quite in love with the initial highlights - honestly, purely a case of me not knowing exactly what I wanted going in - and she happily adjusted it to a darker shade that I'm obsessed with now. Her willingness to get it exactly right for me says a lot about the quality of care here. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

First and foremost when you walk in, you don't even get a hello or good morning. I really wanted to like this place. I find them on google, message them. She proceeded to tell me the hair is damaged and she needs to evaluate it... completely understand and agree. I go in and as I walk in she tell me we can't do it you have highlight mind you it been don't over 4 months. This is something she could have send on text. My hair was not evaluated in any way. She tried to get me to do a Brazilian blowout telling it's the same thing but it's really not. One is for frizz the other a permanent straightening. She had a horrible attitude when I tried to tell her it been over 4 months since I got my hair dyed she replied with "So".

I got a nice hair cut from Phong. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He is talented and very friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The price also affordable too!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]First time seeing Victoria and I'm very happy with the result.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came in with previously processed, dry, flat hair and showed an inspiration photo. While we adjusted expectations based on my hair condition, she took the time to reassess the tone multiple times during the process instead of rushing through it. You can tell she really understands Asian/Vietnamese hair and how it lifts. The final color came out soft, dimensional, and much more polished and expensive-looking without overprocessing my hair. The entire process including bleaching/highlights, toning, multiple washes, and styling took about 3.5 hours, which was very reasonable for the amount of work done. What I appreciated most was that Victoria was professional, calm, and efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was on a tight time crunch. Unlike some salons that ask a lot of personal questions, she respected my space and let me quietly take care of my business, which I appreciated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely recommend Victoria if you want a more sophisticated, wearable color rather than damaged overblonde hair.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I came in for a simple blowout and got so much more. By pure luck I was paired with Tiffany( chi Ngoc ) and she gave me the best shampoo of my life[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. It turned into a full therapeutic experience with a wash, cut, and styling. She even fixed my layers before styling, and was so patient and really took her time. She was incredibly meticulous and gentle, and her scalp massage hit areas I didn't even know could be reached. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Every hair on my head was tingling. I felt so appreciated and I'm truly thankful for her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Prices are reasonable and the service was truly stellar. Highly recommend asking for Tiffany.

I went to get a walk-in haircut today since I've been cutting my own hair lately because my graduation is coming up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wanted it to look nice and thankfully I got Tiffany to do my haircut and style my hair! She was absolutely amazing and she was so kind![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked for her to add more layers in my hair and fix what I cut unevenly in my hair and it ended up looking so good and I am really happy with what I ended up with. If you come here, you should request Tiffany she is absolutely the best and I am going to make an appointment to see her again soon to style my hair before I graduate. :) Look at the amazing work, she really went above and beyond. (this was also my first time ever getting my hair styled so i'm really happy with how it came out) $40 but I tipped $15

I asked to trim the front of my hair curtain bangs, some face framing and do not cut the back of my hair since I am trying to grow my hair. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a great haircut at first, I wish I left but the stylist said she was just going to clean it up[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The clean up became a different hair style. Went in and got hair colored to natural dark brown and a light layered cut. Got it with stylist Phong. First stylist that actually done exactly what I asked for. I also got my eyebrows to be dyed the same color as my hair. Overall I love my hair and the vibe of the salon. Will come back again for any touch ups. read more

When you walk in the place is bright and clean. You're always greeted quickly by any employee and will be seated as soon as possible. Though I recommend getting appointment ahead. I must say by far Victoria is the best hairstylist I've ever had. This dedicated hardworking woman can helps uplift anyone's mood by changing your hairstyle in anyway. Victoria does her best to accommodate your requests and even elevate it. I've gotten exactly what I wanted for my hair and more. I have never been happier with my hair before until her vision. However, the haircut itself was disappointing. Even my 8-year-old could tell it looked nothing like the reference photo we showed. He was just doing it the way he wanted despite I clearly told him what I wanted for my daughter's hair After waiting about 30 minutes while my daughter's haircut was being done, the front desk again asked if anyone could cut my son's hair. Once again, several stylists said they were busy or had customers. At that point I was frustrated and said, "That's okay, I don't need it anymore." What made it worse was that as I was leaving, I noticed a couple of stylists standing around without clients instead of helping with my son's haircut. I can honestly say that I've visited this salon three times, I tip generously, and I've never been picky. If you're considering this salon for children's haircuts, I would recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, they do not seem to specialize in little boys' haircuts, and some of the staff are not particularly kid-friendly unless you already have a favorite stylist. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll be returning.

I made an appointment with Andy on a Friday and after a few minutes of waiting I got seated and we went straight to what I wanted with my hair. We talked about which color to dye my hair and how'd it look since I have natural black hair, I knew nothing about getting my hair dyed. But Andy seemed to know what he was doing and I just agreed with him to get my hair ombre to blonde. The final result was really pretty and after I got home I realized how much I liked it :) Customer service was very good, his assistant (forgot to ask for her name) is a very nice lady she offered me water and food and while she rinsed out my hair she asked if she was being to harsh and just asked if I was comfortable. Andy also made sure that I should tell him if I didn't like something so he could fix it even though everything was great. All in all they really care about their customers especially first timers :) I give Andy a 5 star and I'd definitely come back! read more

This business is not respectful clients when I come in for my hair cut and color hair dye. I called the salon on Monday 5/16 to make app for Wednesday 5/18 at 2:30pm . Everything is set up for my schedule and my time. On time at 2:30pm and walk in the salon , I said I have app with Andy . Andy told me " are you sure called and want to to prove by calling again to the salon number ". And he said other worker can do it, he will go to Vietnam . He can say on the phone that he doesnot take anymore clients and ask me on the phone . 1000 of hair stylist out there, I can go different place . Why I m lying for ! As I was rushing , I couldn't wait to get an appointment with the popular colorists slash hairstylists recommended by other reviewers. So, I played Russian roulette with my hair, not knowing if color and cut was gonna come out good enough to bring my hair back to life. I was assigned to Tina who was not only good, she paid attention and responded well to my queries and requests, given my concerns. She did a terrific job, transforming my hair from drab to fab. I m really disappointed about my hair extensions here i pay $190 and is last only two day .never come back again It is hard to understand what you tried to say. However, the work was not done right. If you did not like what a customer brings in then you should warn them first. Your stylist charged for 150 pieces but she only installed 138. The color your stylist put on my hair was different from what I had on my hair. I was so embarrassed when I danced with my husband at the party and my hair fell off on a few hours after I got them done. You want to charge me again when I asked you to fix them. I absolutely enjoyed my haircut experience with my barber Ken! I showed him the haircut I needed on my phone and he made my hair almost look identical to the picture! As Ken was cutting my hair, he also gave me advice on how to brush my hair to keep the haircut I have. He's a great barber and I would totally recommend him! read more

The hairstylist I had was Trieu, he has great attention to detail and saw the vision of the reference photo I provided--perfectly translating the photo to my HEAD!!
