I don't really understand what all of the negative reviews are about. I have had a wonderful experience at Amazing Lash so far, and the customer service has been exceptional. I got my first full set with Ashley almost five days ago. She did an amazing job. I spent a lot of time staring at my lashes because I was so impressed how she actually got the big volume lashes on each individual lash. She was nice and worked quickly, and my lashes looked amazing. I accidentally slept on my side and a few of my lashes fell out on one eye (totally my fault). I decided that it bothered me enough to call and see how much they would charge to add some extra, even though it was a day past the three day window for corrections. Surprisingly, they let me come in for a correction anyway, for free, once I explained what happened (I'll be more careful next time to pay attention to how I sleep, haha). I was expecting to have to pay, because that is the policy, but I wanted to get them evened out since I had a big event the next day. I was worried I was acting like a diva, but everyone so so nice and totally understood. Rhiannon did my correction, and she also did an amazing job. Everyone I have come into contact with at amazing lash has been so helpful. I see reviews about people being upset about the membership and well. . . you DID sign a contract. We'll see how the lashes hold up and how my future experiences go, but as of right now, I absolutely recommend Amazing Lash to anyone considering getting extensions. read more

Can someone fire the "assistant manager", Brooke?? Rudest person you'll ever meet and probably the reason more people won't do business there! Thought I got away from her after I stopped going to Alliance and now she's at this location. Tried to ask questions about volume vs hybrid pricing and she kept rolling her eyes at me every time she had to answer a question. When I asked to speak to the actual manager, Morgan (who I've met and is great) she said she wasn't there and I had to deal with her. When I asked for her email she said "no, I can't give you that Information." It wasn't until I said her bosses name (Morgan) that she looked scared that I actually knew who to contact and then wrote down her email. She clearly does not enjoy her job, it shows in her face, mannerisms and the way she dresses- sloppy and homeless! Everyone else I've dealt with there is so sweet and always accomdating! Until she's fired I won't be back. And word of advice- try not to look like you rolled out of bed when you work in the beauty industry and want to appear professional. read more

I recently got my first pair of lashes here. I had scheduled my appointment with Denadia at the reccomendation of a friend, but when I got to my appointment, Ashley was going to be doing my lashes instead. I decided to go with it. I think Ashley did an amazing job. It has only been four days, but I have not lost any lashes yet. I got the volume lashes, because i wanted them to be dramatic. Though I'm a bit worried about how my natural lashes will hold up and I'm interested to see how long they last--I'm pretty hooked. I love the look of the lashes and I think the membership is great. Everyone was so nice to me, so I have no idea why other reviews say the customer service was bad. I have other friends who go here as well and they have all had good experiences. I am updating my review, it has been 2weeks and they have almost all fallen out! I take very good care of them, bought all the stuff they said would make them last. Woke up this morning see photo. The work they do is very inconsistent good when they want you to sign up for the membership and as soon as you do the work goes down hill!!! I have now had to pay $200 + twice for a new set because they have all fallen out!!! The membership is a rip off!!! Just tried to cancel my membership, it has to be done in person and take 30 days to cancel so the get to charge you and extra month!!!! Very unhappy customer!!! Amazing Lash Studio in Fort Worth on West 7th is absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped into the building I was greeted with a smile from Chelsea, she checked me into my appointment. Chelsea was very polite and professional. Stephanie did my eyelashes and I don't think I will be able to see anyone else going forward. Stephanie did the best job!!! She listened to what I was wanting and the style I was going for, she was spot on. Stephanie made me feel comfortable The whole time and did such a great job! I couldn't be happier with my lashes. I have only been here twice but I have had great experiences both times. Sad that the girl I got this last time is leaving because I would have asked for her from here on out, but she moved on to more opportunities. Comfortable and not too cold or hot in the rooms - I have had issues at other places not Amazing Lash so it is important to me when it comes to room temperature. They also provided a cozy blanket and pillow to keep me comfortable while laying on my back for at least an hour. They don't try hard to sale me which I love - I can't stand pushy sales. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money. Do not sign the contract...you will regret it. They do not care if your lashes look good. I have found an individual that does my lashes, and she is awesome compared to this place. Plus she charges much less. The compliments I receive on my lashes now are amazing. I was told the other day by someone that they was "in awe of my lashes because they were so pretty." You will not find this at Amazing Lash Studio. I promise. I went there. Save your money. I was skeptical of this place because of the reviews I read. I was bummed and almost didn't go to my appointment. I decided to try it out anyways for myself and I'm so glad I did! The girls up front were kind and helpful. I love loved the girl that did my eyelashes!! She was awesome. I'm a teacher so I didn't want too dramatic. I wanted the more natural look and that is exactly what she gave me! I have had no issues and the process was relaxing. The music was not a big deal....all I cared about was my lashes! I have been a member of this company for over a year and a half. The staff had been amazing, cordial, friendly and always professional. The technicians have also been wonderful to work with. I do have to say this though ..... after a year and a half I finally met the most fantastic technician I've ever had. Her name is DaNadia. Used her for the first time a couple weeks ago. I plan on making her my one and only technician. She did take longer than I am accustomed to but the results have lasted longer. Couldn't be more pleased with her and this amazing Company. Sweetest team you'll ever meet!! My first visit I had some irritation and the manager Morgan came to introduce herself and offer to have it taken care of for me same day and then personally called me the following day to make sure everything was to my liking. I never asked to speak to a manager because I didn't want to make a scene but I thought it was very telling of this company and now they care for their clients. My stylist Jaedyn was the sweetest! Had a great experience. My stylist Cari was amazing. It was my first time getting them done so I got the $79.99 special. You have the option to pick from four eyelash types. I chose the glamour. I kept moving around a lot lol but she made me Feel comfortable and she talked to me through the whole process. She went over the before and after care with me, the products that I needed to use and just overall very informative. Very friendly staff and a clean environment. AMAZING!!!! Natalia did my lashes and she was great! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and explained the different options to me and recommended what she thought would look good. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. I almost didn't even notice she was doing the lashes. She had a very gentle touch and did them in a reasonable amount of time. Love Amazing Lash Studio on 7th st. Everyone is extremely friendly, very well staffed. I've used Latisse before to get longer lashes, great but very expensive to maintain. Love my lashes now, great that you're able to choose different widths, lengths, and overall looks! Think I've tried 3 different styles already lol! Would recommend getting this done to anyone, easy to maintain and of course the look awesome! Not fake, or heavy like glue on lashes which I could never put on! read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY LASHES! Been going there since June and I could never see myself with out my lashes again! The girls are very nice, courteous and professional. I think its pretty affordable compared to the other studios around the area.
