Probably the WORST rip off I've ever been apart of. Whatever you do do not get the membership. It sounds cheaper and like a better plan, but in the end all the little charges add up! Also, if they haven't charged you yet for your monthly membership charge ($60) and you need a fill before that you have to pay for an additional fill on top of it ...even if it is the day before they charge your card. This place is ridiculous! And when I went to cancel my membership the manager gave me attitude about it and a hard time. I will never recommended this place to anyone! Elizabeth is amazing! My lashes were full for 4 weeks. My only complaint is that they need a reconstruction of their membership. They don't have anything you can physically give as a gift either if you buy somebody the membership. So my husband just had to give me their business card. read more

When in actuality, you're getting the bottom of the barrel lashes (that go flat and straight and fall out immediately) that is unless you want to pay an extra $30/$60 to upgrade your appointment. Even then, they still are not full enough. So with 2 credits and an upgrade you're already spending $199. And everyone knows a girl needs more than 2 appointments a month, ESP with these low quality lashes! So then you end up coming back a third or fourth time throughout the month.. bringing you way over what you wanted to spend. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY THAT WILL LOCK YOU INTO AN AWFUL CONTRACT leaving you disappointed in the lash quality. I've been using Amazing Lash for about 8 months and though I've had a few issues with my lashes falling off a quicker than I'd like the customer service has been excellent! They have worked with me on scheduling, payment and any other issue I've had. The ladies there always have a bright, professional and helpful attitude even when I was not so pleasant to deal with. Finally tried out eyelashes! I called right at 9 this morning to see if they could get me in same-day. The girl who answered the phone was super nice and got me in within 2 hours. All of the girls at the counter were friendly and explained to me all of the different style of lashes. They got me started right away, they said that it could take up to 90 minutes but I was done in less than an hour! Love the way they turned out. I'm excited that I can always change the style and look of my lashes next time when I get a fill! They are also very reasonable! I would recommend! read more

TERRIBLE!!!! I have been getting extensions for 6 months at home at a different place and just moved here. I tried out Amazing Lash Studio and it was nothing like what I was used to. I asked for volume lashes and I left with very sparse looking lashes. Some already were falling out when I left. The next day my eyelashes kept sticking together and the glue continued to get in my eyes. When the extensions came out, my real lashes fell out too. I went to a new eyelash extension place and she had to remove these extensions! She said my eyelashes were damaged so now I have to wait a bit before getting new extensions on. I am so disappointed as I love my extensions and Amazing Lash Studio definitely scarred me. read more

I hate to write this because I used to love going here BUT the customer service is horrible. Whatever you do don't sign a contract because you will never be able to get out of it. They will say every time that a manager will call you within 24-48 hours to help you with your cancellation request and they will never call you back so if you forget you risk being changed for another month since apparently it takes 30 days for the cancellation to be processed. It's ridiculous. As someone who has been going here for over 2 years and providing them with many referrals I'm very disappointed in the customer service. This exact same thing has happened to my friend as well. I was cancelling my membership because I'm working out of the country and now I definitely will not be going back here when I return. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! I had my lashes done one week ago, Saturday. I had to go back Monday, Tuesday & Thursday because they kept falling out. Along with a huge reaction to their glue. Today, Saturday, almost all of my right Eye and half of my left has fallen out along with MY NATURAL lashes. ( mind you, I only went 2 Days ago). I will NEVER go back. It made me pick a star, btw. I started my membership back in December and fell in love with the fact of not having to fight so hard to remove mascara. I loved every technician I ever interacted with and they always did an amazing job ( Ashley L. , Victoria, and Keesha). I always purchased any recommended products ( make up remover towel, the lash cleanser, wand, some lash serum and lint free swabs) to keep my lashes healthy;they are an investment. However when I looked at my receipts what you are using towards my refills vs what I pay out of pocket there is a difference and to me that's sneaky. Also when I was told I had "x" amount in credits but when I wanted to use them towards removing my lashes they told me I couldn't. However when I was paying $25 extra for volume I could have used it towards that. To me that's another sneaky business practice. When the front desk asked me why I wanted to cancel I told them and I explained I felt like this was crap. When I asked for a copy of the "contract" I signed I got resistance by one of the front desk saying well my copier is broke you can take a photo. She went to grab my file from the stylist, I apologized for being snippy with her explaining it's not her fault I understand corporate rules but I feel like this is just sneaky business practices. When the other young lady returned with my chart and allowed me to take photos of my contract and I started to question things she continued to speak over me and I finally said are you going to continue to speak over me or are you going to let me talk. I was not cursing nor yelling so having a representative from your company not even trying to de-escalate a situation with something as simple as not speaking over a custom is ridiculous. As I told the young lady at the front desk I no longer wanted the membership she told me it would be 48-72 hrs before she would have me come back to sign paperwork and cancel it. Again, I have to take time out of my schedule and come sign something that I expressed verbally to you guys is ridiculous. I could call anyone and cancel anyone of my contracts verbally and they send me a final bill or etc and it's done. I will admit if that situation would have been handled differently and compassion was shown. I would have stayed because again I loved my stylist and enjoyed every interaction with them. However having such a hateful front desk lady showed me exactly why I wouldn't return there. Her attitude towards your going to accept this and take it does not settle well with me. Lashes are a luxury not a necessity and having that kind of attitude towards customers is not an asset in my opinion. It's a customer service world in this industry and if you cannot perform a face to face interaction with someone who is upset but not being verbally rude then you truly need another profession. Also shame on me for not asking for a copy of my contract from the moment I signed it, anywhere I go and have to sign a contract they either provide a copy or email it (including my doctor). read more

I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, due to traffic. I called and informed them I was runniing late, and they said that was fine. Upon arrival they took my information. When I was done, and went home. I called the next day, and told them I wasn't satisfied with their service, and I asked to speak with the manager, and expained my situation with her. All she said" I'm reading the notes and you were about 30 min lates, so their for you, they had to rush. I told her, I wish they would of explained that to me in the firdt place, I rather get them done right and rescheduled. The manager said, well you have to pay full price again, so I went back and paid full price. I was forced to cancel my membership, since I wasn't happy with the way theu hadle this situation. I've always had a good experience at the alliance and southlake location and was beyond surprised to be treated this way by this company. Used to love it when I first started getting my lashes done a year ago but every since they've started using cheaper glue and lashes it has not been the same. I cancelled my year membership asap because my lashes would fall off quicker so more and more appointments = more $$, they were itchy and bothersome way more often, and even my favorite staff started quitting (that's when you know things aren't going well). Decided to try eyelash extensions out and this location was convenient and affordable.Everyone is very friendly and helpful,the place is clean and comfortable as well.As for the lashes,I love them! They last me about 2-3 weeks depending how well you take care of them.I love being able to wear minimal makeup and I've ditched my mascara,eyeshadows and eyeliner.Once you get lashes,it is addicting,but I get lots of compliments and they look very natural. I currently have the membership and it works since it pays for one of the fills each month. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try it out. read more

I am very disappointed in this place. I have been coming here for over a year, and my lashes always need to be refilled in two weeks. They never last. I only kept coming because I signed an agreement with them. Today I came in on time, and it took a few minutes to be checked in. Then I lay down on the table, and I'm told oh sorry I don't have time to do you, so I'll have to re-book you with another stylus 40 min from now. I drive 35 miles over here to get this done, And my time is very valuable. The customer service is poor, and nobody cares about making you wait. I have had experiences where the lashes were glued on and then had to be ALL taken off and new ones added due to the sloppiness. A three hour process. Emily is the only one who seems to know what she is doing and Myra is rude!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone as the lashes do not stay And the the management does not care. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. to begin with, this company has a so called "contract" that charges you $60 a month for a period of six months to come in and get fills when needed. BULLSHIT. i was charged $100+ in the beginning for a classic full set. i was then told that after this appointment the monthly payments will come out of my account for $60. i go back later the same month to get a fill and they charged me for a set that i didn't receive PLUS an additional charge for a master Lash Artist. no one asked for that and quite frankly, the master lash artists skills were comparable to a regular lash artist. when i proceeded to cancel my "contract" due to the lack of accommodating customer service and an overall shitty lash application, they told me i had to continue with my payments to buy out the contract. i never signed a form implying that there was a contract and was given very brief details about the guidelines. i cancelled my card that was on file with this company and they called me saying i needed to pay the remaining months i had left in my contract. under no circumstances will i be funding this company anymore and when i have tried to speak to a manager they refused my request. i'd be damned if they charge me one more time for this so called "contract" that in-fact i didn't sign a paper for. i made a verbal agreement. never signed a legal document. i'd suggest that this company stops scamming people and performing terrible services before they go out of business. take this review into consideration. read more

I wouldn't give this placed any stars if I could. Absolutely horrible product and horrible customer service. I went in and the girl talked me into signing up for the membership , within a week of my first set of lashes they were all gone. I called and talked to someone on the phone they said it was probably something that I was doing. I explained that I've been getting lashes for over 4 years and know how to take care of them. They said that I could buy a product that might help them to stay on longer so I agreed to come back and bought the product for almost $38 at my next appointment. A week later my lashes are almost all gone again. I called today to get a resolution from the girl and basically was told that there was nothing that they could do. I told her that in that case I want to cancel the agreement and she had the audacity to say "you signed a contract, that's life". I am absolutely blown away by this company's complete disregard for customer service or the reputation of their product. The girl I spoke to on the phone refused to give me any managers name in fact she said she didn't know it so I will be pursuing other avenues but if I were you, I would stay away from this place at all costs. read more

This place is amazing like their name! I highly recommend Myra or Emily. I was also told kaylee is also pretty good, so I have an appointment with her in a few days to check her out. I originally started at the one in old town Dallas, and was going on a cruise, so I wanted my lashes to look really nice. I thought they turned out okay, but after a few days, they didn't really impress me much and more kept falling out. I think it may have been because I got the second option (forgot the name) for fullness instead of the "gorgeous" style. I decided to try the Fort Worth location since I live in Arlington, and was blown away at the difference between the styles of lashes. I also had a tech who was very precise and took her time but was still pretty quick. I've only had to do one correction since March, and that was because I went to someone who I had never went to before( and I think she was brand new and wasn't properly educated), but I don't want to put her name down since it may hurt her business. I signed up for the membership and I ALWAYS get compliments on my lashes. I even got them mixed with purple the last time and they turned out really cool. It has been almost two months since getting them and I still have purple in there that haven't fallen out yet. As long as you follow the instructions that they give you to take care of the lashes, and you go to someone who is really good, you will not have a problem. Hope this helps with deciding to come here. You also get $10 off for every person you refer and another $10 for writing a review. I've wanted to for a while, but finally felt that I have enough to give more components to this compliment . Good job ladies. One suggestion that I do have, is to the ladies in the front. I had called once and left a message and no one returned my call, so I would have given you 5 stars, but that was the reason you were given 4. The 'management' here is just awful. I feel bad for the stylists and front desk team. I have been around for a while and seen many faces come and go. Members are lied to about memberships and their cancellations, they continue to bill your account even if it was supposed to be cancelled 6 months ago, probably because there have been like 4 or 5 different managers and assistant managers in the last like 4 months. So paperwork gets lost and then its a 'he said/she said' situation. "The customer is always right", is NEVER the situation over here at ALS West 7th. Even the managers don't seem to know what they are doing. They are never on the same page. Overall, the poor customer service and sketchy ways of doing things here are what is driving me away. I made an appointment for a full set and when I called they informed me I could just pay the difference ($30) of the full set and the automatic refill every member pays for every month for 6 months ($50). BUT instead, AFTER I had already received my treatment they told me I had to pay the full $80 for the full set since I was 6 days away for my membership start date. I told the manager what I was told over the phone (thinking she would hold up to her coworkers statement) and she said I still had to pay the $80. They SUCK at informing their clients with the correct facts of their membership. I would have obviously waited 6 days if it would've saved me $30. I am a member here and have not had any issues. I can always get in and everyone is generally pleasant. I do wish their adhesive lasted longer. Becky did a fabulous job, once again. My lashes are a tad bit shorter and thinner than extensions that I've received from other studios, but I'm happy that they are appropriate for my natural lashes and should prevent any early lash loss.
