I just started going to this lash studio and really, had such good experiences so far. I had a full set placed by Faith and she did exactly what I asked for, even though I didn't know what I asked for wasn't what I wanted. When she was done and I had a little mid energy about it she asked what I expected and then went out of her way to set me up so she could correct it to what I wanted but didn't ask for. I didn't know the terminology & she was so cool about it. We vibed through both sessions and I can't say more about how well she did. Then my next fill was with Tierra and really- she did amazing, super smooth, gentle and FAST with amazing results! I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this one is warranted. For starters, I had the introductory price of $99.99 for a set of classic lashes but when you sign up online it says $79.99. Upon arrival the receptionist explained everything about the styles and the look of the lashes. Except THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU SELECT A STYLE, ITS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. And the prices aren't displayed. I read prior reviews about similar and experienced the same. I decided to go with the gorgeous classic. For my tech, I had Maddie. Going back to the station, which didn't seem to clean, I noticed that they don't wear gloves. In addition, are touching their phones throughout the service which is a bit disgusting. Maddie didn't show me any lash sizes or anything. Just started. Upon exiting, my lashes were awful. And then looking in the mirror in the front desk, there were no lashes on the side of my eyes. I explained to the receptionist that this is not okay. The lashes were entirely too long and looked nothing like the gorgeous and were not filled in as a classic set should be. Hayley attempted to fix my lashes, which she saw that there were numerous lashes missing and that it was not the gorgeous style. I appreciate Hayley's efforts. But I explained to her that if I'm paying for something, I should love it and that Maddie did an awful job. So I asked for a removal. The removal left a bunch of white sticky glue on my eyes. Also, Hayley was on her phone too. I don't believe the techs should be touching their phones and tools then placing their hands on eyes. This is easy to get an infection or transfer unwanted germs. So upon checking out, this location still wanted to charge me $144 for the lashes but then said the adjustment is complimentary but the removal will be discounted. I informed the receptionist that is unacceptable because I'm not leaving here with lashes. The receptionist then said she spoke with her manager and that the manager is in the hospital with her daughter and that she will try to call again. I mentioned to her she needs to do what she needs to do because I was not paying for the lashes. The manager mentioned that I had to pay because the girls had to paid for their time, adjustments are not free because I was back there for 30 minutes instead of the 20 minutes. I explained to the receptionist that part of the time was the additional time it took for the removal and the adjustment because I was missing so many lashes. Just avoid these lash-mills because they are known to have bad reputations across town. Judging by the reviews, this location holds true to not having good lash services. It was clear Maddie didn't know what she was doing at all. Just find an aesthetician and pay. read more

Amazing Last Studio was by far worst experience I've ever had in my life. The worst customer service, by management. Not to mention the pain & emotional anguish I experienced I have lost so much sleep thinking about this I think I will finally be at peace once I have left my review on every outlet possible. On 12/26/24 I called amazing lash spoke with Shailynne I explained I had reactions before. She made me feel comfortable and said that they had sensitive glues & new customer would be $99.99 I set an appointment for 12/27 @ 10am. On 12/27 the lash stylist Bella was aware of my sensitivities she said sensitive glue does not stick as well & that I could try the regular glue & if I have a reaction I could use sensitive glue on my next visit therefore the regular glue was used to apply my lashes. I showed her a picture of an example lash she said that was volume, so I showed her eyelashes from Amazing lash website called gorgeous and she said that that would still be a volume & it would be $45.00 additional. During the application my eyes were burning and itching I mentioned it several times & was told it was normal it was uncomfortable and painful. When I checked out, I was charged $164.99. I was so irritated and in pain, I just left & said, nothing. Later that day, I got a text from Shailynne to check in she knew something wasn't right I explained what She said she would talk to Bella & give me a call back. On 12/28 I woke up my eyes were glued shut with gunk. I called Shailynne she set an appointment for me @ 12 to have them removed. She said she would discuss the $65.00 overcharge for gorgeous lashes that I requested. Shailynne was disappointed that she wasn't there, because none of this would have happened. I had a very nice lash tech that removed the lashes for me. I cannot remember her name. She was shocked at the way my eyes looked and the fact that the sensitive glues were not used on me even though it was expressed I have reactions. Shailynne set a patch test for 01/02 with sensitive glue. I would have actually, signed up for a membership If senstaive worked, is not then maybe we could use a credit towards the $164.99 for another service such as eyebrows. She said she would speak with her manager Shailynne exhibited wonderful customer service and made me feel that they were going do right by me, especially since I paid $164.99 to wear lashes barely a painful 24 hours. On 12/30 I received the following text: This is Nour, the manager at Amazing Lash. I'm reaching out regarding the charge for your full set on the 28th. After reviewing the call records, I confirmed that our lash consultant went over the pricing and explained the difference between Classic and Volume on December 26th. Additionally, I spoke with the stylist, and when you showed the picture, she also went over the differences and you mentioned that if you were paying $100, you'd be willing to pay a bit extra for the Volume style. I sincerely apologize for any confusion, but at this point, I'm unable to refund the cost for the Volume set, as we discussed the details multiple times beforehand. In regards to the patch test that you have booked on Thursday the second, because you had a reaction to our sensitive adhesive, there is no other adhesive that we are able to use on you. I will cancel that patch test for you. I do apologize that there isn't another way to receive the lash extensions. Please let me know if you have any further questions. The lies that sensitive glue was used upset me so much it was clear that the stylist must have told her sensitive glue was used unless Nour decided to lie on her own. Went here for a volume fill since my regular lash girl couldn't get me in, asked for them to just make the one eye more even and told them exactly what I get normally and thought nothing could go wrong. They didn't even touch the right eye only the left one and it took an hour, the only difference is the clumped up glue to the point I couldn't brush them and they fell out once I got to my car. Over the phone they told me it would be $100 but once I got there it was $130 since it was a "volume fill" also another charge for a non-membership fee. Although they gave a discount since the girl wasn't a "master lash artist". I payed $125 for them to do basically nothing and waste my time. The staff was very sweet but the work they do is not good and should NOT be so expensive for ONE eye. My lashes have never been healthier!!! I've been getting my lashes done for two years and this is the best retention I've had!

First time getting my lashes done and they looked great after getting them done. I bought the products and did everything they told me to take proper care of them but after like 3 days they started falling out, sometimes even in clumps. At first I thought a little fallout was normal so I did not call them. I called them 6 days after getting them done and booked to get them fixed. When I came in I asked if I would be charged and they said since I didn't call the first 48 hours of getting them done, they can't fix them without charge. They would have charge like 60-70 dollars to fix them. I paid 170 dollars for these lashes just for them to fall out right away. Do yourself a huge favor and don't use this company. I had a very inconsistent experience here and never even got to get my lashes done. I am in town with my two small children for a family emergency and finally got some time to get my lashes filled. I saw this location and another one in Peoria, which was closer, but once I entered my information in online for the appointment inquiry, this location kept calling/texting me. They called me twice a day and texted me numerous times a day as well. I spoke to one scheduler whose name I believe was Hailey, and she was very nice. I did enjoy the ease of communicating about the appointment via text since I've been so busy, but when I decided that I would like an appointment that they offered, no one responded to the final text and by the time I called, they had given that appointment away. I settled for an appointment an hour later, knowing that it would disrupt my family's schedule for the day. On my way to the appointment, I got a little lost and called to try to make sure I was going the right direction. No one answered so I left a voicemail. They called me back about six minutes later when I was in the parking lot, not ever listening to the message I left, and told me that since I was 11 minutes late, I could no longer attend my appointment. The person who called me, whom I shall not name, but whose name I believe begins with an R, was incredibly rude, inflexible, lacked understanding and empathy, and was not listening to anything I said. They had booked me for a full set when I only needed a fill in case the stylist would want more time and it was supposed to be documented, but clearly was not. When I informed this receptionist of that fact, she told me that it was not in the notes and the initial consultation would take 30 minutes and they would not have time to "get [me] full". I explained again that I was literally in the parking lot, only one minute past their late policy (which was never communicated to me), in the middle of a monthlong family emergency and finally had childcare coverage so I could get my lashes done, and I felt like I was talking to a rock. She kept referencing the late policy, completely ignored that I was booked for a service that was 30 minutes longer than the service I actually needed (so the stylist actually would have been done earlier even though I was 11 minutes late), and was completely insensitive. I know it's difficult to hire people right now, but I was appalled by how I was treated. I'm embarrassed to say that after this exchange, I was on the verge of tears about my eyelashes, but after a very stressful month dealing with family health crises, I was majorly overdue for some self-care and this rude individual made the situation much worse. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there wasn't one there, which I don't know if I believe. She told me that the manager would be in on Sunday and she would have her call me- that's today and I never received a call. I asked her name again, forgetting that I had already written it down in my phone, and she would not give me her name. I will never do business with this location or recommend this location to anyone. On a positive note, immediately after hanging up with this rude receptionist, I called the Peoria location (they are all owned privately) and they got me in within 20 minutes. The receptionists there were incredibly kind, understanding and were quite surprised to hear how I was treated at the Glendale location. The "initial consultation" that the rude receptionist told me was inflexible and would take 30 minutes, took less than 10 minutes at this location and they were very thorough about explaining the different options and ensuring that I would get the exact look that I was wanting. My stylist's name was Sam, she was quick, calming and did a fantastic job. I ended up buying a membership there, even though I don't live here, just in case I would like to get a fill when I am visiting again. I also bought the lash products they offer. I feel like myself again thanks to the lovely women who work at Peoria Amazing Lash and feel slightly traumatized by how I was treated by the receptionist at the Glendale Amazing Lash location. read more

After my fill appointment my husband made for me I went home with irritation and redness but I thought that was normal. I ended up with an eye infection not even a week after getting my lashes filled! I saw Cali but saw Olyvia at first. I had no issues with the set Olyvia did but when I had gotten my lashes filled I ended up getting an infection, doctor suggested dirty implements was used, I paid and tipped to get an eye infection basically.
