I had a very inconsistent experience here and never even got to get my lashes done. I am in town with my two small children for a family emergency and finally got some time to get my lashes filled. I saw this location and another one in Peoria, which was closer, but once I entered my information in online for the appointment inquiry, this location kept calling/texting me. They called me twice a day and texted me numerous times a day as well. I spoke to one scheduler whose name I believe was Hailey, and she was very nice. I did enjoy the ease of communicating about the appointment via text since I've been so busy, but when I decided that I would like an appointment that they offered, no one responded to the final text and by the time I called, they had given that appointment away. I settled for an appointment an hour later, knowing that it would disrupt my family's schedule for the day. On my way to the appointment, I got a little lost and called to try to make sure I was going the right direction. No one answered so I left a voicemail. They called me back about six minutes later when I was in the parking lot, not ever listening to the message I left, and told me that since I was 11 minutes late, I could no longer attend my appointment. The person who called me, whom I shall not name, but whose name I believe begins with an R, was incredibly rude, inflexible, lacked understanding and empathy, and was not listening to anything I said. They had booked me for a full set when I only needed a fill in case the stylist would want more time and it was supposed to be documented, but clearly was not. When I informed this receptionist of that fact, she told me that it was not in the notes and the initial consultation would take 30 minutes and they would not have time to "get [me] full". I explained again that I was literally in the parking lot, only one minute past their late policy (which was never communicated to me), in the middle of a monthlong family emergency and finally had childcare coverage so I could get my lashes done, and I felt like I was talking to a rock. She kept referencing the late policy, completely ignored that I was booked for a service that was 30 minutes longer than the service I actually needed (so the stylist actually would have been done earlier even though I was 11 minutes late), and was completely insensitive. I know it's difficult to hire people right now, but I was appalled by how I was treated. I'm embarrassed to say that after this exchange, I was on the verge of tears about my eyelashes, but after a very stressful month dealing with family health crises, I was majorly overdue for some self-care and this rude individual made the situation much worse. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there wasn't one there, which I don't know if I believe. She told me that the manager would be in on Sunday and she would have her call me- that's today and I never received a call. I asked her name again, forgetting that I had already written it down in my phone, and she would not give me her name. I will never do business with this location or recommend this location to anyone. On a positive note, immediately after hanging up with this rude receptionist, I called the Peoria location (they are all owned privately) and they got me in within 20 minutes. The receptionists there were incredibly kind, understanding and were quite surprised to hear how I was treated at the Glendale location. The "initial consultation" that the rude receptionist told me was inflexible and would take 30 minutes, took less than 10 minutes at this location and they were very thorough about explaining the different options and ensuring that I would get the exact look that I was wanting. My stylist's name was Sam, she was quick, calming and did a fantastic job. I ended up buying a membership there, even though I don't live here, just in case I would like to get a fill when I am visiting again. I also bought the lash products they offer. I feel like myself again thanks to the lovely women who work at Peoria Amazing Lash and feel slightly traumatized by how I was treated by the receptionist at the Glendale Amazing Lash location. read more

Efficiency and Consistency is key!! I went in for a fill and ended up walking out with no extensions, they were all removed. The new girl they scheduled me with said my other girl was applying too much glue and too many lashes per natural lash. I was told I had to make a second appointment to get the rest removed and then needed a full set to start fresh again. Then they said they would schedule me with a level 3 artist to fix the mistakes. Umm...who was I scheduled with before a level 1 artist? Am I paying membership prices to be with someone right out of school and then being charged to correct their errors? No thank you! I cancelled my membership and will take my business elsewhere. If you don't have consistency or efficiency then you're not the place for me. read more

After my fill appointment my husband made for me I went home with irritation and redness but I thought that was normal. I ended up with an eye infection not even a week after getting my lashes filled! I saw Cali but saw Olyvia at first. I had no issues with the set Olyvia did but when I had gotten my lashes filled I ended up getting an infection, doctor suggested dirty implements was used, I paid and tipped to get an eye infection basically. I called to get a refund & was put on hold and then hung up on and when I tried to call back nobody answered the phone. This is the worst experience I've ever had getting my lashes done, my friends that have gone to Cali also have gotten eye infections and have also told me that nothing was done about it as well. So my stylist was very nice and did a really good job. However the length was a little longer than what I asked for but nothing crazy they were very pretty. My biggest problem is i've had eyelash extensions from different artist and studios and definitely know how to take care of them and have even had sets before that lasted up to about 3 weeks before really needing a fill. This was my first time coming here and my lashes have not even lasted a week and are falling out...I have to say i'm disappointed because I really liked the customer service I received and how clean everything was but I cannot continue to pay $100+ for something that isn't even lasting close to the time frame they should be. read more

I have had lashes before. Today I had an appointment with Madison for a new set. I am allergic to the gel pads so she tried them anyway But interestingly she put on the gel pads and then proceeded to take medical tape and tie all aspects of my eyes back including the under part covered by the pads. Brows, lids and corners of my eyes were all secured with medical tape. When the pads started to itch she removed the tape and the pads and proceeded to continue to medically tape my eyes from all angles. I've never had anything but sensitive/no allergic pads placed under my eyes in the past . After set up she began working on my lashes however after every few lashes she would rip off the tape and re-tape. I've never had this done either. She replaced removed tape approximately six times throughout the 2 hour + lashing. Finally after 2 hours and 20 minutes she began ripping off all the tape from each eye and as she started to pull it was clear the tape was not going to budge. Rather than getting support from a more veteran lasher she just kept ripping and pulling to the point where my eyes were tearing. Once she finished I sat up and looked at the tape next to me and my lower lashes were on the tape. I looked in the mirror and in spite of beautiful upper lashes I couldn't help and notice my lower lashes were almost completely ripped off. The skin under my eyes was torn from being stuck on the tape. In a state of shock I walked out of the room and headed to the front. I showed the Girl at the front desk my lower lashes or shall I say no lower lashes and she explained that the manager is out and will be for sometime at least a week. She could offer me a $20 discount but that was all she apologized to some degree that was a bit sassy as well. There's nothing I can do now and the fact that my upper lashes look pretty good it really draws attention to the fact that I have almost no lower Lashes left. The lady at the front suggested that I purchase a serum to help them grow back. I'm still waiting to hear from a manager I asked the gal at the front to take her own photos before I left but I wanted to leave a review so this doesn't happen to anybody else. I am so embarrassed to go to work tomorrow with no lashes on the bottom. The gal at the front noted that Madison is a level one Lasher not sure what that means but not going with a level one anytime soon. read more

For starters, I'm not one to complain. I'd previously had a membership with Amazing Lash but due to Covid decided to cancel my membership. This was my first time back to Amazing Lash and I was seen by the tech Marlene. Since being a previous customer, they had record of my lash extentions. I specifically asked her not to have the "barbie doll" lashes that look heavy but more natural. She said that wouldn't be an issue and we agreed of a mixture of 3D. After my session, the tech never met me at the counter nor did I receive any aftercare information. My bill was $215 (not including tip). My lashes are not what I wanted. When I called (same day) to complain, I was told I could come in for a removal and a new set but would be required to pay and the other option I was given was to do their "maintenance membership" - this place is ridiculous. They don't care about the quality of service they provide nor their customer service - they just push their memberships. read more

I made an appointment at Amazing Lash 4 days before my wedding, & thank goodness I didn't come any sooner because the retention on my lashes was terrible. It was unfortunate because the set that I got looked great, but within the week there was not a single lash left on my eyes. It is worth mentioning that I was extremely careful with them. I did not get them wet, didn't rub my eyes, etc. Once I finally washed the skin around my eyes, 4 days after application, so many lashes came out & continued to come out until they were all gone after a week. First time coming and I won't come again. I've been getting my eyelashes done for over 5 years and I am disappointed at the service I got. First and foremost I called to make a same day appointment I asked how much a foreign fill would be and they told me $99. The person they had available was an extra $20 on top but it was too soon of an appointment since I had to drive over 20 min to get there. They set me up with a new tech and said it would be $20 less. Cool, score. However, they informed me when I got there that the lashes I want were an extra $65.... Which they never mentioned over the phone. I get done and they look nothing like I expected them to look. She said some of my lashes were too small, but my normal tech does my eyelashes great every two weeks with no issues. Not to mention I was pinched and poked a couple times on my eyelids, also something I've never experienced... I get to the front and they asked how it was and I was honest. I'm not happy with them. I then look in the mirror in the front and I still have a bunch of glue on my eyelids. Something the tech should have cleaned up before sending me on my way. I guess the positive is the front desk made a mistake and it was only $35 extra and not $65.... Overall not satisfied. read more

I was so excited to have my lashes done for my graduation.. I had previously had my lashes done one other time at this salon, so I decided to go back this time after over a year. I had my lashes done 6/3 and by that night, I had several fans already detaching. It was disappointing that my lashes wouldn't look how I wanted them to for my graduation. I followed all after care instructions and still lost a large amount of lashes. I went back on 6/5 and the lash artist added more volume lashes to my hybrid set to give them a more full look. She stated the issue was the glue that was used originally, and let me know that that glue should no longer be used in the Arizona climate and that she would use new glue for the few new ones that she would be adding. Now 5 days later, I look like I have had my lashes for over a month. 75% of my lashes have already fallen out and I look like I got a classic set, and not a hybrid/volume set. I have taken proper care of my lashes exactly as instructed and spent lots of money in order to help make my event special, and I am mad, frustrated and disappointed at this salon. I definitely will not be visiting this salon again in the future. read more

I was supposed to have my correction today but I decided my lashes needed more than one week for a break, I called to reschedule and the lady says it's not in here as a correction and if it was if I were to push it back a week it wouldn't be a correction .okay. so 1) it's supposed to be a correction so figure your stuff out. 2) if it was in there correctly like it's supposed to be, you are forcing me to get a lash lift a week after having one, damaging my lashes more or I would lose the correction discount. this is not a company that cares about your lashes. read more

I never really leave bad reviews but I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Olyvia on Saturday. First of all my lashes came out nothing like I expected. I asked for a dark glam look and she gave me super light natural. It doesn't even look like I have lashes on. I'm thinking if she couldn't do what I asked and said she couldn't get my desired look, I wouldn't have done them. She ripped off the tape roughly and dropped the tweezers several times. Tried to keep a conversation with me but multiple times asked the same question as if she wasn't paying attention. This is definitely not worth $175. I've been doing my lashes for years and this is not cool. I had just left cause I was so frustrated but called immediately. I didn't know there is different tiers of artist and she had only been there a month and a half. I called again this morning and I'm yet to get a call back from the manager. read more

Prior to getting my lashes done I had to fill out a paper and on that paper i specified I've had an allergic reaction in the past. I also told my stylist about how I had this reaction before and she seemed to understand . Not only did she express good understanding she then told me the reason she did not have eyelashes herself was because she had a reaction. I asked my stylist if they make such a glue for sensitive eyes and she confirmed they did and that she would use that one on me. I left so happy with my lashes and relieved I didn't have to worry about a reaction because she used the sensitive glue. I even signed up for their membership to get cheaper fills. Well I woke up the next day and my lashes were swollen but not as swollen as the following day looking like this. I myself work in the medical field and knew I had the remove them immediately. Well the lash studio was kind enough to give me a free removal but didn't care I only had them on for two days and paid 100 dollars. But the girl who removed them for me also told me sensitive glue was not used on my lashes and that's why they had to use a mix with acetone to remove the lashes (which let me tell you it burned so bad because of how damaged my eyes were). It just sucks that my stylist didnt take the time to fully listen to me and didn't try other routes like testing my lash for sensitivity (which they can do I found out as well). I wasted money not only at the lash studio but also to get medication to help the inflammation. Not to mention the time I had to off work.
