I really hate to leave a negative review, but I have now had multiple disappointing experiences at Amazing Lash Studio in Grand Prairie, TX. My first visit was in 2025. I did not receive the exact style I requested, and within 24 hours my lashes began falling out -- not normal shedding, but excessive fallout that left noticeable gaps. By the next day, almost all of the extensions were gone. I called and was scheduled for an adjustment, which I appreciated, but the same issue happened again. After going elsewhere for a while with no retention issues, I recently decided to give this location another chance. Unfortunately, the problem remains the same. The lashes simply do not last. The retention is extremely poor, especially considering the cost of the service. I'm not sure if the issue is the adhesive, the products being used, or the application technique, but lash extensions should last longer than a day or two. This has now been a repeated experience for me at this location. I hope management reviews their product quality and application standards because clients deserve better longevity and consistency. read more

Do not sign up for an auto draft membership. After 10 years as a member, I was suddenly charged almost $500 in back fees after putting my account on hold. Manager never returned calls, staff admitted a "system issue"; and they refused to refund me but said they would freeze my account until I was ready for a new set of lashes. Continued billing even after promising a freeze. I had to cancel and replace my bank card because I don't trust them now. Very poor billing practices. read more

Following my initial review, I received a call today, Tuesday, from the manager. Unfortunately, no credit or refund was offered, and she retained the full amount I paid. She is essentially profiting off a service that I only had for about an hour before it was removed. In the end, I paid $145 just to have the lashes put on and then taken off. read more

I've been a few times to this location. I've experienced a few challenges. Last visit the technician accidentally dropped a lot of glue on my eyelid /eyelash and we had to remove the lashes that clumped together and reapply that area which added a good amount of time to my visit. Each time I'm content with my eyelashes but I can't say that I'd recommend them to a first timer. First visit: Sparkle provided my eyelash fill service for me. She was sure to ask what I wanted in my lashes and asked about my previous experiences so that she could attempt to give me exactly what I want. I'm happy with how my lashes look; very natural. She was extremely patient, understanding, and incredibly sweet. She gave me a great hybrid 6D set. I am very happy with my experience here. Very disappointed in this location!! I was very pleased with my extensions and service at the Austin location so I kept my membership. I came to this location DESPITE THE BAD RATING because it was the closest location to my house, but I REGRET it!!! When my lashes fell (before the fill at this location) I could see that the individual extension was attached to only one of my natural lashes and i didn't need a fill until about 4 weeks. But this time around, my lashes are falling out WAY more quickly and it falls in CLUMPS. You could see 3 of the extensions on one of my natural lash! Do NOT go here!!! I've been getting eyelash extensions for over 6 years and this was hands down THE WORST I've ever experienced!! The receptionist was nice. The stylist was 45 mins late and the most PAINFUL service I've ever had! You would've thought she was either ripping my eyelashes out or gluing my lids together. HORRIBLE!! Then as the lashes grew out, AGAIN incredibly PAINFUL!! Painful eyelashes!!! Sequoia used so much glue and clumped the lashes together so my natural lashes were pulled and now I have BALD SPOTS which had NEVER happened in 6 years of extensions! My lash ladies name was Sparkle and I was throughly pleased with my visit. I'm not an eye lash wearer and this was my first visit. The cashier was extremely courteous and very helpful. She works very great in that role. Sparkle listened to what I wanted and didn't want and NAILED exactly what I wanted. I instantly became a regular customer of hers today. When you make an appointment there is no waiting around which is what I really liked. They are ready for you as soon as you walk in the door . Yeah...I wish I have listened to the reviews. Oh gave them 3 stars because I did receive good customer service from the manager when I called to explain that my left eye was hurting very bad. She gave a some solutions and scheduled me an appointment for a recheck. My lash tech was very sweet, but one eye is noticeably fuller than the other immediately after completion, so she filled that eye in with a volume lash. I even stated that I was nervous that if she doesn't do the other eye with a volume lash too, that it might look different. She said she didn't think it would've noticeable. But it's very noticeable! I had such a horrible experience with the irritation from the sensitive eye glue that I didn't want to go back for her to correct it, but I feel as though I it shld have been corrected before I left when I mentioned my concern for them looking different. I would not recommend this place unless you want your card constantly ran without your permission. The staff is also super rude. I missed an appointment because I had COVID! I was charged apparently the max amount they can charge of $150 and was told I would get no service for it. I obviously stopped going and locked my debit card. They attempt to charge it 3x a month!!!! First charge $120 then $60 twice after per month. This place is a robbery and I'm not sure how it's allowed. When I asked to speak to the manager who was in the back room she would not come out she just kept delaying messages. If I could give no stars I would. I told the lash stylist that I wanted long and full lashes. I've been getting my lashes done for a long time and I always get between 14 mm and 16 mm length. I woke up and she had done all 8-10mm lashes. What's worse is she didn't even apply them to all of my lashes. My natural lashes were longer than the ones she applied to me. Then the front desk tried to sell me a ridiculous monthly plan and said that if I didn't agree to the plan that I'd be paying over $100 for a fill. No thanks, I wouldn't come back for a fill even if they didn't have that monthly plan rule. Better to just go with a lash curler and mascara than to go to Amazing Lash I promise you. Try a more local lash artist from facebook or literally anywhere else. Oh and they fell out after a week. I was actually relieved when they fell out though because it was such a crappy job. read more

This place is the absolute worst I've give them chance after chance and EVERY TIME I come they always have something messed up. I signed up for the membership and the next time I came they changed me the full amount even though last night I gave them my card to put on file the previous time I have been here. All the did was give me 10$ off I spend about 130$ when if I had the membership I wouldn't pay for a fill and the manager rush the lady that was doing my lashes so she didn't even finish and I had to come back. This time I set an appointment and I come and they say oh we don't see it can you come back later at 2:30 I have other things to do they and very unprofessional. read more

I enjoy my stylist Sparkle, but the receptionists were can jump in the garbage can with their customer service. I'm a fairly new customer and do not know all the rules. Called them to say I was going to be 5-7 minutes late. Arrived and was told I needed to reschedule and I was 7 minutes late. They spoke to me for about 10 minutes about the rules on the 30 min session, which made it even longer. I explained that when I come back, I want them to be just as prompt, since they were so unforgiving with me. ( I was stuck in traffic ) So I came back 2 hours later and sat in the waiting area. At one minute until my appt time, I stated I should be walking back there at taped up. The black girl with the cow nose ring and Melissa ignored me and the the black girl started putting on makeup. I asked did you hear me ? And the black girl said, if your stylist is late, we will give you 10% off. And then I made another comment about being 5 mins late and Melissa argued back and forth with me and I asked her not to. Both the ladies were snickering. I went back and my stylist was awesome but those ladies are something else. When I asked about my 10% the black girl with the cow nose ring wouldn't give it to me bc she said they had to be more than 10 mins late. Wow! She didn't say that before. I want to change locations and I'm waiting on the owner to call me back. I have a membership and I need to change. I also want an apology from those two ladies for their dismissive behavior to me and treating me like someone who does not have an option. This company is not the only place that does lashes. --------------------------------------------------- Update I was taken care of by the manager and we discussed this situation. This is hands down the worst amazing lash location I have ever been a member of, for many reasons. One the front desk lacks customer service training. I have walked in while literally on the phone, after calling for two hours & watched as the front desk receptionist laughed & jokes & blatantly ignored my call. When I asked her if there was a reason no one was answering the phone for the last 2 hours... her answer was I WAS BUSY! Two I called on several occasions to book an appointment and was treated like an inconvenience as I could here her literally snapping her fingers. Third on two occasions I was scheduled for an appointment & Walked in to find out it was somehow deleted or magically did exist. All I got was an, " I am sorry, she does this a lot." Fourth reason is that one day I called & made an appointment & had to cancel one hour later due to a work emergency and the same girl that booked my appointment said sorry we have to charge you $50 to cancel it? The fifth reason is that they tend to run late for example now ...... I have a 7:20 appointment & it's now 7:36 & still I am waiting to be greeted by my stylist .....but if I am 10 minutes late I get charged for my appointment & do NOT get serviced ? I am cancelling my membership at the end of the month. This Six months with this Grand Prairie location has been absolutely sub par & I don't understand how the owner & manager allows this type of behavior. I have no doubt that there will be more complaints to come with the current employees. I miss the Austin & Round Rock locations. Unless you want to be treated like a measly number. I have been going to this location for the past year and a half. I have had issues with them since day one. Every time you ask for an explanation on the charges, it's always a different story. I have seen a total of 3 different managers in this short period of time and none of them know what the heck is going on. Today was the last draw a visit that was supposed to be $25 turns out to be over $55, and when asked why, I was told that their fees went up again!! I was there 2 weeks ago and nothing was mentioned. I was running late and called store to let them know I would be there in 10 min. Cassie stated Holly hasn't worked there for two weeks. I asked why did the person not tell me that yesterday and booked. She never answered but asked me if I wanted to rebook for another date. I told her no because this was the second incident in which a mistake was made. Cassie said she would cancel appointment. Why did I receive a call from you know who asking if I was still coming to appointment. Like really I just talked to her and she didn't update her books. She need to do better or come from behind that front desk because clearly she not built for that line of work. The front desk staff need to be replaced. In February I signed up for a 6 month plan based on lies the person at the front desk told me in order to obtain my business. I was advised it was a 6 month contract but if I needed to cancel for any reason I could speak to the manager & he would allow me to cancel. I asked several times & if there was a cancellation fee & was assured there would be no fee & that it would be easy to cancel. Well this is not the case he cares nothing about what you were told by an employee who is now fired. He admitted the person was fired for this exact reason & when I mentioned that fact he said he did not say it & that she was fired for a multitude of other reasons. What a joke!!! If I could give zero stars it would be a negative 10 rating. Not to mention on my first appointment my lashes fell out within 2-3 days so the manager Jason had me work with another person who has been great. I referred a friend here that recently had her lashes done this past Monday & they have all fell off. This place does Shitty work at best with the exception of Charli. I do lash extension so the lashes should not fall off within days. They are using shitty products & want to charge people on a contract for this bs. This place has been hell every time I've gone. Being given volume sets when I asked for classic. My usual stylist left and being booked with a stranger without notice who took twice as long as my usual girl because she was level 1....But unfortunately I had a membership that was pre charged for several months accidentally. When this happened I asked to be refunded and instead they credited me (which I found out after being told $180 would be back in my account in 5-7 business days) . manager flies back and forth to California so it seems the front desk girls just run a muck of the place. I canceled my membership due to hating the place ,and having so many credits from them mischarging my card. When I returned a month later to use the credits they told me I had to pay extra because I was no longer a member even though the money was taken when I was a member?! I came here with my mom despite the poor reviews and we both had eyelashes applied. We showed up 10 minutes before our time. Charlie did hers and it was hideous, her lashes were clumped and slanted and she had trouble blinking. Charlie kept saying she had another client and didn't have time TO FIX WHAT SHE MESSED UP. Breona, the front desk receptionist, even commented on how poor they looked. They tried to get the lady who did mine to fix hers but she couldn't do much since the glue was so recently applied. She spoke with the manager and rescheduled a time to fix her lashes 4 days from when they were applied! My mom was supposed to walk around unable to blink for 4 days? Yeah okay. Terrible and incompetent customer service. They make it nearly impossible to cancel the contract. Contract states it must be done via email, so I emailed the manager and was still charged the following month. I then called and spoke with an employee at the front who insisted she would let the manager know and I would hear from him directly. No phone call, nothing. For the second month in a row I was again charged. I called AGAIN and the manager actually answered. I explained the situation and my extreme frustration and all I got in return was an attitude and the manager himself telling me to send the email. How many times do I have to send the same email!!!!! Do not go to this location. Been dealing with multiple issues at this location and the manager/"owner" escalates the situation by being very rude and accusing. The ladies that do my lashes here are great but they need new management badly. They've been charging my card for MULTIPLE months unauthorized as well as scheduling me an appointment on the wrong day and have not refunded the full amount, saying it was "my fault". The customer isn't always right, but this manager is always WRONG. Jason Hardy is the most difficult person I've ever interacted with and has refunded me $90 out of the $510 that was wrongly taken from my bank account.
