I've been here a few times and love it! I've had different nail technicians, all whom did exactly what I wanted and more! I like it here so much, I booked this salon for my bridal party to all get mani/pedi's before my wedding. The salon is large, clean, modern and always very accommodating. I've attached pictures from my wedding, where I did white chrome nails, and from my recent visit where I tried cats eye nails for the first time. The pedicures here are fantastic, and the products smell SO good! There's a variety of colors and services, something for everyone. Ask for Elly for manicures/dip she's great! And ask for Helen too, she is unbeatable when it comes to the massage for a pedicure! So I arrived at 630 for nails (after receiving a promotional text). The google hours state they close at 7:30. I was asked to come back tomorrow because it's too late for service. So I walked out and they let another customer in. I mentioned to her that they are closed. I watched her walk in, check in and was allowed to come in for service. I went back and asked how was she allowed to come in. I was told because she only wanted a mani/pedi. Which takes the same amount of time as what I wanted (and also would require two techs) She wanted to allow me to come in after going back and fourth but at that point do yo really think I'm about to give you my hard earned money after showing me that you don't need or want it. Please. I'm sitting here typing this review and another car is pulling in. I'll gladly wait to see what happens with this client. I just really wish these businesses would honor their policies. I could see if EYE came in at 7:15 but I came in almost an hour before closing. Trust me I understand that no one wants to stay late on a Friday night but if you are wanting to close at 6:30 then update your hours to 6:30. Then the nerve to ask me to come back the next day. No thanks. I should've went to my regular shop anyway but I didn't make an appointment like I usually do. Very, very poor service and i will be leaving a review on every site possible. I came back today to have them fixed, and the staff did fix them, but as soon as I got home one of the nails broke again. I now feel like I have a nail salon to call home as this has been amiss for me for the past year as I've hopped around from salon to salon trying to get someone that is good and listens while providing valuable feedback. I am Big in giving places more than one chance UNLESS the first experience is UNBEARABLY HORRIBLE. I am so glad I am the repeat tester as I mentioned before this visit (Jan.2022) changed my perspective. Upon entering the space is comfortable and clean and smells amazing even through the mask. The garden/rose wall is perfect for snagging a picture of your nails in front of or even sitting on the couch and taking photos with your girlfriends on a girls spa day. I more so appreciate the fact that they don't do a lot of speaking in their native language to each other while working on your services. They engage with you and speak to you and not about you to each other (so I think ). Thé cost is a plus as well, I can't tell you how many places I've been for a mediocre pedicure that cost me upwards of $75 and here I got a great Level 3 pedicure for $47 which is a good price these days (ooh how I miss my $20 pedicures that took a hour back home in Chicago circa 2004 - 2010). I'll be back as I have my go to people now. I came here for a dip set and level 2 manicure. I asked for my manicure before my service began, but my manicurist (Lee) still started my dip service first which I thought was strange since I've always had a manicure done before my color was applied. Afterwards, she called another woman (Tina) to do my manicure. Tina was super sweet, but told me my manicure should've been done beforehand. The manager also came over and apologized. She did what she could, but a manicure after the color has been applied is not the same. While paying, I did not receive a discount on my manicure service which I really thought was unfortunate since multiple people verbalized that the manicure should've been done beforehand. I am a terrible nail biter and was in desperate need of a manicure. There are a ton of nail salons in my local area, and I admit it was hard to decide where to go. Blush pink is one of my favorite colors and based on the photos I found, it looked to be a large, professional salon and that appealed to me. I took a chance and decided to try and walk in and was in luck as I was assisted right away. Normally, when my nails are really bad, I will get a pink and white acrylic set and once they grow out, switch to a gel manicure on my natural nails. Elly, the technician who assisted me explained that trying dip instead of acrylic was something she recommended. I went for it and for $67 I received a manicure, tip extensions (my nails were almost non-existent and I like them very short), and two dip colors (pink & white). I am very pleased with the outcome but was surprised to find that here in TX, the manicure part (cuticle trim) is a separate an additional fee of $17. In CA, where I am originally from, a manicure is the first part of the entire service and is included. I plan to go back later this week for a pedicure and look forward to that result. read more

I asked how long was the wait and again "there isn't one." We were seated within 10 mins which isn't a big deal. However, we sat in the pedicure chairs until the water went cold, minimum 20 mins. Finally, a lady came and refilled me water to warm water and began working on my daughter. I had to wait for my daughter to be completely finished and then the last began mine Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I wasn't impressed with the wait time. I have no problem making an appointment, time is valuable. The place is amazing but the service was sub par. I got the level 2 which comes with a 15 min massage, which was less than 8 mins. I've been going to Blush for about 2 years now, and I can confidently say I've never had a negative experience here. All the ladies and gentlemen are incredibly professional and creative. I often go in with inspiration photos for my acrylic sets because I enjoy nail art, and Blush ALWAYS delivers. The salon is always tidy and fresh-feeling, and the ambiance is both relaxing and upbeat. Huge spotlight on Lee and Elly, two of Blush's nail technicians. Lee did an absolutely phenomenal job on my most recent set, and every set before has been up to the very same standard. Elly does my mom's nails, and she's had nothing but praise for Elly. Not to mention: the managers are so accommodating to every crazy request I come in with in terms of nail art complexity. The prices are also very reasonable, especially compared to the rising prices at other salons. The longevity of every set is fantastic, and the quality of every set is reflected in the price. I enjoyed my visit there. I read a few reviews which gave me the warm fuzzies it would be a good experience. I checked their website for prices but they do not list them however one review gave me an idea of cost. If you don't have gel your price is pretty good. The upcharge was $20 for gel. So if you get it on your nails and toes that's an additional $40. The ladies I had were great. I got the level manicure and pedicure with lavender scent. Both were amazing. The massages that they give was worth it!!! The funniest thing is them setting the timer and showing you the start of the massage. They do offer red and white wine, sodas and water. They have almost 21 or more pedicure chairs in there. They have about the same amount of mail tables as well. They don't seem like they are busy but they have consistent clientele. They do open at 9 or 9:30 so that's a plus if you are an early bird. They didn't get the 5 star bc $20 for gel seemed a bit much compared to other places I've been to and got gel. Typically, I would never leave a review for a service that didn't fully meet my expectations because I understand people try their best and sometimes it's just not enough. THIS was not the time. Tina did my pedicure and it was absolutely terrible. 1) Started with pouring cold water and left for 10 minutes. 2) Came back, started on my pedicure, cut my cuticle without pushing it back, effectively not cleaning the nail at all. 3) during the rest of the pedicure, she was turned away and talking to another specialist the whole time while waving hands and stopping on and off the talk completely forgetting about me 4) at the end she forgot to put polish on two of the fingers 5) and last but not least she left me to dry my nails and forgot about me for 25 minutes...coming out and saying "oh I forgot about you" If you go, don't go to Tina. read more

The last couple of times my pedicure within 3 days began to chip, but we still continued to come as Angie and T did good work. April 6th my mom made an appointment with the guy who owns it and he said that they both were open and available if we could make it by 4:15. We show up within 5 minutes and we're told that T was now unavailable and couldn't do our pedicures for another two hours. The alleged co-owner then tells me that we should come back in 2 hours. The. Her story changes to " Angie didn't want to do my pedicure because I was too picky" the coowner said that they could refuse to do my service. But Angie or T can refuse to do my service but I can pick someone else. I asked to speak to the guy who owns the place and she said she was the coowner and he was unavailable. It sad that because I expect a certain level of service, you think that I will tolerate your racial discrimination and not require a certain level of respect. Now I see why my two friends who referred me no longer patronize you. Go somewhere else don't spend your time or energy on a place that doesn't value you and your money and business. I've been hesitant about writing this review. I felt bad, but thinking about it, as a customer I shouldn't feel bad when I paid for the service. Although I was told "it would be Free", I own a business and know they have cost on the products they use and I didn't think it was okay to skip my bill. I won't return though, and hope they train their staff a bit more. I arrived and thought, oh what a nice chic salon. I asked for a pedicure with gel removable and new gel. I usually get gel due to the fact that it last long and dries faster. I was asked to sit on the massage chair and soak my feet before starting the removable process of the gel. *Gel requires that you buff only the top layer gently and wrap the nails with alcohol to allow the remaining gel to lift and be easy to remove.* Here's where it got painful, my toenails were sanded not gently buffed, more then they had to, it was painful, my skin was also feeling the file not only my toenails, my toenails were left so thin, they felt tender to the touch. At this point, I just wanted the tech to finish. I uploaded a photo on yelp and checked in, in which I expressed the pain I was feeling, when the manager approached me asking what was the problem after she saw the photo. This here was unprofessional. At this point the other customers were looking at me, I just said "I'm okay" I was embarrassed. I did inform her (the manager) that it was too rough and they had to be much more gentle. To say the least, I told the tech, I didn't want a massage, I just wanted to go. I couldn't believe they also used a metal filler like the one that looks like a cheese grater, I'm new to Texas, originally from California where these are illegal due to the fact if they're not cleaned correctly can cause horrible infections, and can cause cuts. That did it for me, to not want to return. I paid and left, I won't ever skip a bill, but won't return. In the photos, you can see my toes the next day. i went in for a lip and chin wax and it was horrible first experience. first as I was told they were ready for me the girl was not. I had to wait for her to finish putting on her earrings before she was ready to attend to me! the chair was dirty and all she put on the head rest was a piece of paper towel after she waxed my lip she decided to pour the oil directly from the bottle on top of my lip, and it went into my mouth. then she didn't even bother to take off all the wax or make sure I didn't have any cotton left I my face! then she gives me a small dirty mirror so I can look at the work she did! I called to make an appointment with Hannah as I always do because she is always booked. I schedule an appointment for Thursday at 5, I get there 8 mins early and talk to David the owner during check in. He tells me I'm not there for Hannah because she already has an appointment. If you've gone here before you know David jokes a lot so I go "haha yes I am, it's Thursday isn't it?" He finally goes ok have a seat then he asks if I want a pedicure today too, I only need dip so I reply no thanks, but I do want a manicure. I request this because I can tell Hannah isn't ready for me. He sits me down and then rides around the hoverboard he has and comes back and tells me Hannah is going to be awhile because she is sitting with their MOST important client, that this client is there #1 client and they ONLY want Hannah. Then he proceeded to egg it even more on by saying "do you want Hannah to get fired ?? Bc she will if she doesn't help this client," So I'm like that's fine I can wait, I love Hannah. I ask again for someone to do a manicure on me and he said someone will be doing your manicure just give me a second. 5 mins later Hannah comes to greet me and tells me sorry it's taking me a little bit longer than expected, my niece is here and it's her birthday. I'm doing her nails. i laugh because I think back on what David said. I get it family is important but don't double book yourself last minute because your family requested service without notice. Hannah finally comes to sit with me after about 45 mins and she ends up being the one to do my manicure, which really isn't a manicure because she dips my fingers in water and applies lotion to my cuticle doesn't push it back and then begins to nip it. I still gave her a tip thinking ok it's an off night , I'll give it to them, but then I needed to go in a few days later because I broke a nail, David sees me and quotes me an hour wait to fix one nail. I respond with ok I'll go to the store and come back and his face of annoyance clearly shows and finally sighs and says ok. The manager (male) or owner was a nasty and rude man. Did a walk in today, front desk guy was nice and the place was practically empty so they could fit me in to do a quick polish change and fill. Location was great and interior was clean and nice. Sat down with Lynn. I'll start my first interaction with her. I said I want to do an acrylic fill and gel polish, she cutoff my sentence and said "I know". Then I started to tell her they were a little long too but I still wanted coffin shape nails, again I was interrupted and this time she said " I know, your nails are ugly, too fat, who did these here?" I started to tell her it was my first time and she cut me off again said "oh" then went silent until she asked my color. I had to point out 2x I didn't want sharp edges on the nails, I had to have her file off the little 'splinters' from the nails when she was done. I'll still have to file them at home to smooth and even because I just didn't want any more attitude. Had to make sure she doubled checked entire nail was painted on the edges as well. As we finished up she slathered my fingers in so much oil I had to wipe them off with a paper towel. Not a kind word just attitude up until time to pay then she smiled and said "thank you". Overall she did a fair job on my nails but because of her attitude and how rude she was I felt disrespected and for the price was not impressed. I've had nicer, and better service for much less. In the end I tipped the standard 20% which is bad for me but I respect that she did the work and needs to make a living. However I won't be back here again and would not recommend. There are too many nail places that want your business and are full of talented and kind workers that I personally would rather give my money to. read more
