I referred my mother-in-law to the Copperfield location as she was visiting from out of town. She had a horrible traumatic experience . The stylist LI glued lashes on her skin under her lash line to the lid of her eyes. Her eyes puffed up so badly they closed. She then went to the doctor and was recommended to have them removed. She made an appointment at a location in Colorado for removal but even Amazing Lash employee couldn't remove the lashes after trying for over an hour. What glue was Li using? Question the employee ask as the lashes where glued without removal. They had never seen anything like it. This location refused a refund as this was the right thing to do as the employee did the wrong application and glued lashes to the skin at the lash line. read more

Front office staff Jessica is nasty and rude; however I love my stylist Tu, but Jessica was so rude I can not allow myself to spend 1 penny at this location. As much as I love Tu I will find another stylist. Apparently customer service is not paramount at the Copperfield location. If Jessica is fired today, I still would not return! It is my opinion that we love our stylist but it is the front office staff who sucks.... I hope the stylist realize that the front office staff needs to be held accountable for their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I recently moved and didn't want to drive across town to my lash expert and decided to give amazing lash a try. I got my lashes done here for the first time and was shocked when the lashes started falling off the same day. By morning, I was missing several lashes on one eye. I followed the directions given to me to the T, but I didn't have success with the lashes. I thought maybe it was the technician and decided to give them one more shot. I went to get my lashes redone two weeks after getting them done the first time(13 days to be exact), and I waited for 30 minutes for my lash technician to come out. The lash "expert" tells me that I need a full set because more than 50% of the lashes are gone! I told him that I would not pay $250 for lashes that may or may not stay on. They then told me I could get a refill but it wouldn't be done correctly because he needed more time than my appointment allotted. I politely told them no thank you. I asked the technician to imagine how you would feel after having less than 50% of your lashes on two weeks after getting them done. I wouldn't give them 1 penny let alone $59.99 for a refill that may or may not last. This was my first time going to amazing lash, and it will be my last. I was underwhelmed to say the least. $79.99 down the drain. read more

The staff kept stating "oh you have nice eyelashes". I asked questions. They were all encouraging. My lashes did last 3 weeks. The issue is my natural eyelashes ALL BROKE OFF! I woke up early on my day off for a 9:30 appt with Annie, however, when I arrived I was told that Annie wasn't in.... So, I was moved to Kierra. Which was not big deal I was new client so I didn't have a preference on technicians. I explained to her that I had a time frame on how long I could be there, and to my surprise she was right on time, and I absolutely love them! It was totally worth getting up early lol. I am really confused on what just happened on the phone when I was trying to make an appointment for a refill. I usually go to the voss location but also have been to bunkerhill and gessner location as well depend on my schedule for the day. I wanted to go to copperfield location since I moved close hwy 6 but apparently I have to give them my credit card number to hold an appointment?? I've been using amazing lash studio for over 2 years now and never once asked for a credit card info. I also had my last refill ( about a month ago) from copperfield location and didn't asked for cc info... why do they need my credit card info to hold an appointment when they can clearly see that I've been a member for a while? the lady on the phone failed to answer my question properly and I just decided to drive 30 mins to voss location where I feel comfortable and secure with. read more

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism I received when canceling my membership. Going on 3 weeks now since I submitted my Dr's note and have heard nothing from a manager. I called once again today and was told by Brittany that "a manager will call me when she gets a chance". When I asked for a more specific timeframe she said "I'm off this weekend. So probably next week" Buyer beware, if you have allergies like most Houstonians, do not get lash extensions, especially at amazing lash!! read more

Cliff notes: if going to get lashes done with ALS, I would not recommend coming to this location. I really wanted to love this place, I even did a video testimonial after the initial application because it looked so good, but that enjoyment quickly wore off and I wish I could take back the entire positive testimonial given. I was recommended by a friend and her's looked so good, but she goes to another location and that may be why she had a better experience. Got these lashes put on Tuesday afternoon and as soon as I left the store, two lashes out of my left eye fell out and got into my eye, a very painful experience. Over the course of the next 12 hours, more and more fell out, I had counted at least 10 by the next morning. I called in and they set me up with a schedule for a correction with another lady. As I was getting the right side of my left eye filled in, the tech noticed that the existing ones were falling out as she was putting the new ones, however, still only corrected the right side of my left eye. I quickly went to the manager to cancel my membership after this correction appointment in case they continued to fall out. She quickly did that for me, but I was a little upset that she refused to return and refund the lash coater that she sweet talked me into buying for a whopping $36 at member price that was still unopened due to the fact that I had only been there less than 24 hours earlier and she specifically told me not to use it until after the 48 hour no-water on eyes period. Another two days later with all aftercare instructions followed carefully, the uncorrected side of my left eye's lashes is almost completely gone. I'm very disappointed and won't plan on returning to this location, let alone another ALS location after wasting my time and my money for an application, with a correction, that lasted less than 4 days. If you are insistent on trying out ALS, I won't try and sway you, but maybe consider driving a little further to the river oaks location which is highly recommended by my friend whose lashes haven't fallen off significantly like mine had. read more

This was my first time to have lashes done and I receieved a free set to be their 'lash model.' When making the appointment by phone, I asked about styles and was advised I could select from four styles beforehand. He also said that before & after pictures would be taken. The technician did a fine job (although she ran out of time after 2 hours, 15 minuts and was not able to fullly complete the application) but the before, during and after experience is lacking... When I agreed to the appointment, I was not informed in any way that the technician would be in training. When the email arrived after accepting the appointment, it did not provide any details about the procedure, warnings, etc -- it did not even state the appointment time -- just listed the address! From the moment I arrived, I asked almost all of the questions... style, maintenance, removal, etc. Once I signed the detailed release contract, I requested a copy and they said they would make one and I could collect it on my way out... but I forgot to request it, as you'll see, since my mind was elsewhere by that time. It was not until the procedure was underway that I was informed that a follow up visit at two weeks was "necessary to maintain this look." I asked about what to do if I wanted to remove the lashes myself and was advised that this was not possible; a follow up visit to have them removed would be required -- not sure about the cost. Because of my questions, I learned that this location sells a retractable lash brush for maintenence -- to separate the lashes periodically -- but it was not offered for sale to me at any time... I was also advised that they sell another product which could be applied twice weekly to extend the life of the lashes... but this, also, was not offered for sale to me at any time. Thankfully, my technician did a good job but I was expecting to receive some written instructions for maintenance, etc, on my way out -- as well as the option to purchase the retractable lash brush and/or twice-weekly lash-extension product and take after pictures (I took my own 'before') -- but none of this was discussed on my way out. I asked the girls at the front about the before/after pictures and they said, "Thanks for letting us know. We did not know about that..." Again, because of my many questions, I was advised not to put my head directly under water for the first 48 hours and not to sweat -- no gym, etc. Beyond this, I was advsied to wash twice daily (morning and night) with Dial foaming soap (this information was stated a few times) and to only use water-based makeup, which they apparently sell (mascara and eye liner) but it was not shown/offered to me. I do hope theses lashes last but I would have appreciated (and future customers will also) more information -- via email before/after and/or written before/during/after -- being provided about the what to expect, how to maintain, etc. Given that care and maintenance of lashes is no small investment in time and money, it only makes sense that more attention (some?) is given to providing the client with written information. read more

I initially went in as a model and am hooked on my lashes from ALS. My Lash Stylist, Kierra, is Amazing, Professional, and definitely knows her lashes. My time there is relaxing and Kierra is quick and efficient with my appointment. I refuse to book with any one else. read more

I came into amazing lash studio with my sister to get her eyelashes done, the girls at the front were super helpful on us not understanding exactly what style or length to do for her. Her eyelashes eventually came out great. I was asked to be a "model" for their new hire girls. I did it, it wasn't what I thought see as I asked for the same thing my sister did and they looked totally different. But I was a practice model so understandable the girls are still learning. I will come back to get this fixed but I'll be paying normal price for this. Learning experience for both my sister and I. Great place, friendly staff & great eyelashes. DO NOT sign up for their Membership. I should have listen to the reviews below. I gave it a shot and got my first set of eyelashes & they were ok (they barely lasted up to 3 weeks) their membership prices were better than what they want to charge individually so I went ahead and joined. I show up early (10/3/17) for my 2nd refill appointment & I came in with the same lash amount as my 1st refill but this time they tell me I need a full set so I have to pay for a full set but they do not have time to do it so I have to reschedule, I say fine & they tell me I will be charged as a no show fee of $33 even though I did show up. Mercedes is telling someone to make sure and pick her up at exactly 7pm this time, tells me that even though I showed up & they dont have time to do my set I have to pay not only a no show fee but a additional fee when I come back & do my set because they feel that I need a new set not a refill. I was fine paying the full set but a no show fee?? I asked for a supervisor she told me I cant have her info & there is nothing she will be able to do for me anyways & said its in my contract & that if I contact corporate office they wont do anything for me either. I asked her for corporate number & she told me to look it up on the website (by the way coorporate # is not listed). Horrible customer service I said cancel my contract & she tells me thats fine but they will still draft another payment for my next visit handed me a cancellation form that she filled out quickly with no concern that they would be losing a member over a ridiculous $33 fee of no show while I am right infront of her and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Why would I want them to do a set again after this shaddy service? will never refer them to anyone this membership turned out to be SCAM only looking to take peoples money regardless of the circumstances. I have been getting my lashes done for over a year now. I went to this location because it was close to home. I called got a nice person on the phone. On the day of the exam I confirmed that this person was a senior lash stylist. A less than friendly tattooed lady came. She greeted me with little enthusiasm. I made conversation, but she wasn't really interested. She mentioned I had a lot of lashes missing. See I was there for a refill. She used taped on my eyes which wasn't to bad. She wasn't very interested in my comfort level. So she completed my lashes but they felt different and they were handing low. She said my own lashes were weak and I needed to brush these three times a day. I thought that was strange. I went in 9-8 and by 9-11 my lashes were just going all kinda ways. So I went for a mini on 9-16.. The stylist at the grand location told me that THE STYLIST AT COOPER FIELD LOCATION GLUED THE EXTENSIONS TO EACH Other. So I needed to have all removed and replaced. Why would this tattooed stylist glued extensions on top of each other to my lashes. She was the senior stylist. The location agreed to remove the set. I think I should get my MONEY BACK. Now I have to pay for a full set. I have a contract with amazing lash. read more
