I will NEVER get my lashes done at Amazing Lash. I called to reschedule after running a race and unable to physically move. They wanted to charge me to move my appointment. I spoke to Jessie who was so rude and has horrible customer service skills. I told her to go ahead and charge me and she hung up on me. If their customer skills are this bad, I would hate to see what their work is like. It was worth the $50 "rescheduling fee", to not deal with these people. This place is terrible. They haven't even been open a year and they such a high turnover rate. I've gone through about 4 stylists and I always have to switch because when I call to make an appointment, they tell me the stylist is no longer with the company. The last straw was this week when I had called earlier to reschedule an appointment and when I showed up, I was still booked for my original time. I called to speak with the manager today and all she said was that she was putting in a service ticket. Copperfield definitely lost my business. I've visited 4 different locations and was so excited to finally have one close to home but their front desk personnel and management are below average. read more

Okay so my mom just finished fighting a year of breast cancer. She lost her hair, eyebrows, eyelashes and anyone who knows my mom knows she has always been all about her appearance. She's always been one to have her hair done, make up on, and dressed to impress, with that being said losing everything took a huge toll on her and the way she felt physically along with the fight against this horrible disease. So for her birthday I got her a gift card to go and get eyelash extensions to help make her feel good. When I called up to the amazing lash studio in Copperfield to tell them her story and make sure that she would even be able to get them (being that she has already lost a hand full of lashes) they guaranteed that she would have no problem getting them done. I offered to show them a picture and I explained how I didn't want her to walk in there and be turned down on her birthday because she didn't have enough eyelashes, they said that should be the least of my worries and that they would take care of her. So I scheduled her an appointment picked her up the morning of her birthday took her to pick out and outfit to wear that night and then lunch. Then came time for her appointment she walked in and they turned her down, told her she didn't have enough to work with and that it wouldn't look right if they did it. So she left there extremely disappointed and hurt because she fought me about even going due to something like that happening but I promised her that wouldn't being that their receptionist guaranteed I wouldn't have to worry about that. So I called up there to get my money back and they told me sorry about your loss, but we can't refund you your money. I even spoke with the manager and she was no help. I have fought with them now for 5 days regarding this and have not had any success. So I do not recommend going to the amazing lash studio at least not the Copperfield location. I felt horrible seeing and hearing my mom so upset about this, the point was to make her feel so much better and the took that special day away from her and refuse to refund me so I can at least spend the money on something she can use. They are nasty people with their mind set on the money and not their customer satisfaction rate. read more

I feel fabulous! This is my first time at an ALS and only my second time getting extensions but I couldn't be happier! I appreciate that they were able to give me the look that I wanted even though I was a little unsure myself. The results were better than I expected! They look so nice and full. I just got my lashes done here and it was overall a pretty nice experience. The front desk girls were nice and checked me in when I got in, and the lash tech came & got me when it was time. The lash tech was very nice and explained things thoroughly to me, this was my first time at ALS but not my first time getting extensions. The duration of my lash application was 1hr45mins due to I had a few lashes left from my lash extensions session at another place so that took like 20-30 mins to take off. For some reason, the glue here at ALS really stung my eyes and bothered me during the session. After it was all done, the pain was gone but during the session it was quite uncomfortable. The tech did poke/pinch me a couple of times but nothing too bad that I can't handle. Overall, a decent experience for my first time at ALS, I would come back and give it another try since my lashes do look good and the tech was very nice. read more

Right when you walk in you're greeted by friendly receptionists and a pristine studio. They even have cucumber water (OMG I just love the freshness of it) and peppermints set up on a table to help yourself to! After filling out my paperwork I was brought back immediately by a kind Vietnamese lady. I wish she would have introduced herself to me but she was still very nice. I chose the "gorgeous" set of lashes because my natural eyelashes are pretty sparse so I was looking for something full & long. The entire process was finished in a timely manner. She didn't really converse with me during my appointment so I knocked out on the table to pass the time. I woke up a couple times because the strength of the glue bothered my right eye but it wasn't anything major. When she finished my session I was content with the results. Afterwards, another stylist named Tony (super nice guy) double-checked everything & did some touch-ups. I was a lot happier with my lashes whenever he finished with them! Overall, I had pleasant experience and suggest you make an appointment now because I know they're booking up FAST! read more

Phi is Amazing! Always does an outstanding job. However, be careful because The service is inconsistent, and the cancellation policy is absurd (3 options: 1) pay $150 fee, 2) doctors note, 3) move 30 miles away). They do not educate you to all of the issues that experience and how to prevent them. Not to mention that if they do a correction for ur messed up lashes they force you to write a review and show it to them before you can leave the salon. read more

She was PRESSURED to sign a membership - she explained to them that this was a one time event and she was in College out of town. They said no PROBLEM you can cancel anytime by phone and you get a DISCOUNT if you sign the MEMBERSHIP. She spoke to Brenda and cancelled her membership - Now she is back in school out of town and her card is being charged a monthly membership. I came as a volunteer before their grand opening so that the stylist can get some practice. The studio is super clean and the staff is friendly. My stylist was a lady name Ann and she's a sweetheart but she needs a lot more training. She didn't ask which length or size lashes that I want and basically didn't give me any consultation at all. The finishing product was okay to my standard since they weren't even and the lashes were super long on me. Overall I would come back again one the stylist get some more training. read more

I recently moved to copperfield and was eager to find a good tech at this location, as not to have to carve out so much travel time. The front desk was less professional and no one seemed eager to accept my business. Maybe the coffee machine in the breakroom was broken? Also, the parking was terrible. This place is all about policies and fine print "rules" designed to take your money and give you NOTHING in return. Can't imagine what it's like to work there. I have a feeling it's a lot like a sweat shop. I bought a membership and had to cancel when I lost my job. I still had two credits left, and when I called to make an appointment they told me my credits "expired" last week. I was told when I signed up for the membership that unused credits are always there for you to use at a later date. Apparently if you cancel your membership, they take them away after a short period of time. I literally paid them $120 for NOTHING!!! The person I spoke to on the phone was snotty as hell as she repeated their policy over and over like a robot. The customer is ALWAYS wrong here. MAN, FUCK THIS PLACE. Today was my first time trying this place out. The staff was very welcoming, appointment scheduling was easy and I received a reminder call which always helps keep me on schedule. Regarding lashes, they were the best in my life! My husband highly complimented how beautiful I looked and they are absolutely beautiful, it was hard to hide my excitement! I was so impressed I signed a contract with them to get the good price as a member. Other customers highly recommended it while I was there and they said they had been going for years. Costumer service here is HORRIBLE! today I called to schedule my refill as I always do. I was informed of a rule that since it was a few days after 30 days since my last refill, it would have to be considered a "full set" (even though I still have more than 50% of my lashes) which means I would have to come out of pocket $45 (on top of the monthly membership fee I pay) when I informed the receptionist that I had no idea of that rule or else I would have been more mindful of scheduling my appointment ahead of time she did not care. I then proceeded to ask her the steps to cancel my membership. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue or even make one exception since I was unaware of the rule, she told me I'd have to come in and sign something and that she "looks forward to seeing me" I have been a member here for over 2 years. I work in the costumer service industry myself and I would never speak to a loyal customer in such a snide way, nor would I never not care enough to try and resolve the problem as well. I personally did not have a good experience. This was my first time ever getting false mlashes and I would not do it again. The lashes felt thick and you could see clumps. When the false lash would fall out so would my real one. They are extensions glued to your actual real lashes. read more

I was offered free extensions as a model & in return, all they asked was for me to leave an honest review. So here it is: as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk & considering that I was about 5 minutes late to my appointment and called ahead of time (even though you're supposed to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the appointment), they did not make me feel rushed whatsoever and proceeded to hand me the forms I needed to fill out & were very efficient. As soon as I was done with the forms, my technician, Tu, was ready and came out to greet me and took me into my room. She was very sweet & polite and even though she was a trainee, she told me she has had previous experience with doing extensions elsewhere, which made me feel comfortable & reassured. I went with the Gorgeous look & chose .20. She walked me through everything I needed to know, (ex. aftercare tips), and proceeded to have me lie down & close my eyes. The session (which took two hours to be exact) flew by and I felt no pain or discomfort, other than a few mild burns in the eye here and there but that was from opening my eyes when I wasn't supposed to. While Tu was filling in the extensions, I felt almost nothing most of the time, and here and there would feel what would feel like my eyelid being tickled. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep from time to time, next thing you know she was finished! Overall I am satisfied with the results as for being someone who's having eyelash extensions done for the first time. Afterwards, I was informed by the front desk about everything I needed to know as well as answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

The location is nice and clean, something I always take note of while getting anything done. My lash technician was Tracey and she did an amazing job. I was very, very pleased with the outcome! This location is terrible... there is absolutely no concept of customer service... they have charged my card multiple times without permission even after freezing and trying to cancel my account... I was charged in February AGAIN without acknowledgement! I called in to try and have this taken care of but again NO management on duty... they have no regard for their customers or of customer service... the company is inept and terribly run... also back in September when I was charged and not supposed to have been it took 3 phone calls and having to actually go in to the location to find the manger to even have anything done... and even then it was pulling teeth!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and company!! I cannot stress this enough!! May have to get lawyers involved to even get out of a contract! DO NOT do business here at this location or even this company! They are fraudulent and full of trickery and the employees could care less! I cannot wait to be done with them! read more
