I was scheduled for a "classic sexy" look, something that would blend with my natural lashes that are already so long and unmanageable. I had Maddy W, she walked me through which lengths would look good where, and when we finished gave me some care tips and tricks. It turned out perfect!! She worked fast, it was a comfortable homey environment, so pretty! I fell asleep on this girls bed like 4 times, due to the utter comfortability of it all, and she kept working, awesome. I have been a member for approx 2 years. But today I'm confused. My understanding was $139.99 per month on last of each month go two fills. My last payment of $139.99 was paid on April 27, 3024. My last fill was April 30, 2024 before on a 15 day cruise I returned on May 15, 2024 feeling ill.i had an appointment today. Prior to my appointment I inquired about what was paid. I was told I had three appointment available to me. $139.99 and $79.00 available. I told I needed all done and she could use my payment for the full fill. Th inking I had extra I asked for an extra fill. When I hit done. I was told I had to pay an extra $45.00 for the added lashes. I asked why can't she use what i already paid. She says, she can't because it was used for this fill. I plaid the additional $45.00. Now here's the problem. My April 27th payment was used and I still had a fill crefit of $79.00. I checked my bank and found pending charges for $139.99 May 26, 3034 and an additional $45.00 for today. According to the owner I have one fill left. But where is the. Super sad. I decided to treat myself to a set of lashes. The girl who did them was AMAZING. But they have not lasted at all. I paid almost $170 before tip and most were gone within a week. I went back yesterday for a one week follow up where they added lashes back on for me. I have already lost 4+ clusters of lashes since. I cannot in good faith recommend this lash studio to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE! I did my research on google and saw they had good reviews. I was super excited to get lashes done here before my trip and booked their "expert" lashist to make sure I would get what i wanted . When I got there and was introduced to her and she immediately was stand offish and i felt as if i was an inconvenience the whole time. But I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she said it was easy and she would be able to do them! The pics were of long, wispy lashes. While the service was being done, the lashist was huffing and puffing the whole time.. I could even feel her arms being thrown down on the table in a fit of rage it seemed. When i was done i was super excited for my lashes! I looked in the mirror and they were the worst lashes i've ever seen. They were thin, not curly, not wispy, you could not even see the dang things. I wanted to cry. Nonetheless i paid because i am not confrontational and just wanted to leave. They sent me a form the next day asking for a review and i said i hated them and did not wish to return. I did not hear from them for a few weeks and then i received a phone call from them. They asked if i wanted to book another appointment and i explained that these were the most expensive and worst eyelashes i've ever received. i also talked to them about my experience with the lashist. They said they would write it down in their book and asked if i wished to try someone else. What is the point if i got their expert??? In the end all they said they would do is make note of it. They did not care to even offer any compensation. You are better off getting someone lashing from home to do your lashes. These people do not give a shit about you lol. read more

The customer service was excellent and friendly, but the lash extension service I received less than 12 hrs ago was not up to the mark. The examples they show are strip lashes, which should have been a red flag. I'm just not satisfied with the outcome and would not recommend it. Despite being explained multiple times, the lash extensions are not gradually increasing in length, and the space on the lash shows the placement of the lash extension, and from the side and on top, it is not blended properly. I am not someone who likes to confront others, but I have decided to cancel my membership and ask for a full refund. I am disappointed with the quality of lash service provided and I don't think it's the right fit for me. It's surprising to think that the lashes I received are the same ones other girls are wearing. read more
