I love this place! The customer service is amazing. They are very clean, sanitary and the nail techs pay super close attention to detail which is hard to find nowadays. Megan is so sweet and Mia did an excellent job with my gel mani. She did not rush and made sure everything was perfect. Jenny did my pedicure and I loved it. She made sure my cuticles were cut and my dead skin was all gone. I will continue to be back, I found my new nails place.

Megan is simply the best. She has renovated the salon and it is beautiful! It has a calm, peaceful vibe. She has the newest equipment and a HUGE selection of colors for gel, dip, all the things! But the best part is how talented she is! She can do pretty much any design you can dream up. She and her whole staff are always very kind, welcoming and helpful, allowing you to have the best experience ever. I also bring my 6 year old daughter and unlike some other salons, they treat her very well and make sure she also has a fun and relaxing experience at Top Line. I will never go anywhere else!

We are from out of town and had a spur of the moment idea to get a pedicure. So we looked at who was closest to us and stopped in. It was after 6:00 and they. Lose at 7:00 so we were happy that they squeezed us in. The gal who did my pedicure did a fabulous job! I got a great foot massage, leg massage, and foot scrub. My daughter, however, kind of got jipped. The lady who did hers spent so much time grinding her nail polish off, then trimming her cuticles, then clipping her nails, then trimming more cuticle.... That she hardly got any massage at all. And didn't get her dry skin scrapped of. She really wanted them to use the "cheese grater" on her dry heels. But that didn't happen. Even though I'm pretty sure I paid for it. Her lady barely had time to paint her nails before it hit 7:00. The color was cute thank heavens. But the shape is wonkey. Mine look great! So we had a 50/50 experience. I will note that they were all very nice there. I just think the lady who did my daughter should probably stick with nails.

I absolutely love coming to Topline Nail & Spa! Jenny and Kim are truly the best. The moment you walk in, the environment is so relaxing and peaceful, it's the little break we all need. Their pedicures are incredible, and the foot massage is honestly amazing. My manicure and nails always come out perfect and last! My service was beyond amazing, I always struggle with finding a nail place that has customer service, kindness and professionalism. I would 100% recommend this nail salon! It has such great atmosphere and is very clean! Not to mention I have super short nails and they were so kind about it and willing to do little length. I have been getting my nails done whole life, and I'm a old broad, I have to say the manicure at Top Line is the best I've ever had. I decided to get gels again and Megan did a beautiful job. She shaped my nails perfectly for my nail bed and made them the perfect length. They look beautiful and I have had so many compliments. Best nail salon I have been to so far: Each and every staff member is amazingly kind and will help you with whatever you need. Fit me in last minute to re-do my entire right hand and they got it done in 45 minutes because I was in a rush. Forever grateful for them and can't imagine going anywhere else. This was the WORST nail salon EVER! DO NOT GO. Went in for the first time yesterday and all of my toes have cuts and it hurt so bad. When time to pay, the lady told me that it was $30 when I ordered the $25 pedicure. She said because of my big toe and having to "dig" the outside of it. I never approved this extra charge. She also informed me that there card machine was down and could only pay in cash. Well why wouldn't you tell me that in the first place as most people don't have cash on them. I witnessed another customer actually leave and come back with cash to pay. What a shady place they call a business! read more

I am never going there again. They cut me and it only took them 20 minutes to do two people. They rush just don't go. There are so many other places to choose from pick one of those. and I don't recommend. read more

This was my first time there, as I was between appointments. I called and asked if they took walk-ins and she said yes, so I went in to get my dips redone. It's a beautiful salon, my technician was very friendly and experienced. As a former nail tech myself, I know great work when I see it. My French dips turned out beautifully. Although this salon is about 25 minutes from my house, I will be coming back. Thank you for the gorgeous nails on such short notice! read more

Lacking in customer service, unhappy employees unable to hide bad attitudes, and minimal service provided to qualify as a mani-pedi. Purchased a special on Living Social for my wife. First scheduled appointment was never recorded and she wasted a trip. Second appointment canceled due to broken A/C. Third appointment met with staff lacking in customer service skill, unpleasant personalities, and bad attitude. The special offered full mani-pedi regularly $85 for 53% savings. Service provided was the absolute minimum to qualify in either mani or pedi category. They don't deserve repeat business, which is probably why they were on Living Social. read more

I can't imagine this place having a bad review. The owners are a husband and wife dynamic duo who just pampered my entire family and took care of all our eyelash, manicure, pedicure, gel, spa, acrylic, and fill needs! I just moved here from LA and I am picky!!! I mean it, we ARE a high maintenance posse! Even my 5 year old sister got kids nails done. They have 3D nail art, full sets, mani pedi specials designs...everything! Just like home. I have been to 10 other nail salons in the area and this is by far the best. This place is unprofessional , rude , and in my opinion.. TRASH. The way you speak to a brand new client & the unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

She also got solution in my left eye which stung very badly. To make things worse she kept cracking jokes, calling me a one eye momma multiple times. Tonight I'm experiencing some blurriness in the eye she got chemicals in and I have an appointment with my optometrist on Monday. If there is damage to my eye, it is not going to be very funny. She also didn't apply the chemical peel in some areas of my face and I had to return back and have her add the peel in that specific area. Upon my arrival she stated that she had just purchased a new bottle of this specific peel because a previous customer complained that the same peel applied didn't work. She mentioned she was unaware the chemical peel had a shelf life. I left feeling uneasy and disappointed at spending over $100. I've been starring at my face all day and the only thing changing is 3 red spots on my right cheek. The rest of my face is exactly how it is any other day. There is no tightness or redness or flaking. Absolutely nothing. Needless to say, I am contacting the owner of this establishment on Monday and will expect a full refund on my Amex because ripping people off and trying to blind them is against the law. I visited this place yesterday n its awesome. The girls is so friendly n their skills are the best. I got a new acrylic set in just 30ms n they look awesome. They only use young nails products which doesnt content any bad ingredients. I have been waiting so long for a green salon like this. I definitely gonna come back. They also offer facial and waxing with really decent price and good products for variety type of skin. They offer special promotion for 15% off on your service. I absolutely LOVE Topline Nails and all of the girls there! Lindsay does a great job on my nails and is willing to try a new design when I bring in an idea. Love this place. Staffs are soooooooooooo friendly. They did really good jobs on my nails. I got gel on my fingers for 3 weeks and its still great. They even have a guarantee if my nails have any problems just come back in a week and they will fix it for free. Best part is my nails were not damaged after taking the gel off. This place is amazing! I'm a guy, and I'm not embarrassed to say that I get pedicures because Elan Nails and Spa is that good. I also received a brow wax by Zachary. He's a very skilled esthetician. Tina and Lee are AWESOME. Before going to Tina I was at another salon where I got an infection. Tina has been great in helping me along with getting rid of it and making my nails healthy again. I used to love going here. 10 years. New management is crap. Longer wait times and poor quality. I never had issued with breaking or chipping on my nails until they took over. Guess it's time to find a new place. So sad. They used to be so good. read more
