Meant to make this review sooner but I definitely would not recommend this place, I got a lash lift a little less than a month ago and multiple things went wrong the lash lift it's self looks okay and the girl who did mine seemed nice enough but she definitely was very fresh out of school and just seemed like she kept struggling to even get products and materials onto my eye. When I had first called to make the appointment the lady told me that it would be $75 if I wanted to book with a "master stylist" I thought that was strange but it didn't seem like too much more so I said yes, not even 10 minutes later I get a call back from her saying actually it would be over $100 and I felt like I didn't need to spend the extra money just for a simple lash lift so I changed my appointment to be with just a "regular" stylist I guess? Long story short my total still ended up being over $100 BEFORE TIP for a lash lift!! Which is absolutely ridiculous and the girl at the front had told me a completely different number over the phone and had said that would be the price for a master stylist, she did apologize and tell me she was new when she called me back but even at that point she was giving me the wrong information. Then when I was leaving the girl at the front desk had told me my price and I was very annoyed but I was running late to another appointment (since the girl who did my lashes took a lot longer than what the girl on the phone told me it was going to take) so I didn't say anything about the price, but it was clear I was in a hurry to leave and after she grabs my card she stands there holding it while trying to convince me to join a membership with them which I already told her I DIDNT WANT she literally would not stop trying to pressure me into it and finally when I said NO. she gave me a certain look and swiped my card and got very cold, she also made me out the tip money into a small envelope and hand it to her not the girl who actually did my lashes. and right before I walked out she told me she saved my card to file which I absolutely am NOT okay with and when I tried to say that she was like oh never mind implying she took it off but I'm sure she most likely did not just by how she was acting. read more

Great customer service. But not the work. I asked for C curl classics and I hardly got any lashes on, let alone C curls. I get lashes done all the time and was not happy. I was leaving out of state the next day. No time to return or have the girl redo them. Since it's a new location maybe wait while to get more experienced people. read more

I had a scheduled appointment, however they called and canceled the day before, saying that they canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else. I am a member of amazing lash, however since this was not my home station, they bump people out of their appointments if you aren't a home member here. TO SAVE YOU MONEY, PLEASE READ ALL OF THE REVIEW! I made an appointment and was quoted $99. It seemed a little pricey but I am new to eyelash extensions and this was for a special occasion. I agreed and the girl booked me. When I arrived at my appointment, I was shown the different types of lashes and the technician helped me decide what would look best. 90 minutes later, my eyelashes looked amazing and I was very happy until I went to pay. The price increased from $99 to $199! I was informed by the girl checking me out that I was told $99. She informed me since my technician was a master technician, the cost was higher, and since I received hybrid lashes that was a higher cost. At no point was I informed of the extra costs. I was NOT given a choice of whether I wanted to pay for the upgrades because I would have said no. The girl at the front desk said it would be less if I bought a membership. Opportunities to inform me of the upcharges: When I originally booked the appointment, I should have been informed that I was booked with a master technician and the cost would be higher. When I was discussing what I would like with the technician, I should have been told about the extra cost for the lashes I chose. But nope, not until service has been completed and you have no choice but to pay VERY DISHONEST! Atmosphere - I was expecting a spa-like atmosphere, soft music, dim room, with the exception of the lamp so the girl could see. Instead, the door was open to my room, I heard the loud music from the lobby and the music in my room which was different from the lobby. The front desk girl walked very loud in her flip-flops up and down the hallway and I could hear someone pulling the paper off the beds. I felt like I was at a box store getting my eyelashes done. Filled out a questionnaire on Facebook. Made the mistake of giving my phone number. For a week they called me at least once if not twice a day. I finally made an appointment for A full set of lashes for my vacation. Lashes were terrible quality and less than 24 hours later they were falling out. I haven't even left for my vacation yet. I have big spaces where there should be lashes. They were more concerned with me buying some of their products and signing up for their membership. although the tech was very nice, she didn't even hand me a mirror to look at them when she was done. When I got off the table and finally looked in the mirror I was quite disappointed as they were pretty sparse. They look fake. Going to try to pull the rest of them out before my vacation tomorrow. I decided to treat myself to some lashes, so I made an appointment for 5/15/22 The young girl said she put lashes on me, she did not! I couldn't even see or feel them. I told her that I was very unhappy with the outcome. She said I didn't have a lot of lashes, so that was the best that she could do. I told her that I've had lashes on several times before & they always turned out great. I was so disappointed to say the least. The girl at the front desk said that she wanted to make it right and she made another appointment for me. She said I would need to pay (for the non-existing lashes) and my next appointment would be free. By the time I got home she had text me, saying that after a conversation with her manager I needed to return within 48 hours. We made an appointment for Monday 5/16/22. I showed up and the girl that was supposed to give me a new set came out and said that she wouldn't be able to do anything for me because they only allotted her 20 minutes to apply my 2 hour appointment for a full set. If zero stars was allowed I would give 0/5 stars! I've been to multiple amazing lash studio locations and same result every time. These artists seem inexperienced and so rushed thus the quality is horrible! I called it quits when the girl glued the lashes so close and even some directly on my eyelids and all the lashes were glued to eachother! needless to say I had a really bad reaction as my eyes were on fire for days and my eyelids were so swollen! Went to a different studio to have them removed and the lash artist was appalled at the job they had done, embarrassed for them at that! When I called to tell amazing lash studio about the reaction, disappointment and cancelled membership they still continued to take out the membership fee and would not authorize any refunds! I got the money back when I filed a claim through my bank finally but the service was horrible and the managers response to my concerns and request for refund was not acceptable! Steer clear from anything "Amazing lash studio." They are far from amazing! Just glad I didn't lose my eyesight! Had to take a 4 month break from extensions and allow all my lashes to grow back in. I now go to Loving lash AZ! No complaints and her prices are so much better especially with over 10 years experience! read more

Zero stars, I came in for a small fill because my lash girl had an emergency. I was literally on the lash bed for 20 minutes tops, very few lashes were added to my current lashes. When I arrived, I was advised the cost would be $45 or $55 depending on classic or volume lashes. Once completed, I went to pay then was advised $145 or $155 depending on whether or not I joined there $139 a month Membership, even with the Membership which allows two fills a month, so if it's a month with 5 weeks that requires a 3rd fill would be another $145 out of pocket. It's a complete joke, I will never go here again, they have a racket going on. I do not recommend this Company at all. 100% dissatisfied, zero stars. Also, the few lashes that were added fell out within 24 hours, premade fans, should tell everyone who wears lashes something. If a lash girl doesn't know how to make fan lashes by hand you know they're not well trained. Premade fans are heavy and can cause a great deal of damage to your natural lashes. To: Chris ( Business manager) the reply you sent is inaccurate- I was never given a brochure - I was never advised of lash cost, up charges nor was I told what they were doing to know it was something different the previous appointment. My contract was taken over the phone and I wasn't asked to sign anything until multiple appointments had taken place. I was very patient with the stylist and flexible when lashes , glue and lack of time - which all play a part in quality. I came back several times in hopes that it was just a lack of communication on that random person. However that was not the case. I am interested to know where exactly your site showed prices as i looked it up and had a friend as well - neither of us could find a cost page. ( emailing for a consult and or price) is not the same as posting them. I typically just don't return when the service is poor. Hopefully this helps others to at least be aware and ask very specific questions on the cost, since they are not disclosed . read more
