They don't back up their work!!! I took my 15 year old child here and they didn't inform her of the proper care after the lash lift. One day later they were ruined and this company refused to stand behind their work. At least they could have informed me of the process for taking care of the lashes, as the parent. If I'm paying for them I should be the one informed of the process to keep the lashes... I should be the one they speak with. (They didn't tell my child how to care for them either) The company needs to have a better process for kids under 18 and informing the PARENT of how to care for the lashes. read more

I have been going to amazing lash for quite a while now. And I have had my share of great services, and some that were good. I have never been unhappy with my services though. For the last two months I have been seeing Savannah. I have connected with her beautifully. She understands exactly what I want, and she applies my lashes professionally and accurately. The best part of all, is my lashes last for a long time. I just couldn't be happier with Savannah. I highly, highly recommend this business. Well, my wife used to like coming here. But just to forewarn people looking into one of their monthly rewards deals, they wont let you go! She spoke with someone at the lash store about canceling the membership because we are expecting any day now. They told us to fill out some form and email it back to them. After doing this, we received an email stating that her next payment would be november 4th! Last time I checked, CANCELED means no payments EVER. Businesses that make canceling impossible are no better than scams. Save your money and dont bother. read more

I went in there today and it was very busy when I walked in. The lobby was full and there was not a seat available. I was still greeted and checked in. Once checked in the lady had me sign a few things on the tablet and then I sat down. She then came over and talked to me about the membership. Right afterwards my stylist Megan came out and took me to my own private room! She asked me if I had eye make up on which I did and she directed me to the restroom to wash my eyes. This was the only thing I didn't love. Once in the room we went over what type of look I wanted to achieve and she delivered! I laid down with a cozy blanket and she only took an hour to do my full set of eyelashes. I love them!!! I didn't sign up for the membership, but will be back. read more

I signed up for the monthly membership for the lash lift service. On my third visit the receptionist informed me that I was going to be charged $120 in a week. This is twice the amount of the membership fee. When I asked questions as to why he couldn't properly explain why. I left very frustrated. The service itself is not great. Two of the times my eyelashes ended up twisted and bent in areas, because the product lasts weeks I have to wait for my lashes to grow out so they will all be even again. I will not be returning to this studio and don't recommend their services. I visited the Oro Valley location. read more

They are the worst business I have been to. The owner needs to be retooled to deal with customers. Their business practices are illegal. Payment for a service each month prior to it being completed is illegal no matter what contract they asked you to sign. They always manage to not credit your account giving all excuses. They find all different excuses not to give a credit when service is not performed and late charges are charged when you call and cancel an appointment. I was to be given a complementary service instead the charged the service and refused to credit my account. This business needs to be closed by the state for illegal practices. I am going to report this business to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I am shocked at the negative reviews for this location. My wife has been coming here for over a year and has never had an issue. The staff are super friendly and provide top customer service. I have waited for my wife and hear their communication with the clients and they are always attentive and extremely helpful. I have never seen a staff member pushy or rude. Staff explain the products but never push a customer to buy them. I would congratulate the manager and owner on selecting such fine folks working for them. read more

Beware of this lash studio! I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of customer relations as I did at my appointment today. Because of their false advertising and horribly unfriendly front desk staff I will not be signing up for their membership or recommending them to anyone I know. I received this email three different times regarding my introductory offer of $79.99 and as you can see it has their Oracle Road address on it. I showed up for my complimentary session and filled out the paperwork. The stylist brought me back and asked me what look I preferred and applied my lashes (at no time was price discussed by any employee). I go to the front desk to pay and was told that my email wasn't sent from them. Then she says that the lashes that were applied were $65 more on top of the introductory price of $89.99! This is total bait and switch advertising and their front desk staff was argumentative, unhelpful and insensitive. Save yourself money and aggravation and choose a different lash studio! read more

I give this place a one star because zero is not an option. They totally ripped me off. I went in for full set of lashes one day and those did well for 2weeks then went in for refills. The lashes literally came off within 2-3 days. I went back to lash studio told them my concern and they said they would honor an upgraded set "volume" for free. Later I find out they charged my card and when I called to inquire the manager was very rude. I think her name is Sara? From the beginning unprofessional and not wanting to work with me. The 2nd refill also fell off after a few days. I had been using their products and following their directions for care as well. I had 2 different "lash experts" doing the refills and both times obviously failed. Buyer BEWARE! FYI to lash studio. I'm not giving you my name since your service was horrible. 1 star 12/31/2022 Do not support a company that does not support its customers! Beware of this company! After deciding to finally get my lashes done (kids older...bit of time for mom) I went and paid good money for a classic set with good tip as well. I had an important work function that night and had to go with a completely bloodshot, half opened, and painful eye; there was glue burning it. I called the studio first thing in the morning and expressed my concern as the burn was worse and it now felt like there was something in it. The front desk instructed me to take ******** and wait. As a healthcare professional I knew that this was no allergy. The girl said "yah, you're probably right but it should be fine." My eye was a mess. Fast forward a few days, the eye is quite sore (had already checked with my doctor and she was concerned about infection but I received no treatment) and my eyelashes were a mess. I followed everything they told me to do including buy their wash and brush. They were horrible looking. I went back before 2 weeks to fix them. I told the stylist about the burn and she said she would use a sensitive glue. I spent even more on the "fill" and I was not informed that there would be extra charges for "volume." Fast forward again... (after at least $300 spent) I was headed out of town to celebrate the holidays with my husband for the first time in many years. Upon arrival to a very nice resort he noticed a huge chunk of my eyelashes were gone. Again, I had done EVERYTHING "right." I called to speak with a manager and unbelievably all he said was to come in and pay again for a fill (not even in town). No sorry about the burned cornea, no sorry that your lashes didn't even last a week, and no accountability at all. They did a poor job and made no attempt to correct it. I would have gladly come in and had them fix it and probably become a long time customer. Super sad that this turned out to be more of a fast food money grab than a nice community place that I could look forward to visiting. read more

I'm having a hard time understanding these negative reviews as every time I've gone to this location I've been met with professionalism, cleanliness, a relaxing atmostphere, friendly customer service and a knowledgable, personable technician. Over the past few months I've tested multiple eyelash salons across Tucson in an attempt to find the best one to receive eyelash extensions for my upcoming wedding. After being unsatisfied with some of the studios in the area (the owner of one glued the extensions directly to my skin and it was very painful), I sought out Amazing Lash Studio. April was the technician who not only helped me carefully remove the poorly executed extensions in the most pain-free manner she could, but she filled my lashes with a lovely set, listened to my concerns, and always explained her actions or what to expect in the process which I found extremely helpful as somewhat of a newbie to extensions. She is a gem! Seriously so nice, well educated on the service, and I think its safe to say I found my new eyelash tech. I felt very safe with the covid protocols in place, and this place is by far the cleanest studio I've tried in Tucson. Sure, there have a been a few hiccups at the front desk from time to time, but the receptionists handle things with grace and will help you solve problems to the best of their ability. They've been great at communicating appointment updates/changes, and so far I've been happy with their service. I always leave in a great mood! If anything changes I'll be sure to follow up, but so far so good. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! I went in for my first service. The lashes put on each eye had no uniformity- longer, thicker and straight on one eye and curly shorter lashes, with gaps on the other. I voiced a concern after the appointment, but left stating-since I'm not used to having false lashes, maybe I just need to sit with them, brush them and see what I think. A few days later I returned to the store asking to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was not in, but they could schedule an appointment for them to be fixed. When I returned for my appointment, I was brought into a room. Two technicians were in the room. One was grilling me, started raising her voice and told me they had less than 30 minutes to correct the problem or there would be an additional charge. I immediately sat up and told them I thought I just needed my money back at this point. Knowing that the original session took about 2 1/2 hours, I knew that the problem couldn't be corrected in less than 30 minutes and certainly didn't want to give them more money. When I got back up to the reception area, I had very few simple requests 1.) I needed a copy of the paperwork that I had originally signed 2.) I needed the problem to be corrected or I need my money back 3.) I needed to speak with the manager or owner. I was told they would not give me my money back and that they couldn't provide me with a copy of the paperwork. After continuing to be persistent, they finally tried calling the manager / owner and they told me they left a message and that hopefully they would get a call back. I said great and proceeded to have a seat in they waiting area. I continued to ask to have my card credited back or to talk to the manager and told them that at this point I did not feel comfortable with them correcting my lashes. They told me that I had to leave and proceeded to call the police. The police were able to get some of the papers I signed, but was told that the rest would be emailed to me. They also gave me the manager/ owners number and said that I would be able to talk to him the next day at 10:00 am. At 10 the next day, I tried calling the number that was given to me and the number was disconnected. I looked up the number of the store and was told that the manager was not in and had not been in today and still no paperwork emailed to me. I would not recommend going to Amazing Lash Studio and certainly not the Oro Valley location. Very poor business practices. Small claims court - here I come. You get what you pay for or in this case...you really do not get what you pay for! read more

I love this place! My lashes always look amazing. I've explored many different styles and every time they come out looking incredible. Featherweight is the way to go it allows your stylist to create a customized look that looks best with your eye shape and lash style they also last very long. If you like a more natural look the classics do the job well. I suggest a "thicker" lash if you want a fuller look but only if your natural lash can handle it. They offer fun styles as well, such as glitter which has lasted on me for 4 weeks now and ombré the colors are also very customizable. When you walk in you will also be able to see what I like to call "lash accessories" these products allow you to keep your look lasting longer. Going there makes my entire day the staff is so friendly! Shoutout to Christie she makes my services even better! read more

Amazing Lash Studio is AMAZING! Very professional and immaculate. I've tried other places in the past, but this one is by far the best. You are in a private cubicle with your stylist - I have never had a person here who wasn't really good. I go to Stephanie mostly and she really does a great job - an added benefit is that she is very fast! Tait is also very, very good. Very nice clean restrooms. I personally have never had any problems and I have heard Dion, the owner, speaking with other customers and she is very accommodating and works really hard to resolve any concerns you might have. There is lots of flexibility in the membership choices so don't be afraid to sign up! read more

i came here for a full set a year ago... and they upsold me on the cluster lashes. they looked trashy, bad, and lacked volume. i came today and got a full set. 2 hours and 20 minutes later the lashes looked ok at best. just to clarify i tipped $40 cash so its not an issue with me.... im super disappointed with my service. to add to this i have been getting lashes with amazing lash since 2014 at the river oaks (downtown houston) and then the deerbrook location and have also gone in pittsburgh (cranberry) and Illinois locations.... i wish i didn't waste my time and im literally addicted to lashes so that is saying a lot. edit to add that 48 hours out the lower aspect of the sclera in my eyes is bloodshot & swollen still. i honestly feel like this is a health and safety issue. i have been an amazing lash client for 5 years, never have i experienced anything like this read more

WARNING: Don't go to Jeanette! She did not clean my eyes before attaching the lashes. Also, a lot of my bottom lashes were stuck to my top lashes and had to be pried apart. Ouch! The next morning, a bunch of my lash extensions already fell out on to my pillow. I've gotten eyelash extensions elsewhere and this has never happened before. Waste of money! read more

This place is literally awful. They damaged my lashes so much. They literally had 3-6 natural lashes per extension. They made my lashes come out and they were super uncomfortable. They didn't even have the style I wanted. They upcharged me $60 when the into offer was $80. Michaela was my tech. Anything but amazing. I'm a U of A student who has to uber everywhere to get places. I was running 15 minutes late due to a enormously large surge ($35, for a normally $12 uber), I run across the street just to get cheaper surge and pay ($18) very expensive. I show up at 7:17, when they called me at 7:15 and asked how late I was going to be and I said I'm turning in the parking lot and they said okay perfect. I show up and the lady tells me my stylist left, and they didn't know. I've never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. Didn't have an available appt till the following Tuesday.
