Beautiful interior, nice staff, clean clean clean, very attentive lash specialist! **** edited, the staff either was let go or quit and the last three appointments I had were canceled... the owner still charged me for a membership fee then argued with me about it. After all the cancellations they had they still had the audacity to talk poorly about the people on hold trying to book appointments right in front of clients. When I was using the services, everything was okay- not great, but okay. They did schedule me wrong a few times, and charged my account for products I never bought. These mistakes were fixed however. The issue comes when I tried to cancel my membership. I called in February, and the manager would not let me cancel the services without a $60 charge for the next month. I said this was unfair, so she offered to let me freeze the account for 3 months then have it canceled within that time period. BUT three months later they did NOT tell me that they would be resuming the charges to my credit card, and simply charged me without a word. I called to have this fixed, I had asked for a freeze, then termination after all. The person I talked to said the money was not going to be refunded ($120!), and that she'll just send me a termination form. THEN she proceeded to tell me how great their lashes were and that if I had just tried their more expensive sets, I would've loved them. I explained again to her that I had just gotten my natural lashes back to being healthy and long after 3 months of not having the extensions, to which she told me that my personal experience was wrong and that they do not harm natural lashes (which they can, and do). It's a money-gauging company full of unhelpful, lying personnel. read more

At the beginning of my membership everything was ok, until I found out they had never created my membership account profile and kept my daughters account who is 17, just because the phone number was the same. management and a couple of employees knew and did nothing until I chose to cancel, at the end they made me feel like it was my fault Plus, The cost is very expensive you not only pay a membership monthly fee plus they charge you every time you go in for volume, and a tip. I've been a member here for about two years now. I'm completely addicted! I see Molly and get the 6d volume lashes. She's amazing! She takes her time to make sure my lashes are always full and beautiful. I especially appreciate her attention to detail. The service here has always been amazing. The salon is extremely clean and maintained very well. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and I've never had a problem when I need to reschedule appointments. this place couldnt be any worse. i went numerous times hoping that everytime i went it would change. unfortunately it didnt. the first full set i got was fine until i went to sleep with my eyes bloodshot from the fumes. they did not wash nor mist so the fumes wouldnt be so strong. when i woke up in the morning my eyes were almost swollen shut. i called in and they said it was something i was allergic to which was wrong because ive gone to different lash ladies and never got this reaction. i then tried a different lash lady and still got the same reaction and i even tried a different glue and nothing. then the worst part was trying to cancel my membership i had called multiple times to cancel and it was always call back or we will give you a call. and of course they kept charging me 120 every month and kept calling until i finally was fed up and had then cancel it right then. don't recommend!!!! read more

Please don't get a membership. I did, and it was a very unpleasant experience, all of it. On my first visit, I was told to wait 24 hours before getting my eyes wet- the adhesive needed 24 hours to set. The "stylist" repeated this and wrote it down on the checklist. It didn't occur to me that she might be wrong, but she was. You need to wait 48 hours. So, I lost out on that one; she didn't care when I mentioned it after the next visit. During which she warned me that if I didn't retain a certain amount of lashes, I'd be charged for a full set, instead of a refill. This was just one of 4-5 issues. I'm not going to make this review that long, basically the stylists are either trained poorly, or they fail to listen to the trainer. I bought a product, and was told how to use it the opposite of how it's to be used. Later I got different answers on how to use it (the lash coating). This lack of consistency and the unprofessional staff will not keep this franchise in business. They don't admit their mistakes and it feels like I was cheated, on top of being an overall unpleasant experience. They're also shady, and ended up keeping much more of my money than the services I paid for. read more

However they got new glue in and I got my set done this time around my eyes didn't itch as much . I've been coming here for about a year now I'm not sure how I found them on yelp but I love them super affordable it's 59.99 a month and then when I physically go in for a fill it's 25 but that's with the membership. I've gotten about 4 girls so far loved all of their work. Great results each time. Very easy to make an appointment with and reschedule if needed to. Quite a drive for me personally but worth it I know it's recommended to go every two weeks but personally my lashes last me that 3-4 weeks mark. read more

I will never come back here! I paid 230$ for the WORST looking clumpy and painful lashes. Then when I complained and tried to comeback to get them fixed there was no one free to service me. So after getting passed around to different lash techs I got one girl who had another client coming in soon so she said she'd do what she could. Until my experience today, I would have given a 5 star rating. Recently I had swollen lids following the application of the lashes, and when I called I was told to wash them, take some ibuprofen and it should go away, which it did. Sunday, I had lashes refilled and noticed Monday morning the same swelling. So I followed the same procedure. By Tuesday, I also had irritation and redness and Wednesday full on discharge and eye glued shut. Today I called to report to them that I had conjunctivitis and to seek some sort of resolution, and was told I needed to come in for removal. I told the girl I had pink eye and she told me to come in tonight to get them removed. I confirmed with a doctor and I have bacterial pink eye. As someone who wears contacts, I wash my hands frequently and don't touch my eyes, and I don't have allergies so it's not like I rub them. The doctor agreed that I likely got pink eye due to the recent application of the lashes. I show up to my appointment, and they tell me they can't see me bc I have pink eye, even though they were aware of the infection upon making the appointment. Of course, management is unavailable until tomorrow. I am beyond disappointed and cancelled my membership. Make sure your consultant has clean hands (or maybe gloves?!?!) and uses new tools so you don't have to spend money on prescriptions and co pays like I did. I sincerely hope the management reviews cleanliness procedures with the staff so no one else has to go through this. read more

I just had a very poor experience here. I have the membership where every month on the 25th $60 is charged to my card. This is fine, as I agreed to this. I'm no way was I ever informed, by person or by the contract I signed, that if I came in earlier than the 25th every month that I would be charged an additional fill charge on top of having $60 taken out of my account on the 25th. If you want a membership, just know that you can only go once a month on the 25th or later to be able to not have to pay double what you're going to owe. This is bullshit and I am very unhappy. read more

My first time there was a great experience . The only challenge was geting the protective eye pads on . I had some sensitivity under my eye lids for a few days after service due to the pads being taking off three times . Anther lady came in and was able to get them on easily . Have no problem for paying for lashes since I have had them done several times before. However, they charged me for a service I did not receive and did a poor job with an employee who is considered a Master stylist. I leave for vacation in the morning and they expected me to drive back when it was their mistake. Wouldn't compromise with me and even give $40 back. Deon from Amazing Lash Studio contacted me a few days after my previous review. Because I was so dissatisfied with the results, she invited me in for a complimentary lash refill session. I was set with Camila, a more seasoned lash specialist. She did a great job on my lashes. They are much fuller and properly distributed. It has been almost two weeks and it is in good shape so far. Camila was nice, gentle, and her application was surprisingly painless. She was fast. After less than an hour, I was out the door with a full set of gorgeous lashes. The staff is also very sweet and they always have the prettiest lashes! Deon called me again the next day to make sure I was happy with my lashes. Where do I even begin with this one? DO NOT COME HERE (Oracle location). This place should be closed. I went in about a week ago and got a hybrid volume set. They charged me extra without being told which I ended up paying for At the end of the service because there was no way around. My lashes only lasted about a week so I was very disappointed with the cost and lack of quality. I also felt like my appointment was rushed. The stylist aren't given enough time to do a quality full set because they are booked back to back with no time to adjust what you aren't happy with. I had to leave without being completely happy with my lashes because my stylist had a client waiting after and the manager (I believe her name was Diane) came in and rudely asked what was taking so long, as if rushing the stylist to finish. I found this rude and horrible customer service. Also, at the last salons I've been too stylist wore gloves but here, to my surprise they don't. Which is HUGELY unsanitary and can lead to infections. The stylists are nice and polite and in my experience I have had good conversations with them. Those poor girls need to find a better place for them to work that's going to take care of them. read more

I had a great time getting my first set on! I actually went to a technician that was still in training but she did an amazing job! The place is clean and cute. The lady doing my lashes (I think her name is Kelsey) answered all my questions about what type of glue they used, qualifications to do her job, the materials and source for the lashes, etc. It is a long procedure and my neck got very sore and she let me get up and stretch before starting on the other eye. I am not very good at maintenance since I sleep on my face and touch my eyes, but they still look pretty good after 3 weeks. This place is a complete rip-off! After cancelling my subscription last year due to moving to another city, six months later they started billing my credit card with their monthly fee. I called and tried to dispute it amicably, but alas they refused to do the right thing and credit my card. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, send a written letter to them letting them know I still wanted to cancel, and now a month later, they have charged my credit card AGAIN. This is a fraudulent business enterprise/owner. I hope anyone considering going to this establishment considers the headaches they will endure if they ever need to cancel for ANY reason. If they are so hard up for money, they should have better business practices than trying to force money out of prior clients without delivering on their so-called service. read more

I was never into getting my lashes done, but decided to try it one day and got hooked. I love that I can go without eye makeup and still feel pretty, I don't wear mascara anymore except for weekend or special occasions.
