I have been coming here for a year now and I am obsessed. This is my guilty pleasure! My makeup regimen consists of mascara only and the fact that I don't even need to apply it when I get my lashes done is a beautiful thing. I wake up, get dressed and go! I try to get refills every 3-4 weeks but the lashes honestly last for a little over 5 weeks for me. I have friends that have gone elsewhere and don't look half as good. I get compliments on the DAILY. Ming knows exactly how I want my lashes - and the results are always perfect. This place is a hidden gem! I bought eyelash extensions on Groupon and this was my first time ever having them done and I will never go anywhere else. The women there are very sweet and the facility itself is clean and beautifully designed as well as very comfortable. I am a young student so this is definitely a luxury but worth every penny because when Liu, my eyelash technician, handed me a mirror, I was blown away!! I felt and still feel like a million bucks and immediately booked my appointment with her for touch ups. Her service is exceptional and full of quality and care. I traveled from Cambridge, Ma because of the reviews and I'm so happy I did. There were several other groupons offering eyelash services right in Boston but none of them impressed me. Just got a plush full volume set. My lashes last about 2 months before needing a full set. I prefer to get a full set instead of fill-ins. Ming let me see my lashes after she used the solution to take off my old set. My lashes were still full, long and very thick. I get the 15 length and love them. I started using tobramycin drops for the first two weeks of my new set since the lashes are so close to the eyes and can cause irritation. It really helps. Ming is always mega friendly and kind. I was running 10 minutes late with traffic for pothole repair. My word of advice, if going, give yourself an extra 30 minutes to find parking and wiggle room for traffic. I went there to get my eye lash extended. The place was a little tricky to find but I was advised when confirming my appointment over the phone. Rooms and tools looked very clean and sanitized. Employee didn't wear glove or mask while doing my lashes but was very friendly and nice. One of my eye got a little bit irritated the whole time and she helped wipe it a couple times. This place was amazing! I went here one time for my eyelash extensions. They were very nice and CLEAN! The girl doing the extensions took her time and did and amazing job. Before she starts she ask you how you want them to look. It was very cozy and they made you feel comfortable! On the website I was looking at prices and it say 250-350 but I found a 50% off coupon so I was excited! When I went to pay they told me 99$. Such a huge surprise. Only thing is they don't take tips on debit cards so bring cash. There is parking right across the street. You get 3 hours for free which is plenty of time. I think for 99$ they did an amazing job. She really took her time and did exactly what I asked for. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone who asked. Only thing I didn't like is she didn't use gloves but she did was her hands before coming to do my lashes and she also had a mask covering her mouth. read more

I had the most wonderful experience! While getting my lashes done, i felt like I was having a true salon experience. The salon was so wonderfully calming. I could hardly even feel a thing as the lashes went on. Heard great things about this place so I decided to try it out. My lashes looked great but I wound up getting conjunctivitis in both my eyes the day after, rubbed all my lashes off from my eyes being so itchy which pulled out a lot of my natural lashes which are naturally long and full. I didn't want the hassle of putting makeup on every day which is why I decided to try the extensions. I'm so very disappointed and upset. I hope my lashes grow back to how they used to be. read more

I started coming here after I saw my neighbor's lashes and I have not regretted it. Yes you have to book weeks in advance but that's because they are that good. They really listen to what you want and they have tons of different eyelash options. They are also decently priced for what you would get in Boston. I have never had lash extensions before, but had always wanted to try them despite the many horror stories i've heard about them. When I saw a Groupon for Amazing Lashes and Spa full set eye extensions, I was hesitant at first until I read all the raving reviews on Yelp. And after my first appointment with them, I can see why they get such great reviews! As soon as I purchased my Groupon, I very quickly and easily made an appointment for that Saturday morning. I arrived nervous and anxious not knowing what to expect. I was greeted by a very friendly face who asked for my name and what my appointment was for. After she checked me off the schedule, she asked me to use the bathroom beforehand since the first procedure takes about 2 hours. I thought that this little gesture was very thoughtful of her, since it would be so uncomfortable if i really did had to go in the middle of the procedure. I was then led to a small room with a comfy bed and warm sheets where I was then instructed to take off my boots lay under the covers and just relax. Relaxing came very easy as the music they were playing in the background lulled me to sleep. The woman who was applying my lashes was very gentle and I did not feel any pain whatsoever. When it was done, I absolutely LOVED the end result. So I was more than happy to keep up with this new beauty regimen (2-3 weeks i will need to return for a touch up.) Fast forward 3 days... my beautiful new eyelash extensions started falling out within 3 days. It wasnt a whole lot, but enough for me to notice at least. I called the spa only 3 days after my first appointment and told them what was going on. Without ANY hesitation she asked me to come in at my first available. I was very thankful that i didnt have to wait long to get this issue fixed. I went in the next day and she re-applied new eye extensions and even used a stronger glue. She explained it may have shed quickly because of the cold weather. Either way, again i was very happy with the end result. Best part is, she did this for free! She even apologized that I had to come back so soon! Even though this service was free, i still tipped her just for the simple fact that this was GREAT customer service.
