I adore Lily (the owner), Daniela, Dulce, and the rest of the beauty specialists and staff members who work there. Also, the work that they do there is so professional and, quite frankly, the results are completely phenomenal (and better than at ANY other spa I have EVER been to, including for eyebrow services (wax, shape and tint, & lamination) and eyelashes (including lash extensions and also eyelash "lift, curl and tint," which is MY personal favorite service for my eyelashes b/c Lily and Daniela make my eyelashes look long, dark like my hair, and simply stunning for up to 3 months, during which time I don't need to do anything to take care of them!) And don't even get me started on the FACIALS by DULCE and the MAKE-UP TATTOOING by LILY! Firstly, the facials are the best ones Mom and I have ever had. The "platinum facial" is my favorite. It is a hydrofacial with lymphatic drainage--it cleans the skin extremely deeply ( removing all dead skin), hydrates more than you could ever get with a regular facial, and includes a soft/gentle chemical peel to brighten the skin and remove dark spots. And best of all, this facial removes puffiness and swelling from the face! I could not believe how much less swollen my face was (after only the FIRST Platinum Facial with Dulce). First Lash also offers "express facials" if you're in a hurry, and yesterday I had a dermaplaning facial, which was wonderful! I looked and felt like a completely different woman than the one who had arrived at First Lash earlier that day. Lily did my eyebrows yesterday as usual. I had a "wax, shape and tint," AND Lily also did my eyelashes for me (a "lift, curl, and tint") & she did an absolutely INCREDIBLE JOB. And her room is such a beautiful and comfy space. She even covered me up with a cozy blanket when she saw that I was feeling cold. She notices every last detail and that makes each person's experience tailored, personalized, and customized based on his/her needs. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" place-- the OPPOSITE. You will feel special from the moment you walk through the doors at First Lash & Brows. Guaranteed. I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows except for Lily! Dulce does my Mom's eyebrows, and she loves the way Dulce does her eyebrows. You have the flexibility as a customer of having the person you want doing your services! And Daniela does my eyelashes beautifully too, just like Lily does! You cannot go wrong with ANY of the specialists who work at First Lash, actually. They are so well-trained and so excellent at what they do. Lily, the owner, has also spent so much time and energy making First Lash & Brow an oasis of peace, care, and comfort. I would stay there all day if I could-- every day!--simply because of the serene atmosphere and comforting touches. All of that comes from Lily, who has taken her business to the next level, that's for sure. Lily specializes especially in eye make-up tattooing. She tattooed my eyeliner on 3 years ago and it looks spectacular to this very day. It looks exactly the same as if she had just done it yesterday. Lily also did my "fairy lips" 3 years ago, which is a lipstick/lipliner tattoo. Lily helped me to choose the right color for my skin tone, and to this day (3 years later), when I wake up in the morning my lips have that gorgeous natural pinkish color that makes me look (along with my eyeliner!) awake and "ready to go"-- even before I get out of bed to wash my face! I did not do the tattoo-ing on my lips and eye-liner until I was 46 years old, and I wish I had done it sooner. It makes me look younger and more beautiful than ever. All of the services that First Lash provide are done so very professionally and to perfection. And since so few things in life are perfect, it amazes me at how "perfect" Lily (the owner) and her staff, especially Daniele and Dulce, make their customers LOOK and FEEL when they leave their doors to come home. I feel like a princess after my various treatments there! First Lash & Brows has a gorgeous waiting room, too! My husband commented on that just yesterday. They have water bottles, soda, etc. in the fridge, and snacks for you to nibble on, too, should you suddenly have a craving for that! First Lash & Brows also does men's facials. My husband James has had one with Dulce and loved it. In fact, he wants to have a facial again the next time we go there (in March!) Once you start going there for all of your skin care needs, you will never want to go anywhere else. Lily and her staff are extremely knowledgeable about skin care and sell various products there as well. Daniela did an excellent job on my lash lift and tint. I have been getting my lashes done for a few years, and this is one of the best lifts I have had so far. My lashes look great without mascara which has not been the case with other lifts. I could tell she was really taking her time, carefully working on each eye. Lily did powder brows and dusty eyeliner for me last year, and this visit was my one year touch-up. Lily is very nice and accommodating. She listens, and does a beautiful job! Daniela is great running the front desk, explains everything, and responds to my texts when I didn't pay good enough attention in the first place. I love having permanent liner because I never could do liner well enough myself. The brows - well - I'm always receiving compliments. My husband was hospitalized last July, and during a visit, one of the nurses came to the room and said, "I love your eyebrows! I noticed them when you got off the elevator!" And I replied, "Thanks! I recently moved to the area after living in LA and needed a new go to lash and brow place. I was fortunate enough to try this place first because they can do it all (lashes, brows, etc.) very well! I've been seeing Daniela for lash tints and lifts since September and am always pleased with her work. She is very gentle and does everything to perfection. Plus, she's a great person to talk to and I find myself leaving the place more relaxed then when I arrived. Her lash lifts are so good that I find them lasting beyond 6 weeks, and am now lengthening the frequency of my appointments! I was so impressed with Daniela's work that I booked micro blading with her which was also excellent. My brows look fuller and very natural, I don't have to mess with them at all anymore. The best part was that they retained most of their color after the first session so there wasn't much to do on my follow up appointment. Can't recommend Daniela enough! Recently, the semi permanent eyeliner that I had gotten done in LA was really starting to fade and I wanted to get them done again. I've been so happy with my experience at First Lash that I decided to book an eyeliner appointment with Lily. My eyeliner experience went very smoothly and I felt comfortable and pain free the entire time. Lily is meticulous at all things that she does and it really shows with my eyeliner. I'm really happy with the outcome and highly recommend this to anyone who wants more definition around their eyes without the daily annoyance of putting on eyeliner. As an aside, I went back home to NY to visit my Mom for the holidays and she kept asking me about my eyelashes and eyebrows because they were looking great. Yesterday I booked with Teresa who took her time to put my beautiful and full eyelashes set but not more of the time we agreed upon - she followed my instructions as I wanted a very natural but filled look - with more eyelashes in the center of the eye to open my slanted shape eye ! She was careful ( they alway are ). as I have many skin allergies and sensitive skin and other issues related with health and skin products I forgot Daniella who is the amazing receptionist administrative staff she is always ver attentive and patient . Lily did my brows in June 2024 and WOW! She is a true artist!! I am in my 50s and I have never done permanent makeup before, so I was nervous...but it's time to start working at aging gracefully. I opted for permanent makeup by machining (as opposed to microblading) and I just LOVE it. The machining allows for a more realistic look, but it needs to be by someone who has a steady hand and training, which Lily absolutely does. Lily was able to make my brows far more symmetrical (one was higher than the other), and she recommended lifting the ends to create a much broader look. She takes her time with the setup, creating careful lines before doing anything permanent, and she gives you plenty of opportunity to review it before she moves to the next step. They numbed my brows with a topical cream (no injections) before started, and while I could feel little pricks I found it to be completely fine. Plus, Lily checks in to make sure you are ok throughout the process. I have also seen Dulce (dull-SAY) for a lash lift and tint, and another WOW!! Also a great experience and a service that I highly recommend! I have my second appointment booked already. She had done a brow tint for me, which I loved, but it only lasted about 5 days. She is the one who recommended that I do permanent makeup next, since I like it. I cannot sing enough praises about this place. The place is situated in this adorable, free-standing cottage in an easily accessible commercial area. It is homey and comfortable inside. The intake staff are SO welcoming and not at all snooty like many places. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule even moving some appointments around so I can get the date I needed before my event (note! This service takes 2 appointments about 2 weeks apart, and Lily is booked out - so, plan ahead!). P.S. I did not experience much redness at all. The picture below is from right at the end of the service (they give you this comparison photo to keep). I came in for ombré powder brows around the end of October 2021. Since it was my very first time getting anything permanent done on my face, I was extremely nervous and kept having second thoughts, but Lily and the First Lash staffs was really patience with me throughout all the process. They walked me through the procedure, the aftercare, etc. Although i was informed that my brows would be quite dark for the first few weeks and would fade to its actual color, I was still anxious with how it'll turn out. Lily is the only person I'd trust my lashes with. She is safe, careful, and well trained. I would definitely agreed that you should invest on your lashes, please do not cut corner and pay cheaper lashes. I love the receptionist (I need to get her name next time). She takes the time to know the clients that come in and she's a delight to talk to. She knows a lot about the services here and I feel comfortable asking her any questions I have. I've never gotten my lashes done so of course I wanted to have Lily do them since she's a master lasher (not sure if that's what you would call her ). She's definitely worth the extra money. Even though I was half asleep during the procedure, I knew I was in good hands. I can tell she cares a lot about what she does.
