If a procedure was performed or there was an issue with my dog's nails, I should have been informed when I picked her up. Instead, I was left wondering why my dog was suddenly limping and in pain. I understand that accidents and unexpected situations can happen, but communication with pet owners is extremely important. Had I been told about the ingrown toenails and their removal, I would have known what to expect and how to properly care for my dog afterward. I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and hope management addresses this issue so other pet owners are fully informed about anything that occurs during their pet's grooming appointment.

We had the online meeting and then decided to drive to pick her up. I love that she's already on a schedule. She sleeps through the night; greets us in the morning and we hang out all day.
