No spot is left unturned, and they even provide you with time/money saving tips beforehand. We used them for our recent move out clean, and they made sure to ask us to self clean the oven before our appointment so that the ladies wouldn't have to spend their allotted time scrubbing that out. Their pay is determined by the number of hours in which they clean, so we appreciated the courtesy. The end result was perfect, and our pictures for the sale listing came out wonderful. They checked every cabinet and drawer, being so thoughtful as to text me pictures of anything they found in case it needed to be added to the pile of items we had already hired a trash service to come and collect. First off, $125 for a deep clean isn't ridiculous I admit, but the person that was sent to me had a walking boot. A WALKING BOOT. So i knew from the get go she was not going to be able to reach the top cabinets or anything high. I let her know that I didn't want her to get brave and do so because last think I need is a stranger i injured in my soon to be duplex. When she finished she showed me around, and all looked well, but on further inspection a few days later my wife noticed spider webs on the kitchen cabinet and in the closet. I notified the owner as soon as I saw and got no response. Very disappointed. I have a 4 year old with asthma and I was expecting a deep clean that I paid for to get rid of dust and spider webs at the very least. And no communication from the owner to top it off. Please do not do business with them. I know I am just some random stranger on yelp, but believe me, once they have your money they wont give a crap about you.
