They charged $300 for the part plus labor (it took 2 minutes), on top of the $160 annual service charge. We later realized the unit was still under warranty yet Indoor Air charged us for the work. It took four conversations to get them to fix their problem and they acted as if they were doing us a favor. One week later they had to come back because system kept shutting off. Apparently the condenser pump wasn't working: would have been nice if they tested it as they should have during our annual checkup. We were quoted $418 to replace it. The pump plugs in and is readily available on Amazon and at Home Depot for $60. We were being overcharged. Won't use them again.
