I didn't find what I wanted, made my way to the exit I did notice the buggy start to drag but figured I got one of the wheels stuck, then this lanky white guy with gray hair asked all hostile if I found would what I needed told him no and started walking to bus stop. When I got near the gas station there I noticed the security guard was eyeing me and made way to me I stopped asked how can I help you, was told by him my boss said you stole something very shocked I flip my pockets out and show him my empty backpack, he said sorry about that and we both went on about our day. Half of the market was closed off, but something new that popped up near the front of the store was a coffee/smoothie bar. We stopped in for a quick to go order of a coffee, pastry, and smoothie. I loved the fact that there is an option to make your own. I was able to choose my base, 2 fruit options, and a veggie. I chose - blueberry, strawberry, (comes with a banana), spinach, and almond milk. Perfect! Healthy and fresh. The girl behind the counter was friendly and accommodating. There's also a gelato bar. My first sister gets her items scanned and while inserting the chip on her card it was failure to read. Jasmine P. proceeds to then insert the chip herself to ensure it was done accurately. Pin pad wasn't reading and she grew frustrated. That was strike one. Then I'm next to pay; I was purchasing two balloons and she RUDELY said " I cant scan these without a barcode." I said "call someone!" Then the kindest woman named Glo came over and said to scan the balloon itself and it should process. Jasmine P proceeded and it worked. So the attitude was not needed or welcomed. Her manager than came over and said "turn off your light." (didn't catch managers name but he was male) Jasmine P than responds under her breath "you dont have to tell me twice." COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR. Jasmine P. needs to create a plan where she is nicer and patient with the public, as she works in a customer service setting. I'm forced to give this place one star to get my message across. I've been coming here for years, and thinking back I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. They have the friendliest staff ever and they are always super helpful when I can't find something. They truly go above and beyond and will even check the back for you when you are looking for something. One of my favorite things about Trader Joe's is their flower section. They have some of the freshest and most beautiful flowers, and they offer the best prices on flowers in San Antonio. I've compared them to local flower wholesalers and TJ still beats them. If you are buying a large amount of flowers make sure to get some of their free buckets which are located by the entrance to the store. It just makes it easier to transport all your flowers. Besides the amazing flowers, their unique seasonal items are always great. I love to discover new snacks or sauces that you can't find at other grocery stores. Another favorite section for me is their cheese section. They have a small but mighty section of cheeses at great prices. I told him I didn't need the ibuprofen just the antibiotic. He said 'give us forty minutes'. I went home. Sent my adult son back that afternoon to pick up script for me. They only gave him the ibuprofen (which I told the guy I didn't need when I was there). I went back at 7 to get the other prescription and they said they only had a prescription for ibuprofen. I said when I was here talking to you this morning and he said 'I wasn't here this morning' Homie, you were there... it was 11:30... are you calling me a liar? Wtf. I'm convinced he deleted the clindamyacin, which my doctor verified they sent in, instead of the ibuprofen. Clerk argued with me. I won't go back to this pharmacy. Also if ibuprofen was the only thing they sent, why would I say I dont need that only thing and him tell me okay come back for it. there were two prescriptions, he deleted the one I actually needed. After a month of sepsis last year, going without an antibiotic is super not cool. Jerk.
