The first time I stopped in thinking I could pick up a box or envelope to package the return myself and drop it off in a bin but that's not how it went down. I asked the person at the counter if I needed specific packaging and she said no. If I had my own envelopes or box they would return it. Then we chatted about what might be appropriate sized packaging for a pair of men's jeans. She volunteered the information that printed labels could be sent to them and they would print it off and add it to the package. The second visit was to drop off the return. I had everything together and brought it in. I was asked if I wanted a receipt they accepted it in case there was an issue with the return. Sounded good to me! They scanned the package and handed me a slip. Fortunately the return was delivered and quickly processed by the seller so no need for the confirmation. I had a "tech refresh" at work last month and needed to send back my old laptop. Third visit in three months. Work said to use the box the new laptop arrived in to send back the old one. No problem! I packed everything up. Did I have a return slip or QR code? Um no, but I had the account number. Not a problem! She printed off a label for me after confirming the address, which coincidentally matched the account number address, and slapped it onto the box. The space itself also has a retail store for paper goods but I was all set on those items.

Faxes are expensive- send online if possible. But, I was paying for convenience, and it was simple and quick. One stop shop for printing, packages, etc., so I'm sure I will be back someday.

The simple task that should have taken 3 minutes ended up costing me 15 mins of my time. I would advice to go elsewhere or expect to deal with highschool dropouts that hate their life and work in an understaffed FedEx.

You drop by any store location, enter your code, and you're on your way. It's all self-service and easy peasy. Well, it's normally easy - until tonight. I walked into the store and headed straight for the kiosk. It kept giving me an error message and told me to see a team member. When I approached the lady working, she seemed completely disinterested in helping me. When I explained the situation, she continued to ask me unnecessary questions - I actually don't think she understood how the printing worked. But instead of saying that, she honestly just acted like a B. At one point - I shit you not - she told me (almost yelling at me) to stay behind the counter. What did she thinkin was going to do? Way to treat me like a terrorist, lady. But then all of a sudden, her tone changed. It was around the same time when she discovered my account was in Yelp's name. Maybe it was a coincidence, but the same lady who was awful a few minutes later - suddenly became sweet as pie. So I don't know... this whole experience was strange. But in the end, though, I got what I needed.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!…read more I am incredibly disappointed with UPS Store #2514. After my grandmother passed away, I was given a set of her antique pewter measures dating back to the mid-1800s. They were one of the very few family heirlooms I received, and because of their history, they are absolutely irreplaceable to me. My mother took them to UPS Store #2514 to ship to me. She told me the store was not busy, and James assured her he would carefully pack them in a 10×10×10 box and place a Fragile sticker on the package. The shipment was sent on July 27 along with a second package that I had packed myself. When both packages arrived on July 30, I immediately knew something was wrong. Instead of receiving the box my mother described, I received a large reused box with an Amazon shipping label and a "Cold-Shot" product label. Inside was a CST2 General Cold-Shot Pipe Freeze Kit--a product I have never seen before and certainly did not ship. There is no question that the shipping labels were switched. The tracking number on the receipt my mother received from UPS Store #2514 matches the shipping label on the box containing the pipe freeze kit. In other words, the tracking number that should have delivered my grandmother's heirlooms instead delivered someone else's Amazon return. My mother returned to the store the today and was told the manager would need to get involved because my package had gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, no one could tell us where. We were instructed to file a claim, but because we didn't know the monetary value of these mid-1800s heirlooms, the declared value was far below what they were actually worth. Even if UPS reimburses us, no amount of money can replace something that has been in my family for generations. If my package was sent to an Amazon returns facility, it will likely be discarded, recycled, or donated, and I will never see these items again. I am beyond devastated and beyond angry. A mistake like this has potentially cost me one of the only tangible connections I have left to my grandmother. To make matters worse, I am now in possession of someone else's Cold-Shot Pipe Freeze Kit, valued at approximately $573. I contacted Amazon in hopes of locating my grandmother's package or helping ensure the person who returned this item receives their refund, but they were unable to assist. Mistakes happen, but this was an entirely preventable error. If I made a mistake of this magnitude in my own profession, I would likely lose my job. I expect much greater care when entrusting UPS Store #2514 (or any UPS store for that matter) with an irreplaceable family heirloom. I sincerely hope UPS Store #2514 is able to locate my package and reunite me with these priceless pieces of my family's history. If they cannot, I expect them to take full responsibility for this egregious error and find a meaningful way to make this egregious error right, even though I know nothing can truly replace what has been lost. As of 08/13/2026, my grandmother's heirlooms are still missing.

0 Star -- Absolutely Horrible Customer Service I honestly…read moredon't understand how this location is still operating with the way customers are treated. After dealing with this store multiple times, I can say that my experiences have been consistently awful. Every time I've gone in to simply drop off packages, I've been met with an attitude that is completely unacceptable for a customer-service business. The owner/rep has always been extremely rude, rolls eyes, argues, and acts like I'm inconveniencing them simply by walking through the door. On one occasion, I was actually told not to come back simply just dropping off packages that were already paid for. Let that sink in: you walk into a shipping store to drop off packages, and instead of being treated like a customer, you're treated like a problem. And after looking through the other 1-star reviews, I can see that my experience is far from unique. The complaints about rude, dismissive, and confrontational behavior are remarkably consistent. At some point, when this many customers are describing the same type of experience, you have to wonder whether the problem is the customers or the management. I've used UPS Stores all over Columbus and have never experienced this level of hostility over something as simple as dropping off a package.
