I hired Amazon Sellers Attorney for $2,500 to help with my Amazon seller case and I'm extremely disappointed with the service. From the start, I expected experienced legal representation; instead, I was handed off to someone overseas who billed me approximately $2,000 in "billable hours" before admitting they couldn't resolve the issue. I received no meaningful updates, no real strategy, and ultimately no results. After spending the bulk of the retainer, they told me they were "unable to fix the issue." Avoid this company if you don't want to lose your money, time, and possibly your last chance to work on Amazon. The main person in charge, Vera, is very friendly and calls every day to assure you they'll solve your problem--right up until you've made your payment. After that, she disappears, and you'll never hear from her again. I emailed multiple times asking to speak with her, but she never called back. Once they get your money, they hand your case over to a team located somewhere in the post-Soviet region. The team speaks broken English and clearly doesn't understand Amazon or how to handle cases (to be clear, I know there are good professionals in every country, but not in this company's case--at the very least, they should be able to communicate fluently in English). Everything they send is just ChatGPT-generated templates. They barely check them, and they have no understanding of the client's specific situation. They even mix up data, so you'll need to double-check everything they do. They promise to escalate your case to Amazon's higher-level teams or send emails from a lawyer, but the email addresses they provide didn't get any responses. Honestly, you can write a template letter yourself, and you'll do it better than they can. I strongly advise against working with this company. read more

Do NOT hire this company unless you want to get royally scammed. My experience with them was that they lied to get my business, they told me they can help with seller verification escalation and expediting. Instead, they delivered a canned template, completely irrelevant to my case, stating a plan of action about suspended listings, Amazon listing policy violations, all completely inapplicable and irrelevant to my situation. After I objected, the owner Kennet Eade, literally said: "Our fee was earned the minute you signed the agreement and we provided the advice you chose not to take" - essentially giving me the boot, and refusing to take responsibility for the fact they failed to fill out their contractual obligations. Additionally, the owner of the company has a history of deceitful, predatory business practices, and my interactions with him and his team confirm this. But don't take my word for it. Just check some of the facts + images I will upload and post below. A company's word and service is as good as the integrity of its owner. Kenneth Gordon Eade has a history of scamming consumers (and not only, as you'll come to find out). SEC Lawsuit, Misleading Consumers by Misrepresenting Financial Statements To start, between 2012 - 2014, after litigation from the SEC, his attorney license was suspended for a period of 5 years until very recently, as he aided and abetted the company's violation of securities laws and drafted false and misleading periodic filings that were filed with the SEC, omitting some material facts and misrepresenting others. Eade eventually settled, agreeing to pay considerable fines and disgorgement. Multiple (12) Attorney License Suspensions by the State Bar of California Kenneth Eade has a long record of disciplinary action with the State Bar of California. According to their records, Eade was suspended from practice 12 times, an unusually high number. As you can see, some of the suspensions are for failing to pay child support. So if you hire him and his VAs, you're essentially counting on a guy who failed his own children to handle your most important Amazon cases and help your financial future (this after he mislead investors due to financial misrepresentation a.k.a falsifying financials, see SEC litigation above). Based on my interaction with him, he will not hesitate for a second to tell you he owes you nothing the moment you sign the contract, since his contract is non-refundable. Predatory Business Behaviour In 2011 he brought an absurd "basher" lawsuit against the Investor's Hub online financial forum and a number of its members, initially announcing that he sought $400 million in damages. IHub responded with an anti-SLAPP action that eventually prevailed, and Eade was required to pay the defendant's legal costs. Eade never obtained the real names and locations of the "bashers" he sued as John and Jane Does, though he did manage to misidentify two of them along the way. Multiple Better Business Bureau Complaints Amazon Sellers Attorney (rated C) has multiple complaints on their BBB profile you'll never see on their social media review accounts. Here's what you can expect when you hire these crooks: 1. Multiple points of contact. At no point you will communicate with 1 person who can understand your issue. 2. For $1200 they'll send you a canned template they send to every single seller, as evidenced by how generic it is, and in my case completely irrelevant, see screenshot attached. 3. If you dare to object to the canned letter, because you've signed a non-refundable contract, they no longer have an obligation to help you, since, according to Kenneth Eade, they have earned their fee the moment you signed the contract and they delivered the irrelevant canned template. Alternatives? There are reputable companies out there, I've worked with Ecommerce Chris in the past, who's extremely knowledgeable and as a former Amazon Senior Executive from including on Seller Performance, he intimately knows the ins and outs of navigating Amazon. Being a first time seller on Amazon, I mistakenly unprofitably sold a patented product. I was in the process of having Amazon destroy the remaining inventory when I received word from Amazon, they were removing the listing. I wasn't really concerned because I was already in the process not selling the product but Amazon held the payments of the sales of my second product I was in the process of selling. Initially, I thought Amazon was holding payments because I never had a good selling product and they needed to know it wouldn't be returned in large quantities. After 30 days, my payments were still on hold. I finally spoke with a competent seller central rep and they told me the payments will NOT be released until a settlement is made with the patent holder. TOTALLY UNFAIR and I can go on for days about Amazon's power to freeze unrelated payments but there's too much to say about that topic. The fortunate thing I can say is Amazon didn't deactivate my account, they only froze all payments. Also, I tried to message Amazon about their right to hold payments unrelated to the patented product and never received a response. Another call to seller central support revealed that basically Amazon will only reverse their restriction when the patent holder sends them confirmation of a settlement. I googled attorneys for Amazon sellers. I actually found Mr. Eade when reading a review about another attorney's services and in one of the bad reviews, the person mentioned they had to get a second attorney (Mr. Eade) so that's how I learned about his services. Before I paid for his services, I asked alot of questions which he answered before I made a payment to him. I wanted to know how cases like mine pan out and his answers never guaranteed a result. His answers stated possible results and also what action could be taken if the desired result wasn't achieved. I appreciated the honesty in his replies. Also, he responded quickly to all my questions. Result - (As per the agreement I signed to resolve the issues, I cannot reveal exact details of the settlement) but when I emailed the patent holder's attorney before obtaining Mr. Eade's services, they only reduced their settlement offer by a half. With Mr Eade's help, the final settlement was a quarter of the original settlement amount. The one thing I would like to reveal to allow anyone reading this review, I did NOT sell many of the patented product. The argument to the patent holder was I sold 120 sets and if those sales produced $10 profit (which they didn't for me - all sales were unprofitable due to high PPC spend), those sales in theory took $1200 from the patent holder's pocket. If you add court fees to that amount, I don't believe the settlement amount should be more than $2000. The result was more which I wasn't pleased about and I don't know how courts would rule on cases like these and I don't blame the patent holder because if I had a patent and someone sold my product, I would hope to have recourse but I do NOT agree that Amazon should have the right to hold profits from another product and hold your account "hostage" until you settle with the patent holder. I agree that Amazon should have the right to remove a listing and not allow you to continue sales and I agree if your account gets multiple strikes for selling patented products, your account should be suspended but to hold your payments "hostage" is NOT ethical. I mistakenly sold a patented product. It was my first attempt to sell a product on Amazon and it was a valuable and costly mistake. One last point about Amazon - when a patent holder presents a patent to Amazon, they should have the ability to immediately shut listings down. This product is still being sold by knowing and unknowing sellers. Amazon could stop this but they don't. They allow the sellers to sell the product then wait for the patent holder to get a temporary restraining order against the sellers and then hold all their payments which includes any proceeds from other unrelated products. I think the patent is making more money suing sellers than selling the product itself. I know it is the sellers responsibility to check for patents. Patent searches are difficult and require an expert. When you first sell on Amazon, you don't know how and the product may not sell successfully so to add a patent search to an already costly start-up, most beginners will not add that as a necessary expense. This was my mistake for sure and I paid for it. If you want honesty and quick replies, I highly recommend Mr Eade's services. He was very firm in his responses to the patent holder's attorney and he got it done which was reducing the settlement order and getting the frozen payments released. read more
