First the ambiance. The minute you walk into the restaurant, you feel as if you were transported to a high-end European cafe or a London tea room. The elegance, the fresh roses, and the smart blend of modern and art deco styles immediately sets a romantic mood whether you're there for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Second, the food. Under the leadership of Chef Gianluca, he brings to life a variety of delicious Mediterranean inspired dishes. I tried the tuna tartar, the eggplant Parmesan, and the crispy shrimp as appetizers. That was followed by a homemade pasta dish that was perfectly al dente and amazing. As a main dish, I tried the filet mignon with truffles and mushrooms.
