The lighting in the salon was dark and difficult for me to see the horrible state of my nails while in their salon. He never cleaned my hands after dipping and I left the salon with horribly dirty fingers...There is just so much that went wrong with my second apointment with him that I will never go back. More than anything I am a 68 year old black disabled veteran. He continually and angrily kept trying to hold my fingers in a way that my neck injury (I have nine (9) disks in my neck and upper back fused as one unit with titanium) wouldn't allow...he got mad and stated that I messed up the dip...no he did a horrible job...was not hospitable or even asked if I was ok. I tried to explain, but he barely speaks and understands English...ALso I needed to explain to him about my left foot having had prior surgery was still very tender...I couldn't communicate that to him. The very next day I was in extreme pain because of his roughness. I need a nail technician that speaks and understands English so that I can clearly communicate to them that I am a diabetic with kidney disease. I want to be able to ask questions to insure that they are not using products harmful to my health or that they are doing something that is causing me pain.
