The level of rudeness and disregard we experienced was unacceptable. My child and I arrived at 3:45p. After entering my information and selecting nail colors, talking to another customer,we were seated at a station.An older gentleman kindly offered us something to drink, mind you, the only courteous moment of our visit! The very next day I was in extreme pain because of his roughness. I need a nail technician that speaks and understands English so that I can clearly communicate to them that I am a diabetic with kidney disease. I want to be able to ask questions to insure that they are not using products harmful to my health or that they are doing something that is causing me pain.
