I always go there either on Saturday or Sunday and get my eyebrow threading, and legs waxed. For the 5 times I came for waxing they did an excellent job and were awesome. Today when I went there they did good job. But they were so rude while I am getting my legs waxed. We have told you multiple times, when you need wax service, take an appointment from Monday to Thursday. I told her very politely this is the first time you have mentioned that take an appointment for wax. This is the first time this lady was even doing my wax. Last 5 times it was some other lady and she was so professional. I told them you should have told me that we will not be able to do waxing today and I would have left. Very unprofessional and they lie on your face. No doubt their service is good but they need to learn how to talk to their customers. For the way they spoke to me, they lost a customer and I am not recommending them to anyone now. read more

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and the service wasn't bad but it was super quick and I feel like she put in half effort. The shape was good but there were still hairs on my eyelids that should have been threaded. I went back in and they fixed it but I feel like she took it a little too far because she made my eyelids bleed from how hard she threaded it and that was unnecessary. It is also more pricey than other places and the price keeps increasing. I'm used to paying $7-$10 they charge $12+ just for brows. read more

I came in 10 minutes before they closed thinking they closed at a different time and they were so polite and took me anyway, instead of making me come back the next day. Even though they were about to close, she took her time on my eyebrows and did a really great job! It had been a while since I had gotten my eyebrows done but she was so gentle that it didn't hurt at all. I always get my eyebrows threaded here when I am in the area. They are very efficient with their threading, and you can tell they are experienced as it barely hurts. A couple times I came in right before closing and they are still able to help me. There is usually no wait when I go, at most one or two people. read more

Super upset with how this place left my eyebrows. I would not recommend coming to this place at all. They left my eyebrows looking janky, two different shapes and didnt even clean up all the hair around the eyebrows. Also took too much off one eyebrow and now i look angry all the time. Can't speak on all their services- but 5 stars on eyebrow threading. No joke. I usually get embarrassed of how much I let my eyebrows grow in between getting them threaded- but the lady who did mine made me feel at ease and even said I had nice eyebrows for shaping (what girl doesn't wanna hear that :-P) My eyebrows look very clean and the staff is well trained. I actually got to listen to one of them training a new member on the cash register and their way of teaching and their relationships with reoccurring customers is really friendly and cute. I would definitely recommend to anyone for eyebrow. They did not make it too thin or too thick! Just the way I like it. read more

I use to like going here. One girl was good but they upped the price to $12 and they aren't even that great. They also get mad if you don't tip them & won't even say thank you back if you don't tip them while you're leaving. If you do a good job I will tip but if your work if normal / mediocre I'm paying just the amount you are charging. I get a regular clean up for my eyebrows here every few weeks and have never had a problem. The technicians are thorough with threading and are professional..some are gentler (less painful) than others. My brows are left clean and trim every time. Eyebrow threading is only $9. Have this place two chances but they are absolute trash! No one there wants to become better! They see all thhese bad reviews yet do nothing to better their services or learn how to do eyebrows the right way. I asked for tint on my brows and the lady literally put lotion all around the outside of me eyebrow and then slapped the tint in the middle. That is NOT how you do tint people! You are suppose to gently draw over the eyebrow as if you are filling it in with a pencil. The tint was all crooked and they thinner out my eyebrows so much and they were both different sizes. Update: the problem seems to have been resolved and they still do fantastic work. I still go in for waxing only, but sometimes they will thread the hairs they missed with wax, free of charge, which I appreciate. I just prefer the wax. I know that sounds strange but I'd rather it all just come out at once as opposed to feeling each individual hair ripped out. - While I realize this is a threading salon, they also offer waxing and I keep coming back because they do an amazing job.. really the best I've found in the area.. But it would really just make my day if I didn't get a visible eye roll literally every single time I walk in and explain that I want waxing and not threading. I'm talking head cocked back, staring at the sky kind of eye roll. Every. Single. Time. If you're annoyed that your guests ask for waxing, don't offer it. Simple solution. So I should have known there was a problem when the lady didn't hand me a personal mirror to look at my eyebrows. It was busy so I figured she was just in hurry. But I did look in the big mirror but my eyebrows always get super red after threading so I did a quick look and paid. But once I got to my car and looked in the mirror I was so shocked! My left eyebrow is way thinner & shorter then my right. Ive never had a problem having my eyebrows being even. I still don't understand how the lady messed up so bad! I've been threading my eyebrows for about 9 years so I'm always on the look out for affordable and skilled people, and Arch 2 Arch is good. I've been there about five times since November, and have been super satisfied all but the last time when the lady who took care of me seemed a little inexperienced at threading my eyebrows... She was very slow at it and my shape was not too pretty. Then again, my eyebrows are sorta thick! Also, I know this has nothing to do with the services but her fingers smelled like cigs. It took away from the relaxing aspect I typically feel from going to a spa to have that smell on my nose for ten whole minutes. I got my first ever henna done there in December and liked it. It was $15.00. Not bad! I received plenty of compliments on it, and I would do it again. I got the design out of a book of theirs and edited it a little bit. I could also bring my own, they said. Arch 2 Arch is very clean and looks like a legit salon/spa, so if you're looking to get threaded and don't wanna head to the mall kiosks, this is great. The price is good, too. For a broke college student, you cannot beat getting your eyebrows done for $9 (not including the military discount). My eyebrows are cray. I have thick black asian hair and while waxing is less painful, threading really isn't that bad. I have a low tolerance for pain so it took me 2-3 visit to get used to it. I didn't go to the Selma location, I went to the one off of 281 and 1604. The ladies were VERY helpful and amazing at their jobs. I got a brazilian wax, eye brow threading and lip threading. Lets get real ladies... it can be awkward sometimes, but they were very professional and made conversation. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here for the services I received at least.
